She was trotting along side her mother when she heard that he vowed to kill her father. "Moster.." She whispered rather quietly, her voice rather shaky. This male was scary, and she decided she didn't want it near her mother. But, seh was way to young to do anything, so she stayed silent after that. Letting out a small sigh, she would continue to walk next to her brother, "What do you think, Yang?' She asked quietly, so the adults wouldn't hear them.
Yang, her dear older brother, was the only other wolf she looked up to other than her mother. Even though some called him weak.. some called him a wuss. She loved her brother.

"Maybe so," she replied to Feanaro, and eyed her children with a stern expression...she could hear them, vaguely, but she wasn't sure if Feanaro could or not. She looked up, eyeing the crows with a wicked expression...she was in no mood for those things to be around, either. But, she made no comment. No, she wouldn't hurt Feanaro or Kahlaria...anymore than she already had, at least. "If you make a wrong move you'll regret it, lets put it that way. I wouldn't take you away from Kahlaria like that, but I cant wound you to a point..." She cut herself off, and glanced back, noting Hige and Loki.
"Donno," he whispered back, stumbling after his sister and mother...He sped up, trying to stay near his mother's tail, so the crows couldn't make a grab for him. He wasn't as weak as his brother made him out to be, but he went along with it...there was just something different about Yang.

((Where would Syn be? With her littermates? Speaking of, where are they? Near Selia, but hidden, right?
EDIT: Nm, Tahja explained it to me. xD))
Devvyl crawled out of the den at Hige's call. You're back, he commented, giving his adopted son a short nuzzle. He was more glad to see the gamma back than worried, or even angry, about his traipsing around with Feanaro. Besides, he didn't know for sure yet what had happened. It wasn't like he could completely trust the word of the masked male.
Yes, he knew who "he" was. And "he" was early. Giving a small growl at the notion of Feanaro disobeying the terms of this parley, he loped toward the territory boundries, again at full speed. He reached the boundaries in a little quarter of a mark (I'm making up timeframs here because wolves wouldn't know what a "day" or "hour" would be. XD Mark = hour). Selia was already there, speaking to the masked male in a quiet tone. The pups were near, too, which put Devvyl on edge even more. If this conversation went awry, there was no telling what Feanaro would do if he knew they were there. He approached at a walk, eyeing the masked male with a cold, hard stare.

((Okay, so, Devvyl, Hige, and Loki all arrived about at the same time. XD))
Hige felt a sense of relief, a small bit of tension leaving him as he watched his mother taking the pups back into the safety of the pack's territory. He remained where he stood, however. He wouldn't move until the threat left, and he knew Loki wouldn't either.
He eyed Feanaro, the crows, all of them. The bird's souless eyes made him feel like shuddering. No wonder they freaked Balan out so much...
He kept quiet, his stance still defensive as Devvyl approached. He turned his head while keeping his posture one under the alpha's. Devvyl would decide what to do... finalize the situation...

Feanaro walked forward quietly, pausing as Devvyl came onto the scene. His eyes never faltered from their dulled expression. He almost looked bored with the whole situation if not for he slight sorrow hidden behind the smoltering embers of gold. He had no intention of keeping his vow on the crimson male's blood... not anymore. Especially now that he had pups. He'd not do to the young what the two-legs had done to him, and he had promised not to hurt Selia- a promise he had kept since he had made it. He stood firmly where he stood, his posture a bit slumped from his run and a bit more from the feeling of guilt throbbing at his every nerve. His eyes held within them evidence of a broken spirit and the longing for renewal... perhaps Lexi was right... part of him was dead.
"Hello again. Sorry to come a bit... early." He took a deep breath, trying to drown out the spite in his tone, "The... monster won't trouble you too long. I just came to make my peace and get your final word. I don't want the man-pups exposed to the cold any longer than they had to... they don't have fur like we do..."

Seeing her father, she would give a small yip of excitment and move towards him. But.. he didn't look happy. Freezing mid stride, she would then dart behind her father's hind legs. Because she knew if anything happened, her father would protect her. This Fea wolf.. made her uneasy. She wasn't exactly sure why. "Daddy is he the eniemy?" Her voice was low, her father probably did not want questions. But she wanted to know if her father trusted him or not. And by the looks, that answer was a no.

(( XD I finally get over here to play. Been wanting too. >3 :: Waves to people. :: Hopefully no one minds the jumping in. )) The den was fine, ohsofine really, but not exactly the kind of place a pup was likely to stay in for long periods of time ( particularly Teivel and particularly when there was nothing to keep him occupied ). Not when father and mother had disappeared and his brothers and sisters were out -- there was no one to play with! Well, there was Syn, but ... well. She didn't seem to want to play like he did. Teivel let out a disappointed yip and moved to "stalk" his father and the others out of the den and to charge through the area after them as they left. ( Adventure! ) He fell behind, though, which wasn't surprising considering father and the others were traveling so quickly. It wasn't easy to have to follow his nose and the scents to where his father was, but it became easier when he picked up on the familiar scents of his siblings and mother, along with a few others that he couldn't place, but knew he should've known. There was one scent though that didn't smell right and he slowly crept up to the scene, steps slowing as there was something not quite right about what was going on. He slinked towards his siblings and mother and looking for the one that didn't smell right. He didn't really say anything, more for actions than words, and shook his head to get a few leaves and twigs that had settled on him during his traveling off. ... what was going on?

