Jessica kept her eyes on the two of them fighting as she got up. Before she was even on her feet, Matt was on it instantly. Probably faster than she blinked, he was able to pin down both of her arms and kept her on the ground.
"Ow, I didn't even get up yet."
Jessica said. Matt's smirk was almost immediately wiped off his face when he was sent reeling backwards by an unseen force. Of course, he just grinned wider at the excitement.
"You aren't so weak after all."
He said as they both stood up. …say I don’t wanna be in love

Durban59 Al just smiled. "Sorry love, but I''m not done yet!" He said as he used the moisture in the air to deflect the bullet, just hitting him in te shoulder. ((she never actually shot him. She doesnt plan on killing anyone...yet.))

Al used his speed to get behind his foe, and have the blade up to her neck. "Ready to throw down your arms, doll?" He asked her, taking one of her hands behind her back.

"You play rough." She says with a smile and wipes out her katana with her free hand, holding the blade so that it was agaisnt Al throat.
"It would seem we are at a impasse."

Al saw the katana to his throat, and smiled. "Well, this is quite a dillema. I have your throat at my blade, and vice versa. If one of us makes a move, then the other will die, but we are both too afraid as to who will make the first strike. So the question is, will you back down, or will you try your luck?" He said to her.

Amiah turned very slowly, not moving away from the blade but turning to face Al. Her face was inches from his and both blades still rested at their throats.
"We could call it a tie and save you a whole lot of pain."

Beginning to blow on the blade, Al had other plans. "Unfortunately for you, I don't know when to call it a tie just yet." He said, finishing his freezing of the sword to a thick layer of ice to his neck.

Amiah set her arm, which still rested in Al's firm grip, on fire and after staring at his chest for a moment, flames erupted from his shirt as well.

"First let us dicuss what calling a draw would entail. The original bet was who ever won got the other person as they're slave but we never set terms for a tie." She said and took a step back.

Al nodded. 'Well, for a draw, it would seem that each person is in the other's dept for keeping their life. So we both owe each other a dept of gratitude. Deal?" He asked her, holding the blade to her neck, kinda enjoying the fact that she was in front of him.

Al still kept his blade to her neck, but remover her arm from his grasp, and put it around her waits. "Anything the other suggests. As long as the person who the suggestion is meant to agrees with it." He said to her.
