Do the diaries have to follow any specific guidelines? This way, using both Kumo's example and this info, I can make sure I can go about this the right way.

Actually, the diaries don't have to follow any guidelines at all, really. xd You just need to do enough so that I have some idea of what your Porcelain might get into the next year.
You can do like Kumo and spell out what's going to happen next year pretty explicity, or you could write an in-character entry of one particular day from the past year, expanding on that one incident, while also including hints of what you'd like me to have your Porcelain do next.

Niceness. ^_^ I probably will have a mix of mostly first-person diary entries, a few third person entries about certain events and probably have entries like Kumo during her growings. It seems like a good structure that can be followed.

I made my goal of finishing all the generics! But I think I am totally out of energy for the day. ._. I'll be back after sleeping and eating and nursing my wounds. Maybe we'll have a shop thread in the next 24 hours, who knows. whee
