Artemis had permitted herself a fleeting smile before she had vanished again, staying in the shadows as she followed the pixies with some quiet amusement.
She skirted around a few trees and bushes while staying out of sight of any passers by, keeping an eye on the pixies still. She reached a place with no shadows and disappeared into the forest for a stretch of time before coming out again.

"How far is it to the manor exactly Mana? I never made the walk there directly, so I am fairly uncertain how long it takes. As a matter of fact, that fountain was a bit out of the way... I'm surprised you knew where it really was..." CIrdan looked a bit troubled about the leading events, as his hand rested on his sword. Looking back at the fountain Cirdan spotted something, "I'll be right back, I left something at the fountain..."

"How far Cirdan? I could fly there in a in no time, but it takes slow poke walkers half a day..." Mana flew low to the ground, matching pace lazily with the group, though he looked like he was giving an effort to flying at all, consdiering his wings movement was barely enough to support movemnt, but then again he is recovering... And He obviously refused to be carried.

Cirdan returned, carrying nothing new, but the usual far way look was in his eye. But his usual smile came back, as a ruby glittered on a once empty socket on his sword. The dragon motif portion of the hilt seemed somehow complete now. Infact, the swords complete artistic design appears to be alive. "Well, half a day? It looks like it won't be all that late when we arrive. Hopefully he will be there, then the letter can be delivered..." Again his face went sullen, as he was obviously thinking on his future actions, and hopes.

Lamia ((she's the one that was looking for the pendant, and Crawford is the man that was with her)) stared out the window and watched the group as they made their way out of the garden. An evil grin crept across her face. "Crawford! Get over here!"

"Ah, uh yes...yes my lady." Came Crawford's shaky reply. "What is it my lady?"

"Do you see that elf boy there?" She said pointing to Megumi. "I want you to bring him to me. He has what we are looking for."

"Yes! I shall do my best!"


As they continued to walk through the forest Megumi stopped abruptly.

"What is it Megumi?" Luna asked him, a hint of worry in her tone.

"...I...I heard something rustling the leaves. It didn't sound like it was too far off. What do you think it was?

"...let's hope it was Artemis....and not something else..."
