Ris turned onto her back, looking at the deep blue sky, then looked at Nich. "Hm, well what I normally do is draw, and read. I didn't have much time for anything else back home, except pretend I was in a far away place each time I walked outside. I'd have to clean and sometimes cook," she told him. She put her hands behind her head to act as a cushion. "What about you? What do you like to do?" She asked him, she looked up at him, waiting for his response, a smile coming to her lips.

Balthezar was getting tired of waiting for a room, tapping the desk impatiently. She decided the best course of action was to read while she waited, taking out the book she was reading prior to arriving and continued it again. Once the desk worker replied she would stop, if she heard it.
She was rather entranced with her book when she finally got someone to assist her. She got up and walked to the desk, telling the desk worker that she's been waiting all day for some assistance. Of course, the desk worker didn't want to hear this and sent her to a higher up.
She carried her stuff with her, setting it down near the Supervisor's desk. After a good half hour she filled out all the paperwork and sat, waiting to see if it would all get approved. She promptly went back to reading her book while she waiting, wondering how long this step could take and started thinking about bureaucracy and the red tape involved.

Lynsie continued to walk around, wondering where she was now. She knew the way back to the dorms, so she wasn't worried, but she thought she had come back to the reception. She noticed a 'boy' sitting alone reading a book, and walked over.
'Hi, I'm kind of lost do you know where we are?' She asked 'him'. 'My name is Lynsie, by the way.' She added, sitting down next to 'him'.

Balthezar looked up at the girl asking her questions. "I think this is where we get our rooms but it looks like no one is present." she responded, with the desk worker coming out just as she said so. "About time someone came." she said, getting up and complaining with the desk worker. She eventually got her way and talked with the supervisor.
((Can I RP myself getting my single room now? Hehe))

Nich smiled back down at her. The way her hair was catching the sun made her look quite... Woah... better hang on to that for just a sec he thought to himself. He was worried he'd get ahead of himself.
"I dunno, i liked to play video games alot, and also read, or watch movies... well the trend is learning. i love to learn and any chance i get i take quite seriously."

She watched the boy walk away, then standing up and turning back, walking towards her dorm room.
When she finally got there, she sat down and continued drawing.

"I dunno, i liked to play video games alot, and also read, or watch movies... well the trend is learning. i love to learn and any chance i get i take quite seriously."
He sighed and wondered how his family got to be so poor. It's not like they were ever rich, they've stayed in the lower-middle class all their lives, and just recently went into poverty. He pulled out a book, his only book, from his bag and laid on his bed and started to read.

Nich smiled at her again and was glad he had something to say. he hated when conversations fizzled out, so he;d gotten quite good at this whole conversation sustaining thing.
"Well i think it was Marvel that said culture is the stock notions and habits of man. So in retrospect learning culrture is less learning as it is socially growing... and in that sense i would have to agree. Ive grown opbjective however after reading so much... you know like learning so many religions you learn to beleive none?"

Ris opened her eyes and looked at him. "I don't believe in any religion, never have, doubtful I ever will," she told him. She remembered sitting in church next to her mom while listening to the pastor read from a book that a few people close to God wrote. She remembered questioning that, wondering if maybe someone, or a few someones, just made it up a few centuries ago, and say it was the word of this higher power and if you didn't follow it, then you won't be happy. Maybe they just wanted to tell everyone how to live, the way they thought the people should live. When she told the pastor her thoughts, she had a long lecture and was put into Sunday school, which she stopped going to, as well as church.

Kotatsu finally awoke from his long mid-afternoon nap. His brain and body felt thoroughly rested. His dreams had been more than pleasant. Kotatsu had dreamt of a future that did not involve his annoying younger brother. He grinned happily at the memory of his dream. If only the world weren't so cruel, he thought. He stretched as he lifted his body from the bed and accidentally kicked over his suitcase.
"Oh well." He shrugged as his suitcase hit the floor on its side. He'd never cared much about his belongings. His room back home was a disaster area. Kotatsu stood and readied himself to explore the campus. He knew that Annabella was most likely still counting sheep. She always slept like a log and was a grumpy person once awakened anyway. Kotatsu did not feel like retrieving her from the room and facing her fury. His first mission would be to gather food for his protesting stomach. The hunger had finally gotten to him and he planned to save the Pocky for later. He left the room feeling slightly annoyed at his hunger.

After half an hour of venomous debate with the Mistress, Balthezar finally got a room. Granted, it wasn't a purely single room but at least she only had to share the common area and the bathroom with whomever she boarded with. She carried her items up, setting them down to open up the main door and using the doorstop so that she wouldn't have to have to open it again. She opened up her assigned room and moved her stuff in before closing both doors again and locking her personal door. Throughout the rest of the day, she rearranged her room and put her items in seemingly random spots, yet they made perfect sense to her. Once finished, she laid down and sighed heavily, taking a nap until it was dinner time.

Chi looked to the top. She saw the school. She went in, head down, and looked around. What should I do now...? She thought. When she lifted her head, she saw the school grounds. "Cool," she said.
She saw a sign there, saying something about making a request for room numbers. She took a paper from her bag and gave it to the secretary. After that, she looked around, wondering if there are other people. She didn't see any, so she went to a tree nearby. She sat down and pulled out her notebook from her bag and started drawing. ((i'm kinda confused... and it's like no one's here... so i'll just do this.. sweatdrop
edit:: i read some of the first posts here.. so i kinda copied the idea of the secretary thing. sweatdrop -i'm feelin stupid >.<-))

Entering school grounds, Hikaru walked toward the entrance of the building. He had everything needed except for what the teachers would give him. Once he entered the building, he took a moment to look around, just so he could get used to the place. This is much more different than my other school. He thought to himself. He decided to see where his classes were located first, so he began to wander around the halls.

((I am so sorry about not replying. I've been really busy, it being exam time at school and all. I was out of town this past weekend with no internet access. Um...It feels a little weird asking this, since it's my role play, but can someone catch me up?))
