"Don't you see? Earth has the most land. Other than water I suppose, but that's not really land at all now is it?" She contemplated the thought. "My people need resources. Yours probobly needs them aswell. Earth is plentiful in many MANY things. And Fire is too hot to grow some of the essential products to sustain life!" She paced around and looked out the window, she saw Luke and felt something rush through her body, like a shiver. "The only way to permanently seal a deal is to have a marriage between nobles. I may try and arrange one..."

Kiro was still in the library, it was about a hour after he started to read, and he was almost done with this book. He had a few chapters left, then the bibliography, paintings index, etc. Of course, the only reason he read the book so vividly is because of its meaning. He looked at the cover once more, The Bloodlines. The most complete history of any bloodlines dating back to the old elemental kingdoms... Which included the Chaos, Twilight, and others of that time.
From the royal bloodline, he knew that he was from the old kingdom of Twilight, and that his bloodline was in Kiro Makati, the famous general of the Twilight. He was from a strong bloodline in tactics and in leadership. Why couldn't he muster up enough strength to become king? The Water would like it to happen, two royalties so close to another... Its not what he wanted though.... its probably also not what his ancestors wants... so why did he feel it was neccessary?
He finished the chapter he was on, one about Dusk, the leader of the Werewolves. Wasn't there a girl at the tavern named Dusk? It doesn't matter. She was long gone after he left most likely, and he didn't want to go back to that tavern. He continued to read.

"So you're going to go and try to marry a noble from the Earth kingdom? All just for an alliance?" Amaya thought that it was ridiculous to do something that dramatic within a few days or weeks.

"No no no...water. As of now Water and Air do not have a treaty. The Duke, Kiro may concider it because I have an alliance with fire now. And if we were wed then there'd be a three-way alliance against Earth. Earth has the most land! Unless Colm backed out for wanting to keep peace we could all recieve our lands back that we lost during the first war." She felt guilty saying these things. He's probobly left...it won't even matter to him. One only meant to take life. "I know it's drastic. But I feel we must move quickly now."

"What are we going to do once our elements have the treaty? Try to force the Earth elementalist into give up land?" Amaya wasn't sure what Illusion was trying to do exactly.

"Yes." She said simply. As she ascended the stairs to window that had no cover, always open to her people. "But I may be delerious into thinking so. I havn't slept much this last night. I will go seek the council of someone who can knock the sense or nonsense of it into my skull." She spread her wings a bit and looked back at Amaya. "Get out of here quickly or you may get introuble for being caught in a tower not your own." And with that she dropped from the tower and sped away towards the oncoming sun.

She looked at Colm, considering his offer. "I don't really need anything unless you can conjure up enough food for a journey." As she said this she was wondering if he would be in danger taking the throne. People weren't very happy with the fire kingdom and might kill him, leaving three heirs who all didn't want the position. She hoped she was just thinking about things too much and it was all nonsense.

Amaya watched Illusion leave and then started for the main hall. I just hope that Illusion hasn't gone completely insane. She pushed open the castle door and walked out toward the arena. Back to square one of knowledge again...

Luke floated absently through the halls, following the current of air that seemed to flow around all people of Air. He yawned and stretched, almost knocking over a suit of armor, then burst into a raucous impromptu performance of the latest drinking song he'd picked up in the pub. After tripping through the first two lines, the remainder of the song deteriorated into gibberish and ended with a screeching cry of "ZHUR SAVE THE QUEEN!"
After a few moments of inane giggling, he fell to the ground, having run into a barricade of some sort. When he opened his eyes again, he realized it was a door and stood up to open it. He looked around inside, puzzled by the lack of people. He blinked slowly, then fell through the door of Illusion's room, smiling sleepily as his consciousness took off for the night.

The crash of his armor brought several guards running, but once he was recognized, spears were leaned against the wall and he was tucked into the bed of the room he apparently belonged in. The soldiers disregarded the surroundings, placed his armor carefully in a pile, and left the boy to sleep off his drunkenness.
Luke twisted around in the covers, wrinkling them horribly and trapping himself inside the folds. He squirmed uncomfortably, trying to escape the smothering heat, and then woke up, looking to see what had captured him so securely. He glared blearily at the blanket that surrounded his legs, then tried- unsuccessfully- to kick it off. Eventually he stopped struggling and fell back asleep, not realizing he was in a different room. Everything went to a peaceful black...

Colm nodded, "Yes I can." the prince waved his hand as the food appeared on the counter. I hope you have good time on your journey. If you would excuse me I must get ready for my coronation."
with that the soon to be king was off and headed for the library, to study what he must do exactly.

Violet stared at all the food. She knew she probably couldn't lift all this, let alone make it all the way to fire kingdom. She sigh shoving a few things into her sack and tightening the strap, then headed quickly to the door.
