David smiled as the Perfect Dark fell apart. It would be a waste of energy to keep it there anyways.
His eye went back to normal, the black receding into the pupil.
"I must say...... your Espada form is..... perfection, for lack of a better term." David said.
This was going to be fun.
David ran at Ulquiorra. blades of black extended from his fingertips as he ran.

 Ulquiorra watched as David kept his cool, that continued to amaze Ulquiorra that such a fighter wouldn't lose his cool even after what seemed one of his best tactics being completley trumped. Ulquiorra was staring David Down as he was running towards him but all of a sudden even with not blinking it should be an amazing feat that out of nowhere now Ulquiorra was directly infront of David Swinging his sword down, his Speed was so amazing that it was undefined and even comparing it to the speed of sound was being "disrespectful" to Ulquiorra's newfound speed. As Ulquiorra brought the blade down it immediatley had a ton of negative energy that he seemed to be tapping from his Adujas to power it behind it and as he brought it down the arena walls began to crumble even further and even the ground underneath them was slowly cracking thanks to it's sheer force in tearing the air as it moved along downwards.

The blades on David's finger tips began to glow, much like they had earlier with his black claymore, only these were so much more powerful.
"Spirit Ramparts." David said. David's right arm shot up, as it was covered in both black and white particles, which were then covered in concentrated spiritual energy. His forearm would collide with Ulquiorra's blade, forcing him to his knees. But his armor did not give.
He clenched the fingers in his left hand, and concentrated the spiritual energy at the tip of his knuckles. He sent a speeding left hook at Ulquiorra's mid chest, moving in somewhat of an upper cut fashion, only aiming lower.
It was safe to say that, though Ulquiorra was stronger than him currently, both were amazingly strong, and David was growing stronger by the second, not just because of his armor growing stronger, but all of the spiritual energy he was receiving.

Ulquiorra was a bit amazed to see David take on his attack head on as he did, Ulquiorra watched as David's hand went for his stomach area, Ulquiorra decided to buffer out the hit and Keep David in at such a close range as the hit came in contact with Ulquiorra it did not go through him especially now in his Espada form but he felt some damage apply through especially in such a zone around the stomach but with David at such a close range Ulquiorra still had not changed his tactics. He put more force behind his sword and stated "Planet Collider." It was pointless to try to absorb any of Ulquiorra's energy for thanks to him taking all the other abilities from his Limiter and Destiny's test it included that Ulquiorra's energy could not be drained or stolen in any certain way. The Planet Collider was an attack of massive epic proportions the area immediatley got jet black; The force of this attack was known to be one of the greatest attacks known to the Vaste Lorde that just the sheer force of the swing moves the entire planet out of orbit simply alone The size of the attack wave itself was the size at least of a small city and at such a close range. It was practically over for David. There was nearly no chance he could escape with his life or if so without such a massive amount of Damage for even Ulquiorra would be hit wish such great damage being so close to his own attack.

David's eye widened as he saw the massive amount of energy headed toward him. It was massive, and he was amazed at how Ulquiorra had generated it within the blink of an eye.
David pushed Ulquiorra back further with his left hand, so he left contact with him completely.
Though David hadn't nearly enough energy to keep up with Ulquiorra fully, he did have enough for this. The black particles of the Spirit Rampart formed into the black claymore once again, only this time it was massive. It was a huge great sword instead, infused with quite a deal of David's current energy, which was quickly being replaced by his armor. The black great sword was in David's left hand, while the white part of the Spirit Rampart stayed in his hand.
"Spirit Slicer." David said. This was a variation on the Spirit Leak, and so forth, only it did it with larger, and stronger amounts of energy. He swung the great sword in a massive vertical arc, sending a huge black crescent shaped mass of energy at the Planet Collider. This alone would not be enough to stop it. It would only split it in half, so David would not take a direct hit. The Planet Collider fell to the sides of him. Right as they were about to make impact, David's Spirit Rampart reformed around him, only this was reinforced with the majority of David's energy, along with some of his armor, including the Alchemist's Armor.
The Planet Collider exploded, creating a huge shockwave.
Once it was over, David stood within the smoke. As it cleared, Ulquiorra would see that David was singed, and burned slightly, bleeding, and that his barrier had cracked into shards. David himself was forced onto his hands and knees.
While he was inside of the barrier, his armor was still busily generating energy, and David was now quite a deal stronger, as was his armor.
"...." David looked at Ulquiorra for his reaction while he began to stand up.

