"Nice to meet you too."Rin replied as the girls thoughts rushed into her.Contact always made them more clearand allowed themto stand out longer."Are still can't belive thery're gay."RIn murrmered under her breath.

Kikyo leaned back in her chair and looked at the ceiling. On the outside she looked totally relaxed, where as on the inside her mind was buzzing frantically.

Kikyo sighed and looked back at Ace.
"O.K, since no one is talking, I'm gonna ask a question: Are you a natural elf-like-thing?" she asked, deciding to just use simple terms, considering she didn't know the correct term for calling someone an elf.

Eclipse caught that last thought Tyler had, and he scowled reflexively. Not my fault those bastards did what they did... He thought, forgetting that he was still connected with all of them. Realizing his mistake, he snapped his eyes open, continuing to monitor the thoughts of Tylor, as a precaution. His hand slowly slid into his tattered cloak, his fingers wrapping themselves tensely around the dagger he had.

"I got that feeling too." Kikyo said, after thinking a second. "I just thought I was being paranoid. An no worries. If we're attacked then I'm gonna help fight back!" she smirked and waited for something to happen.

Ann giggled at the comment, "Yeah, but it is kinda cute." She let go of Rin's hand. During the time Rin was holding her hand, she was able to see far back into Ann's past. First was a horrifying image of being inside a burning car. Though the image was a bit blurry, but you can still make out the flames surrounding you with only the front window to see outside. But even that was unpleasant as the view of gagged rock raced toward you.

The next vision was inside a small kids room. With little holes in the wall and a broken desk. Your eyes turn to the door as you begin to hear a young woman's voice. "No one will come here to adopt a child cause they're afraid of her. She's a monster, a monster! Happier day will only come when that demon is gone." The view turns over to the small bed as you begin to see liquid blur your vision. What felt like a few minutes later, a man in a traditional gi came into view. "Ann..." He said with a deep voice, "I'm Shingo Yamamoto and I'm..." He is interrupted by a small whimpering voice. "...afraid?" The man smiled and gently rubbed your head. "No, mind not what the others say. Your not a monster.....your just a little girl."

The vision changed to a bright day in the woods. Both of you are waving your arms back and forth. The man besides you speaks up, "This exercises requires calmness, yet focus, a still hand, an open mind, and a steady heart." Your arms sway right to left until your right hand moved too far and knocked down a tree. The man chuckled at you, "I said focus. Again." "Aww..."

After a couple of moments, Eclipse relaxed. His fingers fell away from his dagger and he began concentrating on all three of them again. He was still really interested in the one named Kikyo. He had already gathered that she was the leader of the humans even though she didn't share the same sentiments as the majority of the population. He felt a little more at ease for some unknown reason.
