Masaaki Sandaa Hp: 8/8 Cp: 5/5 MHp: 8/8
On and off for about a half an hour, the boy had stopped, rested, and resumed his search for the ball that would grant him his wish, and still all signs of it evaded him. By now, Masaaki had checked almost the entire cavern, and was worrying that perhaps he'd missed something and would have to restart his search. The pretend game of "Evade the Enemy Shinobi" had fueled his interest in remaining in the area up to this point, but he was getting bored since he had only himself to play with.
"I really hope Ten'nyo hasn't found the ball yet."
The boy's optimism had almost lost the majority of his attitude when Masaaki saw a small slip of paper fall from the city above and waft down into the Training Grounds. It finally came to rest, caught by the tip of a large stalactite left standing in the middle of the training grounds. The boy immediately rushed over to the rock spire and attempted to climb it. His efforts, although futile at first progressively got better and better until he at last shimmied up to the top and grabbed the piece of paper.
"Try someplace a little higher up. I didn't bury it, Masaaki-san."
At last, a clue! The boy pressed his legs into the pillar and launched himself from the stalactite and backflipped to the ground. He immediately headed for the stairs leading out of the Training Grounds, and hopefully, towards the magic wish-granting ball.
"Not low huh? Then let's try up high."

After lineing them up, Gyou grabbed a few more rocks and dashed towards the stalagmite. With one deep bend from his front leg, he leaped onto the target and backflipped off, backwards. As he tried to regain balance mid-air, quickly threw the rocks at the stalagmite line up near where he had previously had thrown it. As he rocks missed horribly, Gyou lossed his balance and fell backwards. " Arg!... I guess I went alittle too fancy.."

Getting up from his embarrassing slip up, Gyou picked up more rocks he found lying around the floor. He aimed them at the sharp part of the stalagmite hoping to chip the peak of it off. After throwing one rock, he did a barrel roll and threw another, hoping to throw them all at the stalagmite. As they all hit perfectly slicing the tip of the stalagmite he was aiming at, he smiled at his achievement. " Yes!" he cheered as he raised his fist infront of his face.

After the tip had been shaved off by being impaled by several small sized rocks, Gyou continued his training. He dashed towards the stalagmite while picking up a rock from the ground continuing his forward momentum. He then leaped over the target and quickly turned around to quick shot the stalagmite with the rocks from the back. The quick shot missed completely and was thrown nowhere near the stalagmite. " Ah... Everytime I try to make it stylish..." Gyou whispered underneath his breath as he put his hands on his waist.

While on the opposite side of where he started, Gyou picked up some more random sized rocks and started to chuck them at the stalagmite randomly to test which way is better for him to throw. Each felt confortable in their own respect, though he was looking for a specific angle to where it lands just where he wanted it to. As he threw them, he swayed his body with his arm for a more faster and stronger force to be applied to each rock. As the rocks were sent flying, each one missed their target and fell around the area of the located stalagmite. "... Well, I guess I'll just stay with the way I normally throw.."

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 9/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝Before she knew it the class was over. She must have fallen asleep during one of the exercises and miraculously avoided the wrath of the sensei. No doubt she would get a beating tomorrow, but she may as well make the most of the time now and get some training in. Seeing as how she didn't finish her laps earlier, she wanted to get back to running and hopefully get something done out of the day. What she really wanted to do, however was make some puppets, but she would have plenty of time a different day to learn.
She looked around and found a boy throwing rocks. It looked a little boring so she decided to just run by herself. She took off her cloak to reveal her tight white shirt and black shorts. She set the cloak down on a nearby rock and fixed her hat. She began with a leisurely jog to get warmed up... she had a good chunk of day left before she would head home for some sleep.