Ulquiorra was hidden behind the smoke and as some more smoke was gone Ulquiorra was seen right in front of David with his blade pointed at him, His clothes were torn and his skin was a bit singed all over. "You haven't noticed yet have you? The stronger you are getting, The stronger you are making me. I told you the Destiny's Glyph is inside of me, and the energy you keep giving yourself I would normally get half but since it is inside me and with my new Espada Abilities as you increase in stats my body does the exact same. And it only works for increasing, If you decrease your own energy nothing will happen to mine. You will not reach my Level David." Ulquiorra still had his blade pointed at David and the energy began to form around it in a spiral fashion.

"..." David just looked long and hard at Ulquiorra. He refused to give up, but he also knew that Ulquiorra would most likely be the victor of this battle. His spiritual energy stopped increasing, as did Ulquiorra's now. His armor's also stopped becoming stronger. David then simply disappeared it seemed.
David appeared behind Ulquiorra by about 10 ft.
His right hand was aimed a Ulquiorra, and something like a Cero was formed there. Within that formation of energy was every ounce of spiritual energy David had. It then exploded, a beam of about 30 ft. shooting at Ulquiorra at an intense speed. It didn't matter if he moved. The explosion would still catch up to him. But there was more. Within that energy, bolstering it, was the heat and light energy that had been growing stronger in his suit. It was massive, and would blow damn near anything to pieces.
"Consume." "Doom Mirrors." "Spirit Condensation"
He used up the vast supply of what remained of his WinterWind complex, and fed that further into the attack. The effect of the Clockwork Blades took its effect early, causing the attack to actually multiply by 100 in strength. It was then compressed into a tiny beam. Upon impacting Ulquiorra, all of the energy would be released at once. It would be quite impossible to dodge it, as it was the rawest of energy, based on heat and light.
And with that, David fell to the floor unconscious. As he fell, he raised up his right hand, showing his middle finger raised up, while the others were clenched. He fell with a thud.

Ulquiorra turned around Immediately he was suprised that David did such a thing, in a way it wasn't like him to use up everything he had. Ulquiorra raised his sword up and the energy around it began to glow a bright flourescent blue transparent color. "Divinity Lionheart." Ulquiorra's energy was glowing bright blue around him and his eyes in correspondence with it. He slammed his blade into the ground and a massive burst of energy shot towards David's beam but mid way the beams end transformed into a Lion head and the roar it let out was massive all the towers around would be able to hear it perfect and even feel it's tremendous force. The Lion smashed into the beam and a massive explosion engulfed all about in fact. The Explosion had to at least be an 800 mile radius, The smoke was clearing extremley slow so Ulquiorra powered up a bit to creat a giant winded shockwave to blow the smoke from around him and while he did, David was behind him on the ground it seemed that Ulquiorra's left arm was out of comission as well. Ulquiorra had a flashback and it seemed that He underestimated David's attack for Ulquiorra used an attack with only 60% of strength behind it and David's attack tore through most of Ulquiorra's attack and Ulquiorra used his left hand then to stop the beam and used a "Planet Collider" to the beam up close to create the giant explosion and when he did he saw David was in danger so he used his speed to get in front of David's body and used a barrier technique to protect the both of them. Ulquiorra looked down and the seemingly Unconscious David. Ulquiorra's blade vanished into thin air and He reached down to pick up David with one arm since his Left arm at the moment was of no use. "Vaste Lorde Liuetant David Retrieved. Mission Completed." Ulquiorra had David over his shoulder and a small dimensional Rift opened up in front of Ulquiorra and he walked inside of it with David and it was closing slowly. "Phase 2 of the plan just set into motion. We've aquired the Half-ling Key." with that said the dimensional rift shut itself closed and the massive smoke cloud was still plaguing the deserts of Hueco Mundo and the two fighters were gone.
