Theo rolled up a bit closer to the captain and extended a hand.
"Can't say I can argue with that! I'm Theo Lunaris, and it's a pleasure, er...I'm afraid I wasn't around to catch your name! In any case, you have a fine vessel here. Does she sail the seas as well?"

Rune took the bottle of wine nodding and saying her thanks to the crewmen. She rummaged around a little in a bag about her person. "This is all the whiskey I have on me at this time, our stores may have some." The was a party cellar somewhere in the garden by a field but she could not remember where its exact location was.It had been so long since there was a party.
She proffered the whiskey to the captain, Hospitality is one of the prides of my people.

Aramis first took Alex' hand, then Theo's and gave them both a brisk shake. "Pleasure to meet you, Alex. Theo." he smiled. "I'm Aramis. Captain of this fine, downed vessel. It seems I shall have the pleasure of your company until my situation is remedied is fixed."
He beamed with pride when asked about the Salamander's naval capabilities. "She sure does," he purred. "I would prefer to keep to the waters if only we didn't have such a stringent deadline!"
Turning to Rune, he extender her a gracious bow, remembering to keep his turban off in the presence of a lady. "Gracious as your offer is, my lady, I doubt this will do more than coat the sides of the Salamander's tank. I shall have to wait until we can fill her with some sort of fuel in greater quantities. At least, enough to get her to the seas again. In the mean time... what a magnificent garden. Would you mind terribly if my men and I took a look around?"

He looks at the bottle as he holds it, he places it in his little carrying bag as he looks at the ship and then to the crew. He then looks to Aramis as he hears that his ship is capable for sea and air. "This is a nice ship you have Mr. Armais" He said with a friendly grin. He moves a tail near his wound to hide it so that Armais wont have to worry about any wounds even though he is not seriously hurt.

What an interesting ship. Yen has seen quite a few ships in her lifetime herself. She finds each and every single one of them to be charming in their own way. Like any other, this one is just as charming, radiating its captain's character and taste in its own way. It's such a pity though, for it to be damaged due to lack of carelessness.
The turtle listen on as the old members, new members, and latest arrivals do a quick exchange of information with each other. Yen didn't felt any presence of someone entering the garden via portal, so the land Captain Aramis hails from isn't too far from here. Though, she questions what the captain meant when he admits to taking advantage of a hospitable host.
Lucky for the Aramis, this place is full of magic. Unluckily for him though, it'll be difficult to acquire some for fuel. Either way, Rune seems to be all about handing out whisky instead. It shouldn't take the members long to find enough whisky to fuel the ship... ...she hope.
Yen spoke up when she heard of Aramis wanting to explore the area. "You may need a guide or two." The turtle looks around, finding only three folks who can help those new to garden from getting lost (Rune, Theo, and Yen, the turtle herself). "It'll be much safer if we only limit ourselves to a few people though. After all, Garden, is an understatement."

Wolf looks down to her and then something catches his eyes at the distance that seems to be miles away. He can see what the figure looks like but he cant get a fool look. He then rises a brow as he sees 9 tails wave. He then looks to yen quickly. "Yen...sorry if you dont want to hear from me but.......that thing you and the others are looking at....is it possible that it can do some kind of do some kind of mirroring way to any one near it?" He says to her as he stares at the figure that stands there.

Aramis decided quickly that he liked these people. They were a colorful cast of characters, all different and splendid with very likely a wealth of knowledge to offer. He especially liked the bright red flashes of red tail from Wolf and the wheeled chair in which Theo rolled about. He decided that he might like one of those chairs for himself someday. And Rune, with her generosity and care with which she handled this confusing situation and these marvelous grounds, he liked her very much. Even moreso when she handed him whiskey. He nodded somewhat and asked Dharoum to place it safely upon his ship.
"A guide would be ideal," Aramis confirmed to the young woman who had spoken up. "I don't want to wander off and get lost in a foreign land. I lost many a good deckhand that way."
So to call it a garden was an understatement, was it? True, from up on deck he likely couldn't see the edges of the garden, but he was hardly paying attention at the time, what with worrying about the damage to his ship and his confusion as to where he landed. But a guide, yes. That would be extremely convenient.
He would have to thank his gods tonight for the strangely fortunate turn of events.

Rune seemed deep in thought... She sipped a little of the wine given to her by the crew. It was right that they would need a guide. Yen knew the garden could be a little unpredictable. It had been so long that Rune had found an edge in her wanderings that she was uncertain as to weather the garden even ended at all any more.
These men would need food and rest and refreshment soon... maybe they all would. Her stomach rumbled loudly at the thought of food.
"AHA!" Rune was shaken from her thoughts "Yen, do you remember the way to that meadow, lawn type place? The was a cellar there with food and drink.. The party spot." She was rambling, she knew she was rambling. "These men will be hungry and so am I, They are our guests and it's been to long since we celebrated! We could have a Barbeque or have some smoked duck or roasted goat or some nice cheese..." Her rambling came to a halt but she could not think of a better way to have the garden perked up again than a party. It was tradition for her people to break bread and feast with guests... feasts... she was so hungry.

