More headdresses finished! The rabbit one is done as well, but I'm not satisfied with it. Here's the first cat-ear one. They're still a bit puppyish, though. I'm making another in black and pale pink for a friend that will have the ears sitting up a bit higher on the head.
Side of headband Front-view of headband and ears
Please excuse the poor lighting and photo quality-- these came off of my laptop's iSight, so they're not as well-shot as my digicam might have done. Also, when I get back to school, I'll take photos of the details on the back-- there are two little cross-stitches on either side behind the bows.

I just finished making these bloomers this past weekend, and I'm so amazingly proud of them~ <333 This was my first big project that I did completely on my own with no help, and I'm so glad they turned out. It gives me the confidence to maybe try something bigger next time, like a shirt, or maybe a skirt that doesn't totally suck. blaugh (My first skirt is pretty, but the pleating was unmeasured to it looks so intellectually challenged... XD wink

XD I stood up and my petticoat got caught on the lace of the bloomers and lifted a little (teh embarrassment, d00d. redface ) and she squealed and went "aw, what adorable bloomers!" XP I was all "LE GASP YOU KNOW WHAT BLOOMERS ARE?!" ....Then again, she's a History teacher. XD

Headdress I made to match the red winter dress I bought from Noir Desir. And a design for a skirt I hope to make~ heart Please tell me what you think of it, or if you have advice, or even if you think I should do something differently with it. ^-^ I'm also unsure about if i want the big ruffles in front and back to be their own skirt, or just added on....

I would just add it on on top of the rest of the skirt. Otherwise you would have to make a whole underskirt... Less you want to do that. XP

s**t man. today i finished my lolita skirt (green tartan with white and black in the design. i was going to decorate it and use it for gothic and sweet lolita b/c of its most versitle pattern) but it got stollen. i finished in 1st period sewing and put it in my ex-photo teachers locked office and someone stole it. i think it was some of the photo helpers because they are all sleazy this year. hopefully they will put it back when the realize its a skirt that goes down to your knees! im so mad!!!!

How low can you get, stealing someone's CLOTHES? That just SCREAMS "I have nothing better to do and I'm too retarded/poor to go get my own damn clothes even though you can get jeans for as low as 25 cents at a thrift store, but I'm retarded so there." stare I hope whoever stole it gets jumped and the person who jumped them puts your skirt in the lost and found or something so you can go get it. I really do hope you find it. ;-; That's so awful of them...