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 7/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝As she ran she looked at the boy. What exactly is his purpose for throwing rocks? Just something to pass the time. or what? She concluded it as an act of boredom and decided to stick to her task at hand. Running was no doubt harder than throwing rocks. How hard is it to throw a rock at something? That is in no way a challenge! She was never one to take up competition, but saying it in her mind was a different concept than simply asking the guy what he was doing and why. She wouldn't be one to talk to strangers unless they started the talking.
She was paying too much attention to the boy when her toes hit a rock and gravity did it's work. Luckily for reflexes she was able to catch herself before doing any serious damage to her face, though she scuffed her knee pretty good. She stood up and wiped the dirt and dust off her clothes and looked at the fresh wound. Nothing serious and it doesn't hurt too bad.
She turned to the rock that was pointing out of the ground. "Damn rock," she said as she went to give it a kick. Instead of the rock scurrying across the ground, it stood there as a pain went into Miyako's toe and foot. She bit her lower lip as a few tears made it out of her eyes as the pain throbbed. She bent down and saw it wasn't a rock, but a small projection of the rock floor. There was no way it would have been able to break off, with any amount of force. She winced as she took a step, but the pain was slowly easing away.

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 7/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝Even the somewhat simple task of running was going to prove difficult. Sure in the academy was one thing, she had other students watching her and it made her rather nervous, but here was a different story. There was one boy who was too distracted in throwing rocks to pay any attention to her, and yet she still had trouble. Maybe running isn't in my future... maybe I can make a puppet to carry me around, so I don't have to... She pulled out a small notebook from her waist and jotted her thought down. She placed it back where it was and smiled at thinking of a new puppet.
The notebook was usually found within her waist line. No person would dare go near it, so she knew her book was safe, unless they wanted to be called perverts and get the attention of everyone with her scream. Then again, she was pretty flat-chested, so who would even bother with her? She wasn't the prettiest girl, by far, and she seemed a little too boyish for anyone. She liked to work with wood and make things, not cook, clean, do her hair, or worry about her appearance. She sighed and removed herself from those thoughts. She wouldn't gain anything out of standing there thinking... she had running to do.
She started her running again, but failed to watched out for the projection of rock she tried to kick and tripped over it again. She caught herself as she went down, but her left knee was now bleeding. The scrape was a little worse, but nothing that wouldn't heal on its own. The placed her hand on it and gave it some pressure. The blood soaked into her arm wraps and eventually the bleeding stopped. That damn piece of rock! If I had a hammer right now, I would break you off! Sadly she left her repair kit at home or she would have unleashed fury on it.
She stood up and went back to running. After a few seconds she felt the bottom of her right foot cramp up. Her teeth clenched as she went down to the ground holding her foot and grabbing at her toes, forcing them to point up. The pain was almost unbearable, she could feel her eyes water. It was probably the most painful feeling she had felt thus far, though she knew there would be more down the line with becoming a ninja.

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 7/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝The pain subsided, however she wasn't going to be getting up anytime soon and risk it coming back. She slowly eased the pressure off her toes and wiggled them around a bit to see if it would return. She wrapped her arms around her knees and placed her forehead on them. What am I getting myself into? A ninja? If you can't even manage to run, how will you become a ninja? Good grief girl, you don't have much going for ya besides making puppets. That would have to be her strong suit, since she wasn't one for strength, nor would she ever be. She had too small a frame to ever be 'strong' though she would work on it to defend herself. A puppet could only last so long.
She spent too much time on her studies to worry about playing with other kids or lifting heavy things. Sure she helped out her father, but the heaviest thing she lifted was a piece of wood no bigger than ten pounds. At least she had the brains to know how to defend herself. If she could kill her opponents in strength, she would outsmart them or kill them with poison. Fights never had to be played fairly. Either you win and survive, or die. No one would show mercy, and so you gave them none in return. Poison or not, dead was dead. She still needed to work on her physical aspect though if she wanted to give them that poison.
She stood up to return to her run, but she stood up too fast and her vision went blurry. Her entire body felt tingly and numb, and her ears began to ring. Not to mention the nausea she was beginning to feel. The temperature of the caves didn't help the fact either. Then again, she was in the area the heated the entire place. Maybe running here wasn't greatest idea... She needed to do it though if she was going to become stronger.
After the feeling passed over her she started to jog, but the nausea was still in the pit of her stomach. She felt her insides pulse as bile began rising up her throat. She had a bitter taste in her mouth, but forced herself to swallow it down. Ew! That was sooo disgusting! Bleh!! She closed her eyes as her tongue protruded between her teeth. The meal tasted much better the first time, and she hated tasting it the second. That pretty much ruined my appetite...

