Elyse let out a heavy sigh as the two before her continued to argue about the injured condition, but from what Else could feel from linking herself with Ash. she'd come to know the extent of the stupidity of whom ever this person was. the wounds were most certainly faithal with out treatment and healing her as fast as she did, Elyse was truly weighing the tought of continueing to tell Zaine to let her go. Yet she'd still feel that this rough ind of administering medicine wasn't to her liking. Yet if it had to be done... "Zaine put her down and let me in the cage I just need to talk to her she should be fine now. I'll make her sleep with one of my chiyudou. This way she'll be easier to handle and you can go and get some rest. So openit up" Elyse waited for her chance to run in and tackle Ash down so she could use her medical technique.

((OOC: Sorry about the mixed up gender. It wasn't you at all!)) As she healed the patient she kept to herself as Elyse made a scene as she stomped across the floor to Zaine, attacking him first with physical brutality and then verbally assaulting him. Looking back down at the man below her she nodded as the last of his wound vanished from view. Speaking to him in a hushed tone, "All better, just be aware that you'll be a little sore for a few days." Nodding quickly she turned to the small group.
Zaine had returned, but with a strange looking contraption, a very hostile Elyse and an...
She quickly walked over and picked up the document, glancing over it briefly she looked back up at Zaine with a dry glare, "Let her out." Looking up at Elyse she stepped around her, bumping her side with her shoulder to move her out of her way, as she looked into Elyse's eyes she glared at her piercingly, a threat that told her to calm down. Looking at the strange looking shikai she narrowed her eyes and spoke into it, "Aislynn, lets make this our first date." She giggled playfully trying to calm the mood of the patient, "It'd be rude to just run off." Standing upright again the small woman looked at both people and shook her head, then her gaze fell over Elyse again.
Taking a step towards her she spoke at the woman's chest, speaking sternly yet keeping her voice hushed, obviously Ami was retaining her anger but it hissed out with every word she spoke, "We're professionals..." looking back up at her she hissed another set of words sternly, "So start acting like it or our captain will know of your lack of discipline." Pausing she looked back at Zaine, and bowed to him slightly to show her sympathy for him, expecting Elyse to apologize and make up for her previous actions she then moved towards the object yet again.

Elyse took note of Ami being in the room already, handling a patient of her own before coming over. Yet she wouldn't have guessed she'd react as harshly as she did to Elyse's display. bumping her to the side, which Elyse felt no need to resist. she'd thought that Ami was going on with her flirty personality once again, but the sharp tone and those eyes. Once deep and luminescent. Yet now they were cold towards her, and this rather than scared her made her confused. Once Elyse herd the girls name, "Aislinn, ha!...So it's the kid in there?" This eased response was cut short by Ami's exceeding show of anger towards Elyse's actions. Which in her mind weren't to harsh, she'd move to a more calm position in talking gradually as was her style in doctor patient relations. Yet Ami was new to her way of doing thins, but it wasn't just that from how passionate Ami was responding. From Elyse first impression of Ami, it gave her a clear understanding that she'd take things personal serious.
When Ami came to speak into Elyse chest she held a serious look on her face, and a touch of distaste for Ami's attitude with her lecture. "Well I'm a professional, and I have my ways of doing things Ami...Wait don't tell me you have a thing for the kid. I know her too, she's tough to handle and this job sometimes puts use in a position to heal our soldiers and friends..." Elyse would reply with the same sharp and short tone to Ami. matching if not exceeding her anger in pitch." I've known Envy for awhile and she her self has taken a more rough way of settling a patient. to bring them down to a manageable state. So if little Ash wants to be an a** about use healing her. Then I'll put her down easy with out truly hurting her, from there we'll discuss why I did that." Elyse would step back away from Ami and smile at her and now speak more clearly for everyone to hear. "So now why don't we try and do this together Ami. I'm not one for fighting amongst the emotionally involved. Doctors need a bit of detachment, i suggest you practice it a bit before we have another work related discussion...now Zaine let me see to those flesh wounds." Elyse would turn her attention from Ami, who'd she'd expect to have some grudge from now on. Yet Elyse was really not okay with being talked down to for no good reason. She'd not take it on the chin with a captain, so with Ami it would still be the same. Treats also made it seem even more ridiculous to take the emotional Ami serious for now. She still felt Ami was one cute little minx, but her attitude had to change a bit in the work place in Elyse's first impression. Elyse would still feel her and Ami could be great friends, but she still had a bit to learn about being a fourth squad member. "Zaine let Ash out like Ami here said. it's taxing you reietsu, right? Sit down and I'll have you back to 100." Elyse would proceed to heal him wit her shikai's aura as she did with Ash. quickly brushing of the occupational incident. If she felt she could handle Ash better, let her. What ever had the most calm result was best.

