Rikka Shiro Rikka claims:
x1 Level 5 Milotic which knows Hyper Beam AS Henna already told hoshi, it's Tutor moves, not TM moves. Sorry but that combination isn't legitimate. *Gets his butt in gear to actually get his arts done since he has to start posting them up tomorrow*

yes, i didn't miss it. i think i'll take a Lapras, but as for the move, can it be any move that it will learn eventually, such as hydro pump or body slam, or are there specific ones?

I personally user Serebii for movesets. :3 It seems to be the most organized.
http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/350.shtml
There's Milotic. Near the bottom of the page, you should see
Platinum/HeartGold/SoulSilver Move Tutor Attacks
and also
HeartGold/SoulSilver Move Tutor Attacks
if they can learn a move from the tutor in HGSS that they can't in the other games.
There it'll list all the available moves from the tutor.

Dark Enigma 0 yes, i didn't miss it. i think i'll take a Lapras, but as for the move, can it be any move that it will learn eventually, such as hydro pump or body slam, or are there specific ones? There are specific moves, the ones taught by the move tutors in the game. :3 http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-dp/131.shtml Explained above are the sections that the moves will be under. :3
