Probably my section, the clarinets. Cuz we have a few who dont shut up except when they play and a few people purposely squeak their instruments. But the trumpets are pretty bad sometimes too.

1.Trumpets. Most definitly.
Their full of it and most of em spend all their time suspended anyways.
2. Percussion.
My ex is on there and he's a lying peice of s**t. And all the percussionists are ALWAYS off beat and they never know which part their playing.
3. Trombones
They can never play their music right. We take most of the band period just going through their music for them.
3 and a half. Flutes
Their annoying and stuck up.
4. Saxaphones
I'm a clarinet player. They sit behind me. Nuff said.
5. Bassoon
He's a creepy idiot stalker who can't play worth s**t.

We don't have this problem anymore, our band director would kill us. eek
Just kidding, usually if it even looks like you're screwing around during rehearsal/when you're at attention for marching band, he'll make you and your entire section do 20+ push-ups, which sucks more then it sounds like it does.

Midnight_Luva101 Happy Azn Squares trombones talk too much and saxophones are kindve cause they are too loud and cant hear the double reeds but im okay with it at my school the saxes r the most obnoxious people i hav ever met im pretty much used to the saxes since i have classes with them and plus they are fun.(:

Trumpets, definitely. One of the guys likes playing with girls hair. The director hates that we screw up though. lol.

Well, my band is pretty small (4 clarinets, 7 saxophones, 3 flutes, 1 trumpet and the drummer was expelled), but the saxes are the worst. I sat in front of one wearing lowrider jeans, since then he's always called me a crack whore and informs me that "crack's illegal", also, they're all tone deaf and way too loud.

1) tenor sax. they're sooo loud! and keep playin the same parts over and over >.<
2)my section-clarinets-always talkin...
3)flutes- they try,but only a couple succeed,so then they give up...

They're in their own little world, where everything can be turned into a joke. And I mean EVERYTHING. They talk soooo much, during class, practice, home games, away games, on the field, in the bus, just before we get on stage for UIL, during concerts.... It never ends.
And they don't really ''talk'' either, they yell as if the person they're talking to is a mile away. Plus they always play out of turn :/
For that reason, we always get to run laps and they get extra push ups because they're so obnoxious and crazy.
Other than that, they're hilarious, and loveable smile their stupid comments and quirkiness makes the band special and fun to be in heart even though they pay out of turn, they at least know how to play GOOD whee

Ash_faithful Which sections the worst for you guys? ours would be the saxaphones. we (clarinets) would be trying to tune or practicing together, and we can't hear ourselves. They sound REALLY obnoxious and they're right behind us. -.- It sort of goes like this. "Hey, stop playing so loud, we're trying to tune!" *Obnoxious noise gets even louder. "Come on!!!" Saxes "Go tune some where else!!! it's not your fault!!!" and they can't even just quiet down for one minute for us. right, like we're gonna walk across the room to tune. -.- same for the percussion section. *BANG, CRASH, BANG BANG BANG...BOOM BOOM BOOM, CRASH CRASH annoyingly VERY loud cuz our room is SMALL. mad we hate them. and they wont stop for one second. hurt the ears. -.- plus, they're sooo off beat when we play. we end up sounding terrible. i agree with u when u say the percussion is annoying except ours dont suck. another really bad section is the tumpets. lets say we have a lot of immature tumpet players in our band. ugh they get so annoying. its also really bad when u have to sit infront of the tuba/trombone section ( i cant even hear my self think in our band room)

They play so LOUD, especially when it's unneccesary. o.e;
Just because you're the loudest, doesn't make you the best.
We, the saxes, sit right in front of them. Ugh.
They're all guys, and they're SO cocky/annoying. =.=
And they're gross! And talk about the most disturbing things. D:
Then the trumpet section is second to the baritones.
Oh good Lord, don't even get me started on the trumpets. ><
They just flat out can't read/count music, how they made it this far, is beyond me.
They can't play a simple dotted half note followed by a quarter note.
Really trumpets? Really?
And they're utterly terrified to make a mistake, so they don't use much air, and it sounds like crap.
And the brass ALWAYS get the main parts of EVERY song we play.
Ugh. Windwoods are so under appreciated.
One of these days, I'm going to make an all woodwind band. owo
Then the clarinets. Don't get me wrong, I love they clarinets.
But the two section leaders of the clarinets are late EVERYDAY.
And they are so chatty. o.e;
I didn't know people were capable of talking so much. xD
Bassoons. We have 2 of them. They sound like dinosaurs, and they can't play to save their lives.
Flutes. We have a joke about our flute section. How many flutes does it take to screw in a light bulb?
10. 1 to actually do it, and 9 to complain about how they could have done it better.
Tenor and bari sax... need I say more?
So basically everyone, except percussion and a few brass sections. xD
Okay, ranting is done now.
I feel much better. o w o
Anyone else have an evil director that yells and throws things? ;D