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 7/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝Running wasn't only painful, but sickening as well. She was now sure that running was not something she was good at. Books were more her thing, and nothing would change that. She would have to prove to others that brains were equally as great as brawn... though she may have a tough time defending response. One solid punch would be enough to knock her out and she wasn't very good at dodging much of anything. She did find herself pretty lucky though. Maybe luck would be in her favor at that time.
She never was in a physical confrontation to see how she would do in the predicament, and she didn't want to find out... at least not without some practice... or help. Without any siblings, she never got into fights and being at home alone never helped much either. It was going to be interesting at the academy when she would have to fight. She didn't know her limits, but there was only one way to find out... right?
She started jogging again, but rather than feeling nauseated, she was beginning to feel rather warm. The waters around the training area heated everything, and so it was rather warm in the immediate area. Even though the running wouldn't increase her strength, it was sure to increase her endurance. She was glad to take off the cloak, but she was more worried about hydration.
She started jogging again, but found herself getting a little dizzy. The mixture of her body trying to cool off, and the nausea from before were beginning to set in. She needed some water, or cool down before she could continue onward. She didn't bring anything for water along, which was another mistake she made. You claim to be smart, but you keep forgetting the simplest of things. Good grief...

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 8/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝Sure she was surrounded by water, but the surrounding area, usually in the mornings, were known to be a common place for bathing. Not knowing which areas were designated as bathing areas, she didn't want to take her chances. Drinking in someone else's filth... I don't think so... She sighed thinking about dieing from dehydration. It sure wasn't the way she wanted to go, but what could she do?
She looked down at the water. How did it get here? It had to of come from somewhere... maybe there is a stream or something. That water should be safe to drink, or maybe some type of tide pool... She began looking around for either and found a small puddle located amongst the rocks. "Good enough for me." She dipped her hands in and drank the water. It wasn't the best tasting, seeing as it was rather warm, but it was better than nothing at all.
Feeling slightly refreshed she continued jogging. She felt a lot better, though she still felt rather warm. There was no getting out of that feeling unless she planned on getting out of the area, but not unless she wanted to run throughout the entire village. Maybe later... she said thinking to herself. It was a good idea, but after running through here, she thought she would do something other than running.
After running a bit she had to stop and catch her breath. The thick, humid air didn't help the breathing she needed to do while running. Now that she though of it, she had been doing nothing but running all day, she needed to something a different. Maybe focus on her chakra or maybe do some push-ups or something. The one thing she wasn't good at, and here she was, doing it the entire day. "Sometimes... you just don't make sense."

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 7/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝Her strong suits were definitely her chakra and chakra control. She lacked anything physical or that involved moving. Today is going to be filled with work... awesome... She gave a sigh at her discovery. If she was going to get better, she needed to work on her weaknesses. "I guess no one ever said it was going to be easy." She looked around and no one else was there. "Hm... I wonder where everyone else is at? I suppose this is a pretty big place. We are in a mountain for crying out loud." She wondered how others were doing with their training.
She started her jog again, but she started a little too soon. She didn't get far before she had to rest again. The air was too thick to be doing much good. She wouldn't mind going to the top of the mountain and jump into the cold snow. It would be much better than being down in the humid mountain. She wondered if their was a vent somewhere that let out all the air. One on the side would be nice for a cool breeze every now and then.
She looked up at the crystals that hung above the waters and training area. It was amazing the area they found their new home to be in. Who would have thought that they missed such beauty before the older village was built? Even though it was warm, she did like looking at the crystals and minerals in the mountain. She wasn't watching where she was going and she tripped over her own foot and landed on her face.

