Quote: Tsume jumped off the top of the building and ran to the big food stand, it felt as if he were standing in the line for days. When he finally got to the front he ordered 2 bowls of beef ramen, sweet and sour soup, 2 orders of dumplings, and an orange soda. He found a small table and waited for Artimis to get his food, he tried hard not to eat, "Hurry Up Artimis!" Tsume yelled, as his stomach growled repeatedly. Artemis Jumped down from the wall as well, making sure to avoid the sticking up shingles. "Yah, yah im comin'." he said playfully. His line up flew by, he waited almost less than one minute. Artemis looked over at Tsume, as he grabbed his reman, Turckey Baccon Clib Sandwich, and His sake. Smiling at the fact that Tsume waitied in line for minuste, and his was practically seconds. He walked over and sat down at the table with Tsune, pulling a pair of unused chopsticks from the cylander vause thing in the center of the table. He Pulled them apart, and nodded at his figgity new friend. "You know, you could have started a long time ago..." he said eyeing the massive amount of food he had orderd. "Heh, well yah, so in my squad, i have done practically nothing, because i just joined. So i havent had a chance. What do you do in your squad?" he spoke, before slurping up a large portion of noodles.

"Goddamn festival, always makes me act so weird. ******** emotions..." Hei grumbled as he made for the Hill. He would always feel emotions during this time of the year; love, compassion, playfulness, and happiness... the kind of emotions that he never felt any other given time. He always blamed it on the festival, but little did he know that the alcohol had a play in it too. For whatever reason, sake plus the festival equaled a different Hei and he hated it. For one, it made him look foolish in front of his colleagues and for the other, there was always one female that attracted his feelings during this time. It was incredibly stupid for him to even be in close proximity to a woman, especially Kokei, luckily for him, the fight with her Zanpakuto spirit would take his mind off it. He kept his distance from the girl and once they arrived on Sokyoku hill, he promptly vanished only to reappear a moment later carrying a vaguely human-sized doll that was white. The Tenshintai, a device with the purpose of forcibly materializing the spirit of a Zanpakuto into the Soul Society wherein the user must subjugate it to attain Bankai. Hei himself had not used this method, but he still kept it on hand. He turned to her, still keeping his distance from her and ignoring the palpitations of his heart. "Plunge your Zanpakuto into this doll and materialize it's spirit, I will then fight it and seal it away." He was a little irked that he was being forced to actually release, yet another person who would see a bit of his power. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Tsukiko shook her head at the mere notion of having fun. "I... don't really do anything you might consider fun.. really." Her gaze shifted downward for a bit and she didn't look up until Yokozuki made his appearance. She wasn't frightened, nor was she surprised. Such emotions hadn't been built into her, they lead to complications on the battlefield. For example, it wasn't possible for any spiritual being, no matter how powerful, to instill fear in her with Reiatsu, she would simply fall down if the proper pressure was exerted. If the pressure was not enough, she would continue to keep moving. She gave him a look over and read him a little and determined that it was pointless to interact, he didn't seem like the kind of guy who would talk anyway.

Kokei however put her head down "With all respect Hei I do not think it is a good idea to do this at a festival...maybe we should wait for awhile you know...this may not be the smartest place to do this" At that moment Mentsu spoke to her and her eyes turned balck for a small second and then back to normal. She was hoping Hei did not see that. She turned away for a monent.

Daiki was somewhat confused. A game of tag had broken out and he took evasive actions as the others were distracted. Being the Captain of the 2nd Squad, saying that Daiki was well trained in Hoho was a major understatement. A mere game of tag, even among Captains, would be child's play for him. No one seemed to have noticed him as nestled himself in trees or rooftops, occasionally switching between a few. Perhaps they didn't know he was playing or the others knew that they would be no chance against him in a game of tag. "But I did go easy on the speed" He thought to himself. He preferred to assume the latter theory but he was slightly embarrassed nonetheless. When he grew bored he landed right in a busy corridor bustling with activity.

