hmmmmmm *starts drawing up blue prints* no the sound at the pitch will cause any person 50 feet from the device to pick up the sound which cause the brain to brust.The pitch is close to that of a dog whistle so humans can't pick it up. But the this doesn't not work when some is in animal form or plug their ears. :This Amplifer will not harm animals only humans: Is that a good example?

No super/hyper/ultrasonic weapons, Asakura. We're trying to keep the IC world as balanced as it is in Naruto... and not letting the players have access to things that don't exist in the Continuity or "Overkill" weapons/abilities.
Ask for a gatling gun, get denied. Want a nuke? Denied. Want to flip a switch and blow someone's skull cavity? Also denied.
Within the Continuity, there's an incredible amount of weapons and abilities to create without resorting to "end-all be-all" weaponry.
Keep trying, you'll come up with something kickass that'll fit in. =P

We're trying to keep the IC world as balanced as it is in Naruto... and not letting the players have access to things that don't exist in the Continuity or "Overkill" weapons/abilities.
