"My apologies strange travelers, but a great people like that of the centaurs is nothing without there ruler. In any case the males of our people are far less forgiving of the trespassing of other species. I'm afraid that even just by being here and especially by being so near to one of the few remaining with royal blood, you already all have targets on all of your heads. They have more of a kill now ask later mentality. I would have told you to leave already but you can't out run them and attempting to leave would just alert them of your presents." as she says this you see the trees on the edge of the cluster of trees behind the kentaurides shutter. The male centaurs see you and begin to charge your way across the clearing. "I can not fight against my own people and I can't stop them. I also will not stand by and let you hurt them. You are good beings and if one of you survives then you are great worriers. You have my thoughts." At this she walks away from you. Varnis watched as the centuars walked out from the forest and started to charge at them. Everything seemed to slow down as they neared. Drawing his sword, he redied an offensive stance. "I'd rather not fight, but... Lets end this quickly". Feeling his strength increase ever so slightly, he watched them, and only would strike if one where to attack them.

((If I may please borrow 1 MP from the party-pool...))
"A common danger unites the bitterest of enemies." Bellamin quoted some old guy with a beard.
"Can't we just make some danger up and call it a day?" He sighed. "No?"
~+~
Drawing his sword from his shoulder-sheath, Bellamin smiled a rather half-hearted smile.
"Jeez, there are a lotta you. Eeni! Meanie! Mighty! Mo..." You wonder why he starts talking to himself only before and after battles? Cause I do...
Anyways... Bellamin leaped high into the air by rebounding off of a tree. Screaming at the top of his lungs: "Aera!".
The spellsword comes crashing down to earth right infront of the nearest Kentauride. A localized twister appeared around Bellamin, whipping the area around him in a frenzy.
After a few failures, the spellsword rips his sword out of the ground. The little tornado lifts up anything withing four feet of Bellamin and disapates. Monsieur Solan lands on his feet. Unfortunatly on his ankles, and promptly falls down onto his butt. Bellamin was never all that balanced of a person. Attack Kentauride 1 *Blood dagger sacrifice [1-4 HP] if needed* Smash Flamestrike Kentauride 1 Dice for offense

Perrian sighed and swiftly summoned Luljeta. Knowing danger would come, especially with the bow and arrow, he had Luljeta try to take him to the back of the group. He sighed, hating how he forgot one item to bring with him: his amulet which increased his magic potential. Right now, in his opinion, they needed a second mage. Although forbidden to deal damage because of the angelic pact, he still was able to deal some and get some minor injuries in the process. He sighed, but he knew what to do ever so vigiliantly. He got his dart out of his cloak and sent it towards one of the kentauride, hitting its target and bestowing its blessing upon the beautiful beast. Noticing some white healing magic from the kentaurides, he remained still and shot off his healing magic and draining burst, ignoring the fact that he could pounce or stunning blow. He had a plan and now, in his opinion, was a GOOD time to have a plan.
Perrian Summon Luljeta (-2 MP) Heal (5 HP) to target with lowest health after regen) Life sacrifice (-1 HP) to a centaur attacking Bellamin Purification Dart on kentauride 2
Luljeta Heal Perrian 8 HP before combat Heal Bellamin 8 HP after regen if Bellamin is hurt by at least 5 damage. If Bellamin is not, heal target ally (including Perrian) who has the lowest health after regen.
(HP/MP/AP after actions taken as listed above, but before combat) 37/40 MP:2 AP:2

The adventurers fight valiantly, yet their attacks are too weak to over come the massive herd of quadrupeds. They were over come by the wave after wave of arrows. You only take down one Kentauride (the one Bellamin attacked) and one Centaur (the one Varnis attacked). The one Firu attacked was healed to full by Kentauride 2 and Kentauride 2 was healed to full by Kentauride 3. The only two left standing are Perrian, though greatly bruised and his faithful ally Luljeta. They stand against a platoon of angry Centaurs by themselves.

"Oh....shoot...." Perrian muttered under his breath and waved his free hand, his left in a quick, short, downward motion repetitively. Each time his hand got down to his waist, he closed in quickly, trying to grasp something that wasn't there. He sighed and sent away Luljeta, looking to the fire bird which he thought would have and, in his opinion, should have flew away deep into the maze and away from this horrific sight.
"Please...can't we...talk something out...peaceful negotiations?" He said and put his staff in his cloak. Now his right hand was doing the downward motions instead of his left. "Shoot..." He muttered under his breath.
"Please...?...May we? We come in peace...I'm a healer...a...a...a great one. I could...heal your friends...help...just...please spare me and...and...help my friends come back alive?" Perrian said, trying to resist the urge to summon Luljeta back and fly the heck out of this stupid maze. Even if he hit his head on a ceiling and knocked himself unconcious would be a better situation than this, he thought.
I really need to train to get a reviving spell of some sort. Either that or a teleportation spell to teleport back to the present time we came from so I can get some help...maybe Gerbo's...if I could find him...to revive these people...gah...gah....GAH.... Perrian thought to himself, quietly muttering nonsense under his breath as he prepared to do nothing in the next round of combat except pray for mercy and having his right hand do the nervous twitch of the constant downward swipe and grabing of air...air was not a useful thing to grab in this situation he was now in...a situation in which he would definately learn how it felt to be like a pancake, burnt to a crisp by a cook who did not know how to cook if his or her life depended upon their cooking skills and would burn down his or her house for sure if that cook tried to cook something, if his pathetic and nervous negotiations for his life failed.

