Rene nodded, "Yeah, it was, so just stay here and rest for a bit." She said, as she started getting dressed.

Rene smiled, pulling on her clothes then watching Nerd for a while, she pulled the covers over Nerd's body and then left the room, locking it on the way out so no one else would get inside and try to take Rene's catch from her. Rene started walking towards the engine room to check with Zain.

A note by the bed in Rene's handwriting was next to Nerd:
Hey Elfy, headed down to the engine room to check with el capitan, after you're clothed you can head to the mess hall, down the hall to the left, the big double doors.
P.S. If they ask who you are just tell them you're a friend of mine

Mercs looked at Nerd as she passed, wolf whistling and cat-calling as she passed.

The mess hall was pretty empty, only a few mercs were there, a large round cook looked at Nerd as she entered, he chuckled to himself heartily, knowing exactly who had brought her here.

Cyrus stepped to take a closer look at the engine. He marveled at it, then reflected the various means of customization, and mentally went over the possibilities and whether it could be improved.
((Er. Y'know. I'd like Cyrus to be more plot-involved. If not, we can all just pretend like this little character never existed, yes?))

((If you want Cyrus to be more plot involved then involve him in more plot central characters))
Zain smirked, "I know what you're thinking, can it be made better? The answer is that everything can be improved, we've ordered a few parts, they should be here next week. "
Rene walked to the engine room and smiled at Cyrus and Zain, "Showing him our baby?"
A skinny merc with a rat-like face and twitchy, darting eyes walked over to Nerd and sat down across from her, "Hey, what's up?"

The merc nodded, "I'm Rat, that's what everyone calls me, I saw Rene bring you in. You gunna join the crew?" He spoke fast and has hard to understand.
