Kilik grunted as he connected with the other Rocket member. "Flareon! Chase after her!" he ordered, pointing at the staircase. The fox barked and ran up the stairs, following Nina. Quickly, Kilik stood up, brushed himself off and followed his fire Pokemon.

Nina arrived on the third floor of the massive building and quickly released Cupcake from its Pokeball as she got in the center of the room. They turned in time to see Flareon and Kilik coming up the stairs.
"Cupcake, I know that it''s your friend, but perform a rapid-fire Water Gun attack on Flareon, now!" Cupcake seemed to object, but did what it was told. Mishoshi watched Cupcake for a moment, and turned her gaze to Flareon. By using her Mimic attack, Mihoshi was able to copy Cupcake''s Water Gun and use it as well.

Kilik clenched his teeth. Flareon came flying back, knocking Kilik onto the ground. The two fell down the stairs, the boy sliding on his back. When they reached the landing, he slowly got up, his back in extreme pain. "Curse that...girl..." he growled, standing up. Flareon jumped up and growled. She was gone. What am I saying?! I would never want her hurt... Kilik continued to look at the empty room up the stairs.

Nina quickly recalled Cupcake into its Pokeball, and dashed up the stairs, constantly praising Mihoshi for what a good job she had done.
Soon, Nina found herself on the fourth floor... and then the fifth...

Kilik slowly walked up the stairs, limping as he did so. His teeth were clenched, hard, trying to ease the pain he felt in his back. When he reached the third floor, he went into the elevator and pressed the ten, Flareon jumping in just as the door began to close. "I'll meet her up there..." he said as the machine began to move upward.

"Okay," Kasiya said, looking at the Caterpie. "Shocker, use Growl!"
Shocker turned back and looked at her as if to say "What? Do I have to? She sighed, and gave a little growl.
"Go Caterpie! Use Tackle!" Jaeshan said. The worm Pokemon skittered over to Pikachu and bumped it with is head. Pikachu was unphased, and looked back at her trainer in embarassment.
"Shocker," Kasiya said through gritted teeth. The Pikachu rolled her eyes and fell over backwards, pretending to be gravely injured. Caterpie jumped for joy, and started going in little circles. "Good job, Caterpie!" Kasiya said, giving it a thumbs up. Shocker did too, but didn't sit up.
"That was good," Jaeshan said, picking up the Caterpie and smiling at Pikachu. "You really got her," he said as he tried not to laugh.
If looks could kill, the one Shocker gave to Jaeshan would have sent him straight to the afterlife.

"Wait for me!" Ryka yelled as she ran out of the Pokemon Center, trying to catch up with Tony. Out of breath, she finally reached him. "I would like to train with you. I went back to get Eevee, and I must have fallen asleep."

By the time that Nina had reached the seventh floor, she heard a noise. It was very quiet, and it sounded like a whirring type of noise.
"Do you hear that?" she asked Anna.
Anna nodded and replied, "Yes... it seems Kilik has decided to take the elevator."
Nina took off up the stairs, skipping at least three in one bound.

The elevator stopped and Kilik limped out. He walked down the hall slightly, before having to rest against the wall. He took deep even breathes. Flareon approached him and sat down, nudging him lightly.

Nina had reached the ninth floor, and was out of breath. She stopped running for a moment and regained her composure, breathing very slowly and deeply. By the time she did this, she didn't hear the whirring noise anymore. She stared at the staircase leading upwards.
"He's waiting for me," Nina said.
And with that, she walked up the stairs.

The boy dropped his hand to the ground, Flareon licking it lightly. "Heh..." he whispered. Kilik rested his head on the wall, looking at the ceiling.

When Tony finally made it to Veridian forest he stared into it somewhat nervous now. He was starting to think that coming here wasn't such a good idea, Weed wasn't all that powerful to take care of every problem that they might run across. Screwing up his courge Tony stepped inside the forest Weed following behind him for once not pracing around. Not seeing anything really threatening he walked in slowly carefully scanning the area with sharp eyes. Weed was wondering around next to him when suddenly a Catterpie popped out of the bushes and glared at them angrily.
 Wild Catterpie appears! Lvl 3
Tony glanced over at the little worm and smiled. This would be a good chance for Weed to gain some experience. "Allright Weed lets get you some battle experience!"
Weed jumped forward eagerly ready for battle. The Catterpie glares at Weed before preforming a string shot. Tony was just about to order Weed to dodge the attack when Weed simply hoped to the side happily and began preforming a little dance in its excitement causing both Tony and the Catterpie to stare at it with looks of disbelief on there faces.
"Umm... Good job Weed! Now use absorb on it!" Tony comanded in an attempt to regain some of his dignaty back from his dancing pokemon. Luckily for him Weed obeyed and imdeiatly launched itself at the Catterpie and upon landing near it leaned forward and touched one of its leaves at the little bug began to absorb its health. "Allright good job Weed!" Tony cheared happily and Weed cried out happily and began to dance again in joy at the praise unknowingly dodging a tackle attack launched by the Catterpie and continued to suck the health out of it. After a minute or so of Weed dancing around and Catterpie tring in vain to attack the obliviously happy pokemon, the Catterpie gave up and scuttled off into the forest again.
"Wow good job there Weed!" Tony cried happily and ran over to Weed who cried happily in his arms. The egg on Tony's back wiggled some and flared happily with heat as if to congradulate Weed to.

"That was amusing," Kasiya said, after she'd recovered from Shocker's 'defeat' at the hands of Caterpie and Jaeshan. "You worked hard, Shocker, you take a rest now," she squeaked out before she was overcome with giggles.
Shocker's ear twitched slightly, and she narrowed her eyes. "Pi...ka....CHUUUUU!!!!" Her Thundershock attack struck Kasiya head on, and she fall over backwards.
"I...had that coming..." she said, and laughed again. Shocker gave an irritated noise, and ran up a nearby tree to sit and watch. Kasiya sat up, stuck her tongue out at Shocker and pulled out another Pokeball. "Go, Bitey!" she said. The green Zubat appeared with a shower of glittering stars, and circled around Kasiya's head. Before he could latch on, she grabbed him out of mid air. "You've got to help Caterpie evolve," she told him sternly. "Let him attack you, and don't you hurt him." Bitey flapped his wings eagerly and landed softly beside Caterpie. Caterpie immediately ran at him, full speed ahead, and hit him with Tackle. Bitey, thinking it was a game, flew up in the air, did an elaborate twisty loop, then followed up with a face dive into the ground. Jaeshan, Kasiya and Shocker stared, awestruck.
"Bravo Caterpie," Jaeshan said after a few moments. Kasiya walked over to Bitey and prodded him with her finger. He twitched, and she picked him up.
"Good job," she whispered, and he flew up to perch next to Shocker who looked at him funny. You too?

After the battle Tony looked back and saw Ryka standing behind him somehwat out of breath. He smiled at her and said happily. "Hello again! Of course you can train with me! I was just coming out here so late at night because I want a Zubat. You wanna look for another pokemon in here to catch? It might be good to have more then one."
When Weed had spotted Ryka he pranced over to her and greeted her and Eevee happily. "Oddish oddish!"
