Reason: He helped me a great deal and helped me brainstorm during the recent "crisis" that went on here. He took action instead of falling over sideways for the leader. He's also really shown dedication to the guild in that he was one of those that didn't give up in being the E7 guild.

Reason: Good friend o' mine who I've come to find isn't as much of an idiot as you'd think. razz She's good at handling debates, always drops in with unusual, interesting tidbits of knowledge to keep threads going, and she's a hard worker when it's something she's actively interested in. That, and she'll bloody KILL YOU IF YOU GET OUT OF LINE. Okay, not really, but she'll make sure you fix it because she likes everything pretty and organized and stuff.

Since Kayako's already gotten a lot of nominations, I'm going to put one in for...

Reason: It seems to me that since he's largely a joker, he manages to stay very calm in most situations and such, and provides reasons for doing it all and the such. When he's on, he's quite active in the guild and he seems dedicated, as shown by his unwillingness to let die. razz

Reason: I have been with this guild during it's ups, downs, lefts, and even rights. When arguments may break out I can think of an easy solution and keep my calm about it. Also having lived with this guild all my gaia life, I know the people here (more then some might know) and they know me also. Working with and inside the guild would be fun, and it would be easier for me to help out the ugild if I had a higher position to do so with. Then there is another fact that I have experiance in being in a "power role" (as Rekka outs it) and do not abuse that said power.

Reason: She can easily help out in any task, she is an active member in the guild, and an easy person to get along with. Along with that she can also be very efficient with her work, she also does not act unless there is a good reason as to why she did what she did.

Reason: She is a very easy going person, but can get her work done in a timely manner. She is also a very active member in the guild and understands what is going on, which could help if there was a time when the guild hit all mayhem.

both of these people are dedicated hard workers who care about the guild, and I know that they would do a good job and not let this recimendation go to waste. I believe that if these two were to be a vice capitan that there would be nothing to worry about.