Ami! Ash's tail perked up a little as she recognized one of the voices outside her prison. Although she couldn't see beyond the earthen walls, she would easily imagine the woman with her petite beauty and bright eyes. In all the excitement, she'd forgotten that Ami was a member of Fourth Division. Under different circumstances, Ash would have jumped at the change to see the little painter again. Still, even Ami's voice did little to calm her down. Her ears were still plastered against her skull, lips pulled back in a snarl. On some level, she recognized that her side had stopped hurting-- ostensibly because someone had healed it through one method or another. This brought on a different wave of panic: healings made her sleepy, so much so that she could already feel the heaviness in her eyes. She couldn't sleep though. Not all caged like this. And not in this hospital environment. It made her uneasy, a product, perhaps, of her mortal death.
Make 'em let me out, Ash growled, hoping she could sway Ami. She had heard of their plans involving putting her down, and her animalistic side positively rebelled against the terminology. She didn't want to be sedated by chiyudou as she'd heard Elyse-- yes, she'd finally recognized the tall, blond woman's voice, too-- planning. The thought of being forced to sleep scared her for more than the obvious reasons. I don't want to sleep!
Gathering back, she hurled herself against the side of the cage, eliciting new cracks from her tender, newly-healed side. Her breathing whistled slightly as she subsided in her efforts, and it was clear she'd re-injured herself in some fashion. She panted from this exertion, sides heaving as she resumed her position at the far wall of the cage, as far from Elyse and the others as possible. Said I'm not hurt. I just want out a' this damn thing. I don't want to sleep.

Fourth squad had already gained a bad rap within the other squads as being a simple clean-up squad, and everybody expected them to heal anybodies wounds without question. On top of the stereo typing that went into being in any particular squad, the strict schooling that went into being a doctor, then adding the newly created Kido designated privately to fourth squad. More than physical or technique training being a fourth squad member was more mental, having to memorize all the different parts of the body, how each part worked, and then on top of this prioritizing patience depending on how critical each wound was. In the lease, fourth could have been arguably the most frustrating squad to be within, because there was no black and white, or cut and paste operation.
Oh and if one was to think that there was no drama or politics being a doctor they could have not been any more incorrect. As Elyse realized who was in the cage and how she addressed her she couldn’t but hold back her own balled up fist tightly to her side. Glaring up at Elyse the small woman though was trying to remain professional was losing sight of logic and was beginning to allow her personal affairs cloud her judgment. Shaking her head she simply sighed and looked back to Ash’s prison. Looking to the man that held her prisoner Ami could feel her temptation to grab her blade and cut his arm off to release her beginning to eat at her imagination.
As Elyse began to speak about her relationship with Ash her face deepened. A flash of Ishi could be seen in Ami’s face, a menacing growl could be heard from the corner of the room, her weapon’s name was still a secret to her, but it was still very much a part of her. Unlike Ami’s ability to hold back her anger, the weapon was the dead giveaway of this rage. Shaking her head as she looked into the prison that held Ash Ami closed her eyes and attempted to swallow down her own anger. She didn’t want to sink to the level that Elyse so proudly stood upon. Then she stood and turned towards the girl and shook her head and took a step towards her, ”What does it matter Elyse?” Pointing back at Ash’s prison, ”What about our relationship?” Taking a disgusted look to size Elyse down she continued, ”You don’t need to attack someone physically. Ever!” Looking back to Zaine to motion to what she meant, her attack on him was unnecessary, her eyes fell into Elyse’s yet again. ”No Elyse, you may be professional but acting irrationally isn’t a…” She held up her fingers to symbolize quotations, ”..different way of handling yourself professionally.” Dropping her hands just over her chest she folded them tightly to hold back her anger.
Looking back to Ash’s prison she heard the woman within smashing against the sides, her voice became more lethal and she placed her hand on the cage and her fingers crackled with static hinting at the lighting kido being charged within her palm, ”Enough Ash!” knealing down beside it her voice was almost desperate but still held a frustrated tone, ”Don’t act like some stray dog, nobody here is aiming to hurt you.” Her voice softened almost pleading for Ash to calm down, ”Please baby…” resting her head on the weapon that held her she sighed deeply and in an instant her anger washed away. The attacks on Elyse weren’t professional at all, and bickering in front of patience would have risked causing both Elyse and Ami a lecture from their captain. Standing she turned and looked back up at Elyse with almost apathetic eyes, her face still flushed with anger, ”We’ll talk later Elyse.” Looking back to Zaine she bowed deeply and apologetically, ”I’m sorry Zaine.” Standing upright again she quickly walked over to her sword and picked it up. It growled deeply as she lifted it and slid it under her obi. Turning she walked past the small group, and nodded to Elyse, ”I trust you can hold the fort down…” Walking to the door she slid it open just enough for her to slip out, ”I’m just going to get some fresh air real quick.” Then she stepped out and slid the door shut. Turning away she quickly sped off towards the training grounds.
It wasn’t everyday she’d had to deal with patients, fake a smile for them and tell them everything would be okay even though they were in pain, on top of that her own personal views conflicted with the way many of the current members behaved. Being that she was fresh out of the Academy she still held tightly to the disciplines they forced into her mind and soul. Nothing Elyse had done was even that bad, a little childish but it wasn’t enough for Ami to blow up over. Maybe it was because Ash was there, acting so strange, then Elyse attacking Zaine for no reason, without even knowing who the patient was. Patients and injuries varied so greatly between each operation that one couldn’t even begin to assume the situation given. In any case, Ami would have to find her place within Fourth Squad.

