Fordon bowed as his Lord left. he fixed and tididy thing up and put everything away. he made sure all important documents were locked away. once everything was done he turned out the lights and shut the door behind himself. he finished things with the secitary and walked outside. he scratched his chin and wondered about his design for his new weapons. they would have to wait but they could not wait forever. the biggest issue right now was money. he did not have a lot to begin with and what he had he was saving for something big and expensive, he could dip into that but he would really rather not. he pondered this as he walked in the same direction as Luo-sama. Fordon arrived at the tower and saw the men were almost done with its reconstruction. 'wow' he thought 'they must have worked through the night to get it this far.' "Good job guys!" he called out. he turned and walked up the steps. he went to the office and entered but found it empty. the Mizukages robe still hung there untouched. "so he is not in yet?" he asked to no one then the annoying secretary answered "no. i have not seen him yet either." Fordon sighed and shook his head. why did a women like her have to be so good at her job. Leaving the room he shut the door and went to the top of the tower and thought of what he would do next. 'well i know LT is at the beach so i might as well go there and see if i can talk to him about the weapon i want.' so without even bothering with stairs he took off for the beach EXIT

Arriving at the tower, Luo sighed as he opened the door, knowing exactly what would happen. As his secretary pestered him, shoving papers in his face until he got to his door, he promptly put on his robe with a sigh as she finally left him alone. "That woman's voice is gonna be the thing that kills me," Luo said as he looked down at the village, waiting for Fordon.

Fordon arrived shortly walking up the stairs and tried to sweep by the desk but the secretary stepped into his path "hey you need to get him to sign these." she said pushing a pile of papers into his chest. grabbing them he flashed around her and smiled "sure but please dont ever get in my way again." then walking into the offfice he walked forward bowed and put the papers on Lord Luos desk. "im sorry but its from your favorite banshee." then stepped back

Turning back as papers dropped on his desk, Luo sighed, sitting finally and looking them over. Signing a few, he came across the repair budget as well as areas still in repair. "There was something you wanted to talk to me about Fordon?"

"oh yes. sorry my lord. i thought you might want to know that more then half of those in critical condition in the hospital have been stabilized. many of the others in the hospital have been making some remarkable recoveries as well. on top of that i looked over the training facility and it has been fully repaired. i also visited the market place and aside from still being underwater it appears to be unharmed. some progress has also been made with rebuilding of the academy. and as ive sure you have seen repairs here are almost finished." he said in one fluid stream. he was hoping that the Lord Mizukage would be happy at the news.

Luo nodded as he finished signing papers, stamping a few declaring those who were missing dead. He had finally finished funeral preparations. Standing, Luo opened his window. "That's good to hear. I'll go take care of the flooded market so vendors can move back in by nightfall. You can come if you like." Jumping out of his window, Luo ran down the side of the building. He did not feel like being pestered by his secretary again.

As Luo walked up to the building, he was surprised to see chuunin installing the guardrails on the roof. The building was finally finished. Walking up along the wall of the building to avoid his secretary, Luo hopped into his open window. "ANBU," Luo muttered. Instantly, three men kneeled in front of his desk. "Prepare the necessary graves for the fallen shinobi in the shinobi grave yard. As for the rest of the bodies, the families have all decided to bury them in their respective family plots." Nodding, the men dispersed quickly. The next day was the day of the funeral. A tough day indeed. Luo then finally made the necessary finishing touches on his report and handed it to the last ANBU still kneeling. It was time everyone prepared.

Fordon strolled over to the tower taking his time still trying to work out what he had in his head. he slowly walked up the stairs till he got to the level where the Mizukage's office was. once there he moved silently. not letting a single noise betray his presence. lucky for him shrill secretary was looking down at her paperwork. he moved swiftly and slipped right by her without her really noticing he was there till it was too late. she jumped up and tried to reach Fordon but he shut the door to his Lords office the moment before she could reach it. he let out a sigh and ignored the squawking women "well my lord." he said bowing "ive got a few questions for you if i may." Fordon dug down into a pocket on the inside of his cloak and pulled out a small box "and i have a gift for you." he set the box on the desk so that the Lord Mizukage could see. it was box full of ear plugs. " i figured this would allow you to get by her and still be able to use your ears." he finished with a chuckle.

Luo chuckled a bit in a low tone, setting the box on the top left corner of his desk. "Those will certainly come in handy. But what's on your mind Fordon?"

"Well i wanted to get permission to continue my training in the way of the silent blade... and well after that and once the village has fully recovered i was wondering if i may be allowed to go to someplace away from everyone. i wish to further myself there. i need to find someplace where i can be a ease and not be found by anyone yet i think it would be best if there was still a way to get into contact with you incase i am needed." Fordon replied. if he got approval he would have to quickly get to LT-sempai and see if he could make the blades.

Luo took all the information in and the room was silent for a moment before his robe made a distinct sound as he nodded. Sighing, he looked back up at Fordon. "Very well. You have my permission to continue your training elsewhere. However, the funeral is tomorrow morning and it is imperative to me that you attend. As for after the village has recovered, I suggest taking a courier bird with you to relay messages back and forth. Where were you planning on going to further yourself if I may ask?"

"as of yet im not sure my lord. i was thinking about going out in the wilds here in the water country. far enough away that i would not be seen or having to deal with any distractions yet close enough to return if im needed." Fordon replied thinking that ideally his training ground would be a cave close to the forest with water and rocks were nearby.

Luo's hands were clasped together on his desk as he stared at Fordon before sighing a bit to himself as he opened a drawer on his left side. Tossing Fordon a scroll which looked dinged with both age and usage, he decided to lend the boy a hand. "When I told you that story earlier, about how I got my contract, I left out a few details. I was sixteen when I became a jounin, and although I trained in that one area of water country for six months, I was out of the village for two years. I started that map from the mountain paths of Kirigakure. In total there are 3,000 miles worth of mapping there, not a lot considering how long I was gone. I've been saving it for a rainy day, perhaps when I needed a vacation. But you seem to need it more than I do right now. There are plenty of places on that map that should suit your needs, just bring it back in one piece whenever you leave." Luo could tell Fordon was trying to better himself, and Luo didn't want to stand in his way. Mist shinobi tended to feel the need to be solitary when training, however Luo was the only one who knew why Fordon didn't like to train around others.