((-LATE.- D: Uh, I take it Selia left? o-o))
Devvyl glanced down at Teivel and Realin. I... don't know yet, Realin, he told her honestly, and with an eye on Teivel, he answered Feanaro. Consider our... situation... an alliance, Feanaro. However, I will not side for or against another pack on simply your word. And if you ever make me doubt my decision...
He left the sentance hanging, for the masked male to fill in the blank however he wished.

(( I dunno o.o; )) Feanaro shook his head slowly, his eyes lowering to the ground, "There's no need anymore. I've given up on the idea of my own pack. It's both selfish and foolish of me to have that ambition any longer. That's part of the reason that I'm early in returning. I'm turning myself over to the pack of which I sought protection from..." He sighed, rolling his shoulders to releave a bit of tension in them, "But that is of course... if I can find a safe place for the two-leggeds. I just came to make my peace this time around." He glanced to Devvyl slowly, "I'm tired of being the monster.... and I'm tired of my mate suffering because of it. She does not deserve it..." His eyes glanced then to the pups, "And I'm tired of my name being used to fill the young ones with fear and spite... and example of what not to be when they get older."

[] No, she's still there xD []
She would eye Feanaro, and move to stand at her mates side. She'd allow him to think as he pleased, and make the decision that she knew was for the best...She watched Yang bolt over to her, between her front paws, and stare up at the large male before them. "So," she began, sighing heavily.."Will you be staying here in these lands when you get your mate and the two-legged pups?" She murmured, trying not to sound bitter in her questioning. She didn't want to hurt Feanaro, because they were now allies...but, who knew, she trusted him as a pup...and see what happened?
She shuddered.

He stopped walking alltogether, his eyes slowly drawing closed into a deep frown- one more full of disappointment than anger if that was at all possible in his face, "I'm just here to get the final word on the two-legged pups... this monster will take himself out of this pack's misery once I have my answer. I made my peace with you so the burden's lifted from my back and left on yours wheather or not you forgive me or not... I'm certainly not expecting it either way. As I've stated I don't care anymore for my own life but the lives of three pups is depending on this decision coming to a quick conclusion for every minute they're exposed to those elements and whatever dangers lurk in the woods." His nose wrinkled as he slowly opened his eyes- looking, if anything, hurt by the whole ordeal, "Give me your decision now and I'll rid myself from this packland. Just know it took a lot of pain and thinking on my part to make the decision to come here and say what I've said to the both of you." He took a slow glance to Selia, his nose wrinkeling up a bit more,"And I've kept -my- promise to you, I've given you no reason not to trust me."

Devvyl gave a snort at Fae's last remark. He'd given them plenty reason not to trust him. Though, he made no comment. Letting it go, he hesitated before giving his final ruling. Consider yourself forgiven, he told the wolf quietly, but take care of the man-pups on your own. We have our own pups to think about. At this, he gave Selia a quick nuzzle and turned away to leave.

Feanaro watched Devvyl with cold, unaltering eyes. His expression remained bland at both rulings dispite the tinge of anger that sprung up within him at the could manner upon which the matter of the man-pups was addressed. It was just as he feared, he had no choise but perhaps his most dreaded posibility. Balan was sure not to like it but now there was no way around it. "Very well...", He said in a cold growl, trying his best to hide his anger, "I did not expect otherwise...". He turned himself and began back in the direction that he had come in- no reguard to any of the other wolves that might be around the area. "Farewell." Selia hadn't forgiven him, she didn't seem to care any longer... the Selia he had known had died along with the Feanaro she knew. Perhaps this was part of his atonemnt as well?

She paused, and would look to Devvyl, then Feanaro. "Wait," she called to Fea, nuzzling her mate back before he attempted to walk away. She frowned at him, and kept her alpha stature up before him.."If you promise me...once again, for the final time, that you and those human-pups will not hurt this pack, my children, my mate...myself. You may take shelter here only till winter passes. Those human-pups wont last long otherwise. Take this as my apology for all that has happened, but..I must advise you that if those pups do anything wrong, they will be kill instantly. My old pack was destroyed by those demonic man-pups."

He paused at he call, glancing slowly over his shoulder as she spoke. A bit of a sneer came to his face as she offered shelter only for the winter- and to slay them if they did something wrong. Just how were wolves going to explain rules to the man-pups? What if they got the urge to hold one of the pups or grew just a bit too curious, perhaps they had different ideas of what was harmful or not. IT was just too complicated and he'd not take the chance with it. "Thank you- but I decline. They need- more perminant homes. Homes where they can live until they are old enough to be released back into the wild and fend for themselves... and I'll not have a death threat looming above them." He took a deep breath, continuing on his way, "I've seen enough innocent bloodshed."
With that he quickened his pace and shot from the packlands, the murder of crows clapping quickly behind his retreating form in a cloud of black, filling the air with their caws once again. He'd return to the mainland and inform Balan of the situation- and discuss what to do next.
