"Yeah, probably not," he commented, smiling. He really didn't want to be buried in snow again. He walked over to assist Talitha in releasing the sled.

(Woot! Page ten! Halfway to our twenty page goal xd Though it may take longer now that Christmas is here)
Talitha tugged at the rope as hard as she could, her paws slipping in the snow and making her fall down a few times. "It doesn't want to come out," she frowned, beginning to use her paws to dig at the sled.

(Christmas no good for online time, or is just really busy online? Anyway, yay for page 10! I wonder if Lexis will become an Elder in a few months because of this really long RP?)
Lexis nodded, still tugging at the sled. While Talitha was digging the sled out of the snow, Lexis tugged on it to see if it was ready to get free. He was really careful to ensure that Talitha wouldn't get hit by the sled should it come out.

(A combination of both, busy for some, not enough time for internet for others... I don't know, he and Talitha haven't really gotten that far other than just fooling around (Except for their little bout of confusion at the beginning) but it's up to Riri whether or not they become Elders..)
Talitha dug at the snow on the side in the direction Lexus was pulling on the sled, making sure as well that she wouldn't get hit by the sled. "You! Will! Come! Out! Now!!!" she grunted as she dug deeper into the snow. Pretty soon she had dug so far that only her poofy tail was sticking out, "How deep is this thing stuck?!"

(I know. I'm just saying that this is a lot of RP. 3nodding I remember reading that the fastest way and cheapest to get a namir to the elder stage is through RP. biggrin It'll likely take months to earn that stage, and that's probably a good thing since Lexis' dad would probably freak out if his son became an elder. xd )
Lexis took a break from pulling the sled, having grown fatigued from the constant effort. "I honestly have no idea." He decided to help move some of the snow out of the way to help free the sled.

(Okie whee )
Popping her head out of the hole, a mound of snow settling itself on top of her ears, she replied, "I wonder how fast we were actually going for it to get stuck this far into the snow..." As she shifted her weight back into the hole the snow slid out from around the sled and it toppled over, catching in the snow again just before it hit the ground. Talitha looked at the sled now suspended in between them with wide eyes. "It's finally out..."

Lexis was taken almost by surprise when the sled got free. He half expected it to be stuck in there forever. He laughed internally at himself for thinking such a thing and said. "Shall we go again and be more careful this time?"

Talitha's eyes lit up again, "Sure!" Gripping the sled's reign's in her teeth once more, she tugged at it to get it the rest of the way free from the snow bank and started dragging it back up the hill.

Lexis followed Talitha up the hill, noticing that the snow was getting to be at least a couple feet deep. Looking up at the sky again, he wondered aloud, "I wonder how much snow we're gonna get before it stops?"

Talitha looked up at the sky as well, noticing how deep the snow was outside the little dip they had made with the sled. "I don't know, but I think if we don't find shelter soon we may be trapped on the hill..." her scarf had slipped off and was now dragging behind her, covered in a layer of the falling snow, "The sky's getting so dark it almost looks like night time again!"

Lexis nodded. He didn't particularly feel like bing trapped on the hill. Looking up at the sky he made a prediction, "It's probably going to go on for some time," following the prediction came a suggestion, "Perhaps we should look for some sort of shelter before we're trapped out in the cold?"

"Yeah," Talitha agreed, "And maybe we can use the sled as a barrier if it gets too bad, that way we don't freeze..." She began to drag the sled with her to the edge of the hill, "Should we try to ride it down the hill again? We would get down it faster and possibly find shelter on the way..."

"Yes, but let's not go as fast as last time," Lexis replied. It would be faster and fun. He walked over and prepared to get on.

"Right!" she agreed, setting up the sled and holding it back from the edge until Lexis got on.

Getting on, Lexis prepared for Talitha to also board and for the sled to slide down the hill. He hoped that it wouldn't go badly again, though he knew that it would be okay since it wasn't going to be that fast.
