My Sempai and i were training and he had me do a thing called "football ab workouts" there terrible! after that we were free sparring and he kicked me in the solarplex about 10 times repetedly! its still bruised!

Ouch. Ab pains are the worse.
My hand is healing nicely and it looks like I'll be ready for the tournament next Saturday. 3nodding

I thought I snapped that damned finger during the weapons devision. Thank the Lord for Ibuprofen.

Ive never had any injuries, but lately there have been a few injuries during sparring in my dojo. Its quiet scary actually. Ive always been fearful of hurting myself (breaking a bone, ect.) and so now I'm kinda afraid to spar sweatdrop
I haven't injured myself yet, but that's mainly because I am so scarred to that I am overly careful =(

well......lets see i had a sprained foot on test day from kicking my parter in the arm the wrong way when we were sparring the night before.......lots of bruises from on my arm from messing up on my blocks........and a really,really really big bruise on my shin,right where the bone is, sad from sparring when me and my partner kicked each other in the shin at the same time...........so..................ouch stare , but the good news is she got one too!! blaugh xd

I haven't gotten any injuries in awhile. My Sensei doesn't want me to get injured before my exam. I was laughing before, because I was training with one of the 2nd kyus last night, working on locks. He did a really good one that actually hurt my arm a little, but my sensei was like. "Mess her up three days before her exam... you're toast." This was both jokingly and serious at the same time. I'm sure he wouldn't destroy the kid, but I think he'd shed a tear or two if he found out I wasn't taking the exam. Not to mention he'd have to tell my old Sensei. XD For some reason, they have really great faith in me. o.o; I feel really nervous and unsure about myself. Sometimes, I don't know what they see.

most likely fractured some knuckles, but not too much beyond bruises and cuts ^_^