The male Centaurs have even less time for begging as they do with talking, thou you touch the heart of the Kentauride princess. The pity she feels for you can not stop her people but she dose not attack this round and neither dose her last feminine companion. The 9 remaining Centaurs charge at the last remaining target full speed. ................................................................................. Perrian laid unconscious on the ground with his comrades. The red bird has still not flown away. The Kentauride princess with hidden knowledge in her eyes draws the men away from the field. She begins the lyrics of a victory song and as the rest of the herd joins in the noise is thunderous. As he noise and the last of the herd disappear into the greenery the red bird moves to Perrian the now most wounded of the group. As the feathered comrade looks over the unmoving bodies water comes to it's eyes. The tear falls into one of Perrian's multiple wounds and he slowly rises from the soil, healed from head to toe. The bird then climbs to the shoulder of Perrian once again, and arches his head toward the others on the ground. Perrian moves to each of the guys in turn letting the what we now know to be a phoenix's tears fall in the wounds of each. They all rise as Perrian just had. Finding themselves on their feet and totally unharmed.

"Ah well, a warrior's death aint so bad..."
Bellamin's spirit floated upwards to wards a great light in the sky.
"Kind of bright..." A feather appears beside him. Along with it, was a little caricurature of the human heart with a miniature Bellamin-wizard hat ontop. Bellamin would've sighed and said "how cute"... If a scale hadn't appeared underneath and the side with the Belli-Heart hadn't fell straight down faster than a drunken spellsword wearing stilletos.
All of a sudden, Bellamin hears a deep, dark voice. "YOUR MINE!" It roars. And Bellamin finds himself being dragged downard at an alarmingly fast pace...
Bellamin awakes from his death kicking and screaming like a madman.
"Ara? Hey! We're alive! Yay Perrian! What did ya do!" He would hug the healer, but the rather long arrow stuck in his chest prevented him. He tugged on it but it seemed the thing healed over.
"Meh, oh well." He shrugged and checked to see if any one of his flasks contained an alchoholic mix that was less than extremely lethal.

Perrian moaned. "Lets just say we all died, and came back to life again...ow...thanks to this bird." Perrian said and stretched. "I now know how a pancake feels...please, Bellamin, never cook a pancake for breakfast...that poor thing." Perrian said and chuckled. He looked and the bird and smiled. He nodded his head and walked over to Bellamin to pull out the arrow. "This MAY hurt a bit, but it'll get better." Perrian said and pulled out his staff in his right hand. He grabbed onto the arrow with his left hand and started to slowly pull, healing the wound as time he pulled. He shook his head as he was almost finished to quickly shake-off exhaustion and diziness, but he continued the process till the arrow was out and he looked at the wound, which was now just a small flesh wound, through eyes which had eyelids squeezed together to almost a close. He quickly shook his head and brought out a bottle of a liquid. It was soda, but not a typical soda a healer would drink. Lets just say Perrian knew the effects of some alcohol were good in times to relieve pain and exhaustion, which both came with the fact of being a healer. He quickly gulped down a good swallow of his soda with some vodka mixed in and his eyes opened wider. He shook his head in response to the horrible flavor of the voda, but he knew it was worth it.
"Want some?" He offer to Bellamin. He had only a little bit left in his bottle. "I normally don't drink, but I know as a healer it's ineviable to experience pain and exhaustion. This stuff perks a person right up...somehow...and I really need to find a better way to do this than through alcohol." Perrian said and chuckled. He placed the bottle containing the mixture down on the ground and walked over to where Firu and Varnis were.
"You two ok?" He asked, still his staff in his right hand and his eyes now a bit more open. OF course he lied that there was alcohol in that drink, but he didn't want Bellamin or anyone to know that he secretly made a magic combination for a drink to mix with soda that would perk someone up from exhaustion and pain. Ouch...the pain after being revived after an Angelic Sacrifice hurts...though, this revive after being turned into a pancake doesn't hurt...as much. He just now feels sorry for the little piece of delicious and edible things that cook in pans that we now call pancakes.