Ami... Aislinn let out a soft whimper, crossing Zaine's fissure and resting a head against the earthen wall that separated them. She could hear the anger and frustration in the woman's tone, but she also picked up an undertone of desperation and pleading. In her own anger, she hadn't stopped to think of how her outbursts would have affected Ami. Later, it would occur to her to wonder just what made her so attentive to the woman's feelings, but right now, all she could feel was guilt at putting Ami in this situation to begin with.
With a sigh, she settled down, lying on her side, looking to the light that filtered through the air holes Zaine had made in his prison. At this point, it wasn't just a question of shame at being taken to Fourth for healing. She truly had nothing against medics or their profession-- surely if she did, she wouldn't hold Ami or Elyse in such high regard. And still there was more to her display of embarrassment or an animal's fear of being caged. Although Ash was loath to admit it, she was afraid-- terrified, in point of fact-- of the hospital environment. The scents of antiseptic and blood that hung in the air, mixed with undertones of fear, panic, and sweat, made her blood run cold. It was exactly like the faint, but painful memory of her death. Through the mindless pain, she distinctly remembered the smell of the ambulance's interior. It smelled like inevitability. And it smelled like death.
It would have been easier at this point to let herself sleep. After all, Elyse's healing had left her exhausted, but sleeping held its own problems. Because she was only a Lycan pup, her control over her abilities was, at best, shoddy. Although she could consciously transform at will, other factors such as emotional stress could trigger a change. Volatile emotions often forced her into her wolf form, while shock often sent her back to human. More importantly, sleeping-- as she had so recently discovered-- relaxed her to the point that she lost her grip on her wolf form and phased back. Though not a problem for older wolves, Ash hadn't quite mastered the change. As such, she generally returned to human form without a stitch of clothing on her back.
She blinked tired eyes, willing herself to remain awake if only for propriety's sake, but it was a losing battle. Will y' let me out? She asked, defeated for the moment, fatigue winning out over fear. She was a bit surprised at her own complacency, but she was mostly giving over to tired, half-logic. Hers was a thought process generally associated with dreams in which the dreamer doesn't necessarily question their surroundings or reasoning. Ami's presence had relaxed her to this point. Her eyes drifted closed for just a moment, but the moment was enough to calm her body and she phased back to her human form. Coming awake again, she knew at this point, that it was hardly worth it to hold her wolf form. Anyway, dream-logic was telling her that if she stayed calm and human, they'd let her out. Then she could find Ami and tell her-- well, Ash wasn't quite sure what she was supposed to be telling the little painter, but that didn't concern her at present. She pulled her knees to her chest and wrapped arms around her legs, maintaining as much modesty as was possible in her position.

