Dear Brothers, having just entered the guild, I think it's great.
But I have noticed one flaw.
How are you supposed to tell what rank someone is, without going to the guild member page? Because that can take time. Precious killing time...
I don't know if this has been suggested or not, but how about if everyone put the little picture of their rank in their signature?
That way, you could tell instantly what rank someone is.
And for the speakers, maybe put your silencer in there, just so we know if the job is open or not.
This is just a suggestion, but I thought it was a good idea...

My sig is already filled. I don't even have room to place a little icon. I would also like it to stay the way it is, so this idea is actually not all that great.

I like the idea well enough, if only we had somewhere else to display it other than signatures.

Yeah, I admit that there is a problem with it being in the sigs.
