We're not allowed to say, " It's too hard!" When there's a new sheet music. Ahahaha. Ms. Hill doesn't really care about swearing in the music room. [Or bringing our iPods/Cellphones.]
Like one time, I couldn't find the piece for our song because I forget to grab one and I was like, " Where's the hell is the damn piece? I've been looking for it everywhere and s**t!" "It's on top of the shelf, Amabel." "Oh. Okay.."
Then she rolls her eyes. xD

In junior high, we were never allowed to mention Band Camp. xd
On a side note, my friend was in the middle of an audition for a summer program. They knew her since she had been there before. She missed an accidental on the sight reading, stopped, and cursed in the middle of it. The teacher was like -_-.

We can't say the word "hoe". Which led to us not being able to say "rake" because someone told our BD that it is a slang term for hoe. lol :] Mind you we still sya both words. :p
Oh. and we can't say juno either. Our color guard instructor looks ALOT like ellen page, so we used to call her juno. Then we got in trouble and can't. :[

My friends and I are not allowed to say FALSE, FAIL, or EPIC. Nor are we allowed to answer daily trivia questions. ...And by my friends and I, I mean the trumpet section. [Go figure?]
The reasons for this are; -Every time a question was asked we jumped up and shouted, "FALSE!" -Whenever we got a piece of music we didn't like, we'd shout, "FAIL" at the drum majors passing out the music. -Everything was EPIC to my friends and I. The word spread across the band hall to the point where it was banned 'illegal'.
Also, if you so much as mention the piece 'FM Prayers' to the trumpet section, we will duct tape you to the ceiling in the unused practice room and leave you there to rot. Or glue your a** to the chair. [<-ALMOST TRUE STORY...we forgot the glue... >___>] Depends on whatever supplies we have in stock that day.

We are no longer to say any variation of the words "NONE SHALL PASS" This was due to my brother creating a pyramid in front of mr planks office using every single one of the band's chairs and sitting on the top of it with a rain stick shouting "NONE SHALL PASS" at passerby.