Yen directs her little turtle head toward Wolf. "Mirror is warm, but it isn't too hot either." Yen wonders if he have some sort of super vision since it's rather shocking for him to know so much when he wasn't even there with the group of three. With such skill though, would be very helpful in battle against the liquid matter. But... If it was also used against them... "Your capability, both good and bad, shall determine the distance in which you walk."
Riddles. Yes, for now, it's best to keep the dark brewing pond in the background a secret. Everyone here aren't going to be heading out of the garden anytime soon, that is, unless they decide to jump through the nearest portal. Portal transportation is completely a stranger to her though, so she can't help anyone there. Best to keep them all occupied with a small feast like Rune said, a good way for everyone to loosen up and learn more about each other.
The turtle frowns. "I don't know the way, but I can ask the garden to guide us there." A lie. Yen does know, but it is actually close by here, too close to pond full of negativity. With that said, she try sending a message to the garden, and requests it to relocate the party meadow or make another one with similar characteristics somewhere far away. "I believe it's going to be quite a walk though, if you don't mind. ...We could also request whatever dish we like to have while on our way there."
Ah~ Getting people through their stomachs. What the heck... Such cowardly, boring... Yen lowers her head between her arms, hating herself for doing such a cheap tactic.

Wolf raises a brow, he tries not to let the thought that she is just being a smart aleck to him just to confuse and annoy him. He looks at the distance to see the figure soon fade away like dust. "Dont blame me for anything if something very wrong happens. I do hope nothing bad happens over all....I dont want any one getting hurt..including Yen He thought to him self as he stares. He glances to the others and just waits.

"Magic and whiskey? Are you sure you're not talking about the crew?" Sapphire teased in response to learning what the ship was fueled by. Though, those two things were something she was often fueled by herself. "Name's Sapphire, by the way," she introduced herself. She looked to Rune when the other made mention of food and drinks at a place she called the party spot. "I vote we go there!"

Rune could sense there was something bothering Yen, perhaps she was hungry. Either way Rune's stomach was growling fiercely now.
"I don't mind the walk, we can work up an appetite" She grinned
"Is it one with a cellar Yen? They are always pretty well stocked." She had no idea how it had happened as the spell worked to turn this garden into what it was now was meant to focus on the places everyone liked to be in, maybe some one was thinking of feasting, maybe everyone was hungry when working the spell, either way it was one of those side affects that she was thrilled with. she had no idea how many cellars there were but each was stocked full of food and drink at all times. They all linked to party type spots, it was very handy.
"I am so hungry... I want lobster and garlic roast goat and roast potatoes and mead and chocolate cake and..." She trailed off. "I am rambling again forgive me..."
The troll girls ears twitched a little and her cheeks slowly tinted with rose. She rubbed the back of neck with her right hand and sheepishly giggled.
"Which way Yen?" She thought they should maybe be off soon.

He made note of the names. Sapphire. Yen. Rune. Theo. And then there was the wolf. He was pleased to finally know what to call everyone. And even more pleased by the idea of food in his belly. He would have to remember this, too, during his nightly devotions. Nothing loosened lips like wine and full stomachs. He just hoped there would be enough for the rest of his crew.
"I should say," Aramis added quickly, "That my men and I will sleep on the Salamander. You've all already been so very kind, and I wouldn't dream of imposing further by asking for sleeping quarters. Besides, we're very much attached to our little vessel."
That, and they needed to guard that extremely precious cargo. Especially the bit of cargo they weren't... legally supposed to have.

"Just when I was finally beginning to think I had a better understanding of the garden..." Party spots and cellars? It's almost as if the garden wanted people to be able to travel long distances and be able to have the rations to do so.

Theo raised one eyebrow and chuckled.
"A ship fueled by whiskey? You would think on a ship with a full crew, you'd always have it on hand!"
He let out a heartier laugh.
"Or perhaps that's why there's a shortage."
Hearing Rune and Yen talk about setting up a feast for all the guests, Theo's stomach rumbled. He hadn't eaten yet that day, and he had all but forgotten about it until now. Knowing the garden's tendency to fulfill one's desires when it came to food and drink, he began to daydream about seared fish, raw shrimp, steamed mussels and cold mead. His mouth began to water, and the rumbling in his stomach was becoming louder by the second.
"Ah, a feast! This will be perfect for getting to know all of our new arrivals--including those we weren't expecting! Perhaps after our meal, we can tell you a bit more about the more arcane aspects of this garden, Captain Aramis. Maybe in exchange for showing me around your beautiful ship..."
Theo then turned to Alex for a moment upon hearing his remark.
"Trust me, Alex. You'll never understand everything about this place. I'd venture to guess that one could spend their entire life studying the properties of this garden--and they'd go to the grave with much yet to learn. It's the nature of how it was created, really; we contributed aspects of ourselves to the enchantments, and as you would imagine, that had some interesting and...intricate implications."
