The efforts to free the hawk from Maelle’s hair were proving to be futile, and at this point she was beyond frantic. When she had finally had it, she decided it was time to take serious action.
In a last ditch effort to rid her hair of the hawk, she yelled a few words, which obviously were not from the common language. Suddenly there was a downpour of water that came from seemingly nowhere, and hit Maelle, and the hawk, directly. A second later, it stopped, and Maelle stood there soaked, which wasn’t necessarily an unpleasant effect, at least in the eyes of men. She untangled the hawk from her hair, who was now hanging there, unable to fly with wet feathers.
After setting the hawk on the ground, she squeezed out her hair. Luckily, she didn’t have to worry about her appearance, as she was wearing a black skirt, and under her blouse she was wearing a corset, as always. “I hope I didn’t get you wet.” she said, turning to Lise, “In any case, I’m sure our assistance is needed in the kitchen.”

But Lise did get a little wet from the water splashing off Maelle and the hawk. Ehhhhhh... "Stupid hawk," she mumbled. She sighed. "Ok. Let's go." She followed Maelle to the kitchen.
((Umm, writer's blockXP))

Armand raised an eyebrow and laughed. "Now, is that what you want the stars to represent?" Entertaining the idea, Armand jabbed a finger at another faint dot next to the previous one. "That's Estas. Oh, my. Must be decisive proof that you two are off to a good start for a date. Looks like you'll be very close. Oh, my." The headmaster gasped. "Perhaps, you two will even be husband and wife!"

Aria rolled her eyes a bit. This was getting annoying. "No. That is not what I meant." she replied to Armand, retaining her composure by placing a hand to her forehead. "You know as well as I do that it would never work out between a demon and an angel. Especially with someone like myself." she added simply. It was true. With someone of her background, a relationship was not in Aria's future. It wasn't like she expected it anyway. It wasn't even like she wanted one either.

((Lise, you seem to have fallen to an "error"... I wonder if the teacher will be the same.))
Armand had that mischievous smile on his face and propped his elbows on the table, fingers tapping against each other. "Hmm... are you sure about that?" It was dangerous to say the word "never" in front of Armand. He had a way with things, and who knew what he would concoct up. "We all seem to be getting along fine..."

"Don't you dare do anything stupid to make us do anything." Aria replied. She knew that the headmaster had ways of proving people wrong. Especially through some sort of prank or other. "Besides, it's best that no one gets involved with me." Aria added. She did not go into detail about why someone shouldn't get too close to her. For that included her telling about her family and she'd rather avoid that conversation.

When Maelle got to the kitchen, she took a moment to asses the situation. She contemplated using light magic to stun the hawks, but it seemed excessive, and it would also likely blind her companions as well. She wished she had thought of it earlier, though, so she could have avoided getting wet. But that wasn’t important at the moment. What was important is that they dealt with the hawks.
She grabbed a frying pan from the floor, which had apparently been thrown, and began to swing at the swarm of hawks. Her attempts weren’t very successful, on managing to knock one down, and glancing few.

((Umm, it's a funny object! XP Uh, oh. What does that have to do with Lise the teacher?))
"Oh, my guardian!" Lise gasped when she saw the inside of the kitchen. It was gross! Disgusting, and whatever other bad word she could think of. Maelle looked like the brave one immediately grabbing a frying pan and whacking hawks. Lise looked around for something found a flimsy spatula. "Uh, this is going to have to work.. heh?" She tried to smack a hawk.
Isaac was doing whatever it was he was doing, and Estas was shrinking away.
"So, magic anyone?" she asked.