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 8/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝Besides throwing up in her mouth and foot cramps, the other thing she hated was hitting her nose so hard that she could taste and smell blood... even if there wasn't any. She had that feeling now. She smacked her nose hard enough on the ground that her senses went a little hay-wire. She checked to make sure there was no blood, but she could still smell it. She would need to get used to it, though she wondered if she ever would. She had never seen blood of a large amount and feared t see it one day, not to mention taking her first life.
The day was a ways off though and she would worry about that at a different time. Her current worry was running and killing herself by falling down or overexerting herself. I swear, running has never been this difficult before. It has to be the water. Even though it was an excuse to put her blame to something, it sounded good enough to her.
The excuse must have done its job, because she was running better. She made it to the edge or rock by the water and turned around. Her feet were beginning to get a little sore, but nothing that would cause her to stop. She had quite a bit more to run before she would decide to stop for the day. If only this would get done a little faster... then I could do something a little more fun. She made up her mind that she would try come chakra control training. Though it was a strong suit, training it would make it that much stronger.
She continued running at a decent pace. As she was running her ankle twisted as it slipped on some loose gravel. She tried catching herself on a stalagmite but she lost her grip. Though it helped a little, since she twisted while her grip was still on it and so she landed on her back. Her head slightly bounced off the rock ground. She brought herself into a seated position, and her head began pounding with a massive headache. "Ow... I'm going to feel that in the morning. Maybe mom will have some sort of herb to get rid of it before then." Her back was a little sore as well as her shoulder blades. "Then again... she may have me look for them myself."

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 8/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝It was the way her mom worked. If she wanted anything from her, she would have to work to get it. Most of the time it involved looking for the herb, preparing it a certain way, and often times delivering herbs to local customers. It was fascinating how plants could cure many things, almost like that was the sole reason for the plant existing. Something so small and that appears insignificant, has such a profound use. Miyako would spend just as time with her mother as she did her father. It was no surprise she never played with children and was so shy.
Miyako continued running, making sure to pay attention to her surroundings. She came across the protruding piece of rock and was sure to avoid it. She wouldn't let it get the better of her anymore. In fact, she would no doubt go home, grab her repair kit, and return just to smash the piece off the ground and get her revenge on the piece of earth. Everything else was pretty level, why leave that one spot protruding up like that? She shook her head and continued running till she saw the boy again.
The boy was still doing the same thing he was doing the last time she looked at him. Throwing rocks at other rocks. So much fun... well, what she was doing wasn't much fun either. In fact, it was proving to be quite dangerous. She wasn't watching where she was going and found herself going headfirst into the water. "Ahhh-!" She ended up swallowing some of the water and frantically stood up coughing. "Ack! Gr-oss!" she managed to get out in between coughs.

Miyako Chōzō ╔═.♥.══════╗ TAHp: 9/9 TACp: 5/5 TIMHp: 9/9 ╚══════.♥.═╝She dragged herself out of the water. He knee was stinging and she was still coughing for decent air. "Well that's one way to cool off I guess. Though I wasn't picturing it that way." She was grossed out at actually swallowing the water that people bathed in. She pulled the now soaked notebook and set it on top of the rock with her cloak. She took the hat off her head and wrung it out and placed it on the rock as well. The rest of her clothes and her hair, she wrung out the water as best as she could. "What luck..."
Now that she was cooled off, if only a little, and had some not-so-fresh water she returned to the work at hand. She looked to see if the boy showed any signs of seeing her fail, though he no doubt heard her. If he did, he showed no signs of it, which relieved her. She didn't like talking to people, but first impressions had to be good. She would rather give a shy impression than a snotty or idiotic one. She made it to the point with the fresh water and grabbed a drink, trying to wash the taste of filth from her mouth. It didn't seem to help.
She continued on her run, gazing at the crystals. She wondered if the crystals were ever used in anything. Were they crafted into weapons, or placed in jewelry for rich people to wear? Or were they left there untouched by anyone? It seemed almost impossible for no one to ever find them before. Then again, most people didn't know about the caves before the old village fell. She made it to the edge one again and turned around to head back the other way.
