Anonymous Mosh
Thank you for allowing me to be in this guild. Thank God for other Christians, and the opportunity for fellowship. Thank God for the bounty that I am about to partake in (and God forgive me for fully intending to be a glutton).
I pray that you all are going to have a great Thanksgiving Day, and that if you are not with the ones that you love at this moment that you are soon.
God bless you all,
Amen.
No problem. I'm glad you found this guild. Have a great Thanksgiving and hope to see more of your posts biggrin .

If you ever use it, just be prepared for the onslaught of people trying to tell you that opine isn't even a word instead of actually dealing with your arguments. 3nodding

First Name: Alex
Age: 23
Religion: Raised Christian, chose to be Baptized at 16... Slacker now... but believe in the same God, as it were... Now opened minded about some other religions, such as Sikh.
Denomination: I never really cared for those... baptist, orthodox, etc... titles. Christians are Christians... some at taunt one way, others another... But we are all loved the same in God's heart.

What drew you to this guild?
A place of, hm, neutrality? That is what it seems to me. Like, the main focus seems to be Christianity, but everyone seems to be quite open minded, kind, etc. It seems like a good place.

Influential quote:
I will back back to this one... when I remember it... Funny how you forget what you need to remember, and remember to forget.

And that isn't it...

First Name: Just call me Aya.
Age: 16
Religion: Roman Catholic
Denomination: Born into a non-practicing family, raised by a secular school and now currently... Benedictines. Does that count? Err, me? Non-practicing.

What drew you to this guild? I'm sick and tired of Christians bitching about this and that and sticking their nose up other people's business -.-" Good cause... [Not always but well, most of the time]... Terrible execution.

Influential quote: If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one.
-Mother Teresa

Welcome Aya. Love your quote.

Because there's so many different sects of Christianity, I included a denomination section. Your denomination would be Roman Catholic but it's cool to know what order of Catholicism you were raised.

I know right. If I wasn't the heretic that I am, I'd probably be a Jesuit. They get such a bad rap.

i wonder why sad They're epic people who have no problem with us 'knowing things' and unlike all the other people... They provide 'answers' instead of just going 'cause it's against the word of God!!' <-- That. pisses. me. off. And they're great teachers... A long line of history in providing knowledge! O.O

Politics and a protestant spin on the Catholic Counter-Reformation often confusing "secular" inquisitions with inquisitions that were actually ran by the Church. The state run inquisitions really didn't care about doctrine and were more concerned with land grabbing and killing off political enemies. They also ignore that the Catholic Church did not endorse these state-run inquisitions and actually condemned them.

^ This is what makes me question the Catholic Church. But of course I believe that. T'was said by Jesus after all 4laugh
