I have been unfaithful to a girl. & By that I mean flirting with guys.
I would never go beyond that because flirting made me feel awful.
I have never had oral sex in a movie theatre.

I have been unfaithful before, sadly. sad Big mistake on my part, I nearly lost my girl because of it. But never again. :3 I've also not given (or received) oral sex, at all. xD So in a theatre would be a moot point.
I've never chased someone down in a golf cart.

I've been in far more accidents than I care to think about, including a bus roll-over accident sweatdrop and one of my own just a few weeks ago. *cringe*

Um...this is a bit of an awkward "I've never" to answer (for me at least) but I shall... whee I guess I was never really concerned about virginity for a few different reasons and when the right person came along, then yes, I got involved and it was fun while it lasted, lol. rolleyes Anyway, moving on...
I've never done the Hokey Pokey. Seriously.