ISAAC armine Out of everything you could have done... Oh fine. And I be damned if the teachers don't win this. - Isaac, Estas, Lise, and Maelle.
Isaac only grunted when Estas made excuses to chicken out. "I've already got a weapon." Isaac answered, expertly whacking another hawk out of the air. He was still sure to grab the counter here and there to keep the facade of his gimp, though he would only grab surfaces that were lacking in fecal matter.
At Lise's suggestion, Isaac shrugged "Why not?" Isaac answered rather loudly. He was amazed himself that he heard her over the din of the hawks. Bringing his cane down it made a distinctive tap against the floor. His eyes narrowed at the hawks, tilting his head to one side to dodge one that decided to dive-bomb him. He grinned, not a good sign. Spheres of water started to gather in the air all throughout the kitchen. Water from the meals that the were being prepared, water from the air, even some of the hawks started to basically seize since minor amounts of water were being drawn from their bodies. These spheres then started to bolt around the kitchen, smashing into what hawks they could. Isaac simply stood there and watched, using reflective surfaces to see behind him. "This'll fix them."
(I will not be on again until Monday. Imma going to a convention.)

Magic did seem to be a good idea, Estas thought, as Isaac started to whack and formulate some sort of water magic. Estas blinked. He knew water magic as well. Unfortunately, in this situation, Estas didn't see how his shields would be much help. Nevertheless, he tried while noticeably staying in a corner. He started putting up weak shields to that would help prevent attacks from the hawks or any flying object for that matter form penetrating the shield and smacking the staff and teachers.
((Good convention?))

((I accidentally voted for hawks, but I meant teachers!))
Lise's specialty was not magic. All she knew was some basic air magic that could speed people up. So, she was delighted that Isaac was bashing out the hawks with water magic. Then, there was this weird water bubble that appeared around her. "What?"But she could still breathe.
Lise had a bad feeling that she'd be the most useless here because she was best at long range weaponry and the kitchen and hawks didn't look like long range would work well. On a whim, Lise picked up an egg that was amazingly still uncracked and used the spatula she had as a sling shot, launching the egg at something and hoping it hit the right target.

"Yadda yadda yadda," Armand hummed as he closed his ears to Aria's comments and looked at the charts again. ...but of course, he did hear her because when Aria stopped talking, he looked up and said, "Hmm? Did you say something?" He grinned. "Oh, right. I'll make a bet with you. Do you have faith in your fellow teachers?" He leaned closer to her. "If they can clear out the hawks in ten minutes, I'll show you a secret passage. If not, you'll have to dress up for your date with Estas." ((Kyground, Lise, and Mosmoto, you guys have 3 posts each maximum to resolve the issue to win. dragon-talk's hawks with be fighting against you. Estas will be ... useless and there for comedic relief.))

Aria blinked, mildly surprised at Armand's sudden wish to make a bet with her. She raised an eyebrow in question, but she knew what this was going to get her into. Armand wouldn't make a silly bet like this unless he was certain he would win. Or unless he was just bored. That was why it was so hard to tell with him what he was planning. He was so... unpredictable to say the least.
"Alright Armand. I'll play along with your little game." she replied, with a light sigh. "Though, I am sure that a few hawks can't be too much trouble for four professors to handle." She was of course, hoping that all four of the teachers in the kitchen had average fighting skills.

In the kitchen, Lise's launched egg ended up hitting a cook, who glared at her. The cook was most likely thinking along the lines of "Can't you aim?" or "That was one of the few eggs that we could have made dinner with!"
If anything, while Isaac's magic was helping the situation, it was also causing some chaos for the kitchen staff.
Whatever the case, it was clear that the kitchen was going to be a mess for a while.
((Ok, dragon-talk, your move on the hawks.))

((HAWKS first post!))
The hawk Lise smacked with a spatula was throw down to the floor, flopping a bit. Then it took back into the air to try to get away from her.
Hawk after hawk went down to the ground, soaking wet from Isaac's water orbs. However, more just kept coming at him, trying to claw at his eyes and face.
Three of the hawks tried their best to get at Estas, clawing and diving at the flimsy shields he had up to protect himself.
A few more the hawks were also keeping Maelle busy. Another of which managed to perch in her hair again.
