I love that giant key you are wearing around your neck. I'm such a sucker for old skeleton keys. Your pictures look awesome by the way.

I finally have a picture, however lame, but I'm hoping to go out and take better ones in cool locations, with more elaborate costumes.

good news i have enlisted the aid of someone and will have photos of me in various steampunk wear in May...mostly corsets wink

Long time no post.
And no pictures. This simply will not do.
The following isn't really 'steamy' it's more formal, but in a style that goes back to that golden age. I hope anyway!
Basically, the story is that a friend took me to a burlesque show for my birthday and I was told that one is expected to dress up for such things which I dutifully did.
Unfortunately, everyone else who attended seems to have had this memo lost in the post. xd
Anyway, it was terrific fun as long as you weren't expecting a cheap strip show. I thought it was wonderful! All song and dance and wonderful clothes and very pretty ladies making all the gentlemen rather hot under the collar!



The rather lovely tailcoat was a birthday present from mum. 3nodding It's a shame I don't get a chance to wear it more often really. What I really need is a top hat so I can introduce circus acts. =P

Merci! I got the poster in a music shop actually, but I would imagine you would be able to find one on eBay reasonably easily? They've got everything on there don't ya know.