"No, up here will be fine. I insist, get to it, shouldn't take too long." He almost sounded like he was begging her to do it, he jsut wanted to be done with it all. He wanted to get away, to not be seen like this. The last time he was at a festival with a girl, had proved it to be a bad thing in all senses of the word. By all rights he was stupid to have brought her here at all. "My reiatsu won't reach all the way down there, not with the seal on anyway. Come on, it's starting to surface, ain't it? I can feel it. On with it, please."

Kokei looked back at him her eyes a pitch black instead of a blue "I can't do it now...I may need him for awhile..." Kokei sounded very weird here but serious "Plus we cant do it here...." Kokei was being weird her eyes did not turn back to their solid color for a bit as she looked straight at him "He is not liking this very much.."

"Then what? What do you want me to do? I brought this all the way out here to help and now you decide against it." Hei let out a deep sigh and turned away. Eager to leave, he just started to walk down the spiral stair that lead to the foot of the mountain, dragging the doll behind him. "Stupid women and their indecisiveness and their... wiles and stuff." Hei mumbled to himself as he walked down. At one point he literally punched his chest to try and force his heart to stop beating so damn fast, but it didn't work, obviously.

Kokei had to get back down the mountain her eyes slowly started to turn back but she stopped halfway down the staircase and was very still. Mentsu was communicating with her and she looked at Hei with wide eyes "S-sorry" Kokei managed to say.

Hei turned abruptly and ambled back up the staircase as if possessed or something. He stopped just in front of Kokei, his very presence would begin to partly stifle Mentsu's emergence into her soul; that was just how Hei's reiatsu worked at times. Hei leaned closer and closer until his forehead was against hers. Upon his contact, he would suppress Mentsu completely, but only while he touched her. After a few seconds, he made a slow move to her lips and his wrist was grabbed by Kagezume who had just shown himself. Kagezume was about a foot shorter than Hei and he had white hair and green eyes with an eye-patch over the left eye. His body was littered with jewelry. He wore no shirt and had black gloves that went up to just below his shoulder, as well as black jeans with a belt. "Master, that course of action would be most unwise, please reconsider." He spoke with a low voice and had a dead serious look upon his face. Hei pulled away as a look of regret played across his face, and resumed going down the steps without speaking another word. As soon as he lost contact with Kokei's skin, Mentsu would be free again. Kagezume gave Kokei a cold look and followed his master down the stairs, only to disappear a few moments later.

Kokei snapped out of her dase when Hei touched his forehead with hers. Her eyes widened and she became speechless then she seen a man, a man with white hair and was just a little bit shorter then Hei and she was utterly confused. She was glad however this man stopped Hei before he attempted to kiss her and she took a slight sigh of releif. She did not love Hei but was already considering him her friend and she then slowly walked down as well as she had to get back to the festival and she felt Mentsu still dwelling inside of her and took a deep breath. Hei was now far in front of her and she walked slowly, then that man gave her a cold look and Kokei had no idea what just happened and was utterly confused. None the less she continued her decent down the stairs.

Tsume grabbed a pair of chopsticks and dug in, he didn't stop to converse until his first bowl of ramen was empty noodle and the seasoned liquid. He held his head up and slammed the bowl on the table, with a sigh of relief he spoke happy as ever, "Well, the reason I waited is because my parents taught me to wait before someone of higher rank sits, and begin to eat, and don't you think you and I are a little too young for sake. Haha, Aside from that, umm as third seat I'm the corps commander of the detention unit. I'm sure you know what that is being a vice?" The look on Artimis's face answered that question quickly, "Alright so i'm responsible for the imprisonment and supervision of all criminals within the Seireitei, and they are held in a detention facility known as the maggot's nest, and most of these criminals haven't really done anything wrong, but have been identified by the laws of Soul Society as "Dangerous Elements". Anyone entering the facility must be unarmed, therefore must be able to protect themselves or protected by someone. Thats why squad 2 are the quickest and most agile we must train in the art of Hakuda everyday, or atleast thats what I do making me a master at Hakuda. I hardly ever have to use my zanpakuto, I'd bet skills are about at the levels of my captains!" Tsume's face lit up with excitement, this was the first time he had thought about that. After finishing his last bowl of ramen he spoke again, "I think we're gonna be good friends Artimis! So what do you wanna do after we finish eating?"

