NeoRaptor99 well our band is doing the "video game experience" we are playing halo theme from the the 3 i think bounty hunter theme (advent rising) i had heard of the game but had never seen it before kingdom hearts from the first one i think they are very interesting arrangements and it's probably just me but its really annoying when me being a freshman has more memorized then alot of other people in the low brass
A band from my city did the exact same show

Man all of you are lucky, our theme this year is...
Shoes!
Yes, shoes, fun huh?
No, our songs are; Windsprints, Appalation Springs, and Sing Sing Sing.
That's all I know so far, since this year is a state year, the show has to be boring HAHA.
Last year's show was The Color of Victory, which was a medieval thing, with an evil wizard, three knights, and a princess.
The props were; a giant "Castle" which looked like a bird cage, and the wizard's evil tree. xD
I think the props this year are shoes, giant shoes. It's not fun.

I finally found out what the show this year is! Our band director's been really slow about picking a show, and then letting the rest of us know. This is the first year for the marching band, so we had to have something easy, especially as some of the members won't have marched before (we're a college, but some high schools in the area don't march). We have a latin-themed show, with the songs "Everybody's Everything", "Late in the Evening" (my favorite, I think), and "(Da Le) Yaleo". They're all pretty easy. "Late in the Evening" is the hardest, but it only has about a phrase of music (as it's the perc feature).

pretty okay piece, methinks Well, my BD decides to change it around, so it's origionally done by him and the use-to-be assisstant BD. But it still is Appalation Springs. xD We have 4 Directors, including the 1 director for the guard.

My school is doing Piano man :[ they went down since ive been in highschool
last year was patriotic theme since it was a voting year
then freshman year was BLues Brothers 8D that was my favorite show weve done

My band sometimes just does random songs.. And here's this years:

Sir Duke is SOOOO HARD! It's easy, but there's a solo-like part that the whole band plays... google the song to find out what im talking about...

This year, my band is doing Slava.
Slava, is Russian for "Glory".
Our show is mainly about a new Russian king being overthrown by another, and a battle takes place.
It's my junior year, and the HARDEST show so far.
We've finished our opener in three days.
SO many visuals. And many are dangerous.
We have a couple of suicides in it.

Well in the show were doing, it is a three movements of never before marched music. The drills and music where written just for us, and it didnt cost are bad a cent for copyrights.
Our songs are called:

heheheh our theme changed, now we are dedicating our show to Edgar Allen Poe. with the right of spring as our main song. It's going to be very interesting
