It makes more people crowd around one area because of water.
It allows the land to flourish because there is water, which brings in more people.
So wherever there are rivers... there are people.
Yesssss.

I've got some bla bla bla thing on fertile loess filled soil allowing more crops, which allows specialization, which allows craft specialists to gain more wealth... thus going up in social hierarchy. and bla bla bla, BS stuff that my teacher will kill with his Red Pen of Doom.BUT WHAT'S HAPPENING NOW IS COUNTED AS CHEATING BY THE AP BOARD... even if it's just unintentional and whining crud by noon.
... AND I AM A NON-CHEATING PERSON. (or I try to be, when I realize I'm doing that. XD.)so no more help for Noon, please... but thank you very very much! I appreciate the kindness of the GIB a lot. you guys are the best. heart

They even made hymns to the Nile, and considered it a God - in it's first times. Then Egypt grew as an empire and began to focus on other activities, so agriculture stopped being the most important part of their life... and something. As we say, chamullá as much as you can.