Almost choking on ANOTHER rice ball,Nu glances down at her smiling captain. "And I just said YOUR captain was odd...." Deciding to be more friendly today, she mentally prepared herself to act natural and smiles, yelling back at him."Enjoying the festival Taichou!?~"

"Meh, i honestly dont think of myself as a 'high' ranking position. I prefer to think of my self as an equal to most people, well other then the captains of course." He exclaimed, as he began eating his Club Sandwich. He set his sandwich down, and scratched the side of his head.
"Wow, your job sounds kinda fun, in a sence more of exhiliration more then actual enjoyment. Not having a weapon to fight and all. Although, id have to say im not horrible at fist to fist. but i most likley pale in comparrison to you. I like using my zanpaku-to, personally. Mostley because we seem to be on good terms and all. That reminds, i am the Ice element. What force do you posses?" he said smiling, at the continious conversation with his newfound friend.
"Yah i hope to be great friends. For many years to come! We should toast to that!" Artemis announced raising his saucer of sake in the air. "And well because I woke up from my accomatosic state, i dont particcularly have many bounderies for myself in the age sence. Heh, i guess maybe i should set some now that i thinkabout it. Im not givin' up that sake though hahahaa" Artemis blinked a couple of times, and held a large smile in place, as he starred at Tsume.
((Just incase, because alot of people dont know. Being in an accoma. is when you arent dead, but are in sleep for very long extended periods of time.))

The Lieutenant of Squad 4
I’m not a destroyer, But rather a healer. Dreams are hopeless useless to me. Peace in the whole of earth is a total impossibility. Since the children had finished their game, Elisia had left from their game, trying to conserve what energy she had left. She had forgotten that children were always so hyper, no matter where they came from. Turning her head, her buoyant mood disappeared entirely. She had just seen her worst nightmare. Her parents. They were walking down the streets, followed by many servants which were carefully making sure that no riff-raff came nearby. She had two choices - to flee or to face them bravely. She walked straight into their path and some servants bustled over to shoo her away. When they saw that she was their master's daughter, they hovered and grimaced at each other, unsure of what to do. Trying to keep a polite stance, she nodded briefly at them, before passing into a narrow alleyway. She stopped to catch her breath. She would never do that again. The glint in her father's eyes and the disapproval written on her mother's face was very clear to her.
Needing somewhere to breathe, she moved outside, only to be confronted with masses of people. Trying to find some room, she moved away, heading towards the direction of nowhere in particular. Finding herself in a another corridor, she turned her head, feeling really trapped by the masses. Not watching where she was going, she kept walking and bumped into a guy who was in this busy corridor. "Oh I'm so sorry," she apologised, brushing the dust off her Shinigami outfit. Looking up, her whole face turned red. She was mortified. Apparently she had bowled over Daiki, the Captain of Squad Two. Hopefully he would not be too angry... "Sorry, sir," she said, getting more flustered as the time passed, "I didn't mean to bump you..." - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - ...The Flare of the Phoenix is with me...

As Axle entered the stall of masks following Zique, more and more captains kept showing up. He also noticed how most of the people around were playing tag. 'Dang, I'd love to play if I wasn't so damn tired' Axle sighed, and looked at the masks in the stall, as he listened to the conversations going on between Hei, Nariko, Kokei, and Zique. 'All these captains seem just the same to me.. High in energy and formality... Maybe excluding Zique, then again he'd barely a captain.' He smirked as he was rambling his thoughts. He was tired from everything that's been happening, and honestly wanted to take a nap, and heal up from everything he went through, but the festival wasn't an everyday thing, and he wouldn't wanna miss out on it either. "Hey Zique! This one'll fit you perfectly!" He exclaimed as he pointed at a mask designed to look like a pig. "HAHAHA!!! I betcha' your real family will finally recognize you too!!!!" He rolled on the floor with his hands on his stomach as he laughed. Some people were staring at the stall by now, but Axle couldn't really care.