Zaine blushed a bright crimson as he opened the fissure, luckily he had brought the cloak he had given Ash and managed to drape it over her and sufficiently cover her so that he could pick her up and place her on a nearby cot, he looked to Ami, still burning red in his face. "Is there anything I can help you with? I know some medical treatments but I can't heal as you do. Please allow me to assist in any way I possibly can."

(Since Elyse is gone and I have places to be-- people to see XD-- so I'm going to leave. Bien? Also going to manipulate some medic NPCs...)
Ash woke some time later, hardly realizing that she'd dozed off again. She vaguely remembered Zaine carrying her out of his fissure and onto a cot. His face had been bright red, and she remembered wanting to laugh if she wasn't so sleepy. She blamed the fatigue on the healing-- healings always made her tired.
But she was awake, now. Much more alert than she'd been some hours ago. Lying as she was on a soft hospital cot, the room appeared tilted sideways. A line of identical cots stood in an orderly row that reached to the main doorway. Ash shifted, glancing about her. Her cot was situated near the end of the hall, but as far as she could see, Elyse was gone, as was Ami. The only attending medics remaining were of no consequence to her.
Ash's movement alerted her to the fact that, beneath the sheets and blankets, she was naked-- product, most likely, of phasing from human to wolf and back again. She truly needed to figure out a way to retain her clothes to avoid such problems in the future. But now was not the time to dwell on something so immaterial. Sleep had dulled her fear of the hospital environment, but now that safe cocoon was wearing off. She needed to get out of this place before she panicked again.
Phasing into her wolf form was easy now that she was rejuvenated with sleep and with healing. The bedclothes fairly tore themselves from the cot as she changed and rose to her full height-- about five feet at the shoulder. The medics looked up, faces registering alarm, but Ash didn't pause. She sprang lightly from the cot's edge, landing and making a beeline for the door. With no Elyse, Ami, or Zaine about to hinder her escape, she was out the door before the shocked medics could think to move.
And by then, she was already gone.
(Escape! XD And exit for the training ground ^^)

(Hah! Double post. Am I the only one who gets hurt nowadays...?)
Aislinn sprinted towards the door of the clinic, aware that Maiza was either hot on her heels or right next to her. She didn't dare pause to look or she'd break her stride and Maiza would have the easy win. The Amazon's long legs made up for her bulk, while Ash's smaller, slimmer frame accommodated her shorter stature. In all, the two of the were tied neck and neck. The only way Aislinn could think to win the race was to phase into her Lycan form, but that felt like cheating. Anyway, the fracture in her left arm would be stressed by the change and by running on all fours. Ash knew one healer who would certainly slaughter her for her carelessness. Best to remain human.
She burst through one double door just as Maiza pushed the opposing one open. It had been a tie. Aislinn took a couple more steps forward to ease off the momentum. Her face was flushed as she worked to control her breathing. Being somewhat of an old hand at this healing business, she picked up and filled out a chart right away. Ugly bruises were surfacing in her arm while she was sure Maiza's injuries were more severe than she'd let on.
Once she'd turned in the chart, she hopped up on the nearest cot, indicating that Maiza could take a seat beside her. All the while, Aislinn breathed through her mouth, knowing the smell of the place would make her panic.
Patients' Names: Maiza Rokeigan and Aislinn O'Shea Squad of Patients: 11th and 10th respectively Patient's Injuries: Maiza-- deep cut to left shoulder, smaller cut to chin Aislinn-- cracked radial bone in left forearm Purpose for Visit: To... to get healed/stitched/splinted...? Other Useful Info: Nope ^^

Maiza had adamantly refused anesthetics and had drawn her weapon halfway from it's scabbard when one of the male medics approached her with the needle. They had finally gotten one of the female healers to calm her down and stitch her up. She sat on one of the cots as her shoulder and throat were souchered and glared death at any man that so much as gave her an odd look.
When she was stitched up, Maiza left quickly for one of the bars and something to drink. She wanted to get away from the men and smell in the hospital.
