双影 As you wander about aimlessly, your mind begins to race with random thoughts. You find yourself lost in the world of your own mind. As you restore yourself to consciousness, you discover that you have stumbled upon a massive parking lot. As you look forward, behind, and to either side, you see no end to this enigma of a blacktop. No cars in sight, no security gates, just endless asphalt as far as the mind can see. Unable to remember how you came across the place, you continue onward in hopes of finding your way out.
After seeming hours or endless travel, with no change of scenery in sight, you feel dazed and your eyes grow heavy, but still you continue to move until you feel an uneven step and almost fall over. Suddenly alert again, you see the asphalt has been broken under your feet, revealing what appears to be sand. Turning your eyes upward, the lot has been replaced with desert. Delighted by the change, you sprint forward in curiosity and excitement, coming very soon upon a vacant battle ring. It seems to be completely isolated with no one in sight. It sits there silently in solitude, with you, its only companion. Nothing makes sense, but a ring usually means fighters, so you continue once again to find the warriors for whom the structure was designed.
The desert becomes vacant as the ring vanishes from view behind you. You curse quietly as you realize the endlessness hasnt ended, only been changed. Once again you grow bored and weary with your walking and start to trudge forward in a daze. Another hour slips by, and another, your footsteps vanishing under a small wind sifting the sands. Just as you feel yourself falling into slumber, you meet face first with a wall to a grand structure, a building. You look from side to side and see no door. Immediately you assume you must be facing the back or side of the building and run off to the left corner of the building, making a right pivot and hurrying alongside the wall. Reaching the next corner you turn once more and see a set of stairs leading up to a set of large doors. Standing at the foot of the flight of stairs, you look up and take a deep breath as you begin your ascent. Upon reaching the large doors, you push them open with much more effort than you expected and find yourself staring directly at an empty room...

Reception Desk Upon entering Twin Shadows, there is a vacant space. Its dull and sterile appearance is furnished only with a reception desk and two doors to the right and left. The desk, a round half circle, is made of polished oak, adorned with a black countertop and a simple office chair. Primarily deserted, this desk is used basically for member and tournament sign up.The two doors, also made of solid oak, read 'Locker Room' over the threshold. These doors stay closed most times, but during big fights and tournaments, the participants prepare for battle in here, isolated from everyone else.Lockers The locker rooms are adorned with lockers, showers, towel racks, sitting benches, and elevators. The lockers are located immediately to the right and left against the wall upon entering. They have a small hanger rod, five hangers, and two sets of wash cloths and drying towels on an upper shelf. Locks are not included, but the fighters are allowed to store clothing inside a locker if they wish to keep an extra outfit for battle close at hand. The benches are plainly made and are bolted in the center of the room. The showers outline the far wall three on one side, and three more on the other. Between each shower lies the towel rack for obvious reasons. The walls are extremely thick so it's difficult to hear anything outside except faint murmuring unless your hearing is more sensitive.Viewing Room Behind the reception desk on the right is a door that opens up into a viewing room. Taking a few steps in, one notices it resembles a small theatre room. There is a large projector on the ceiling, against the same wall as the entrance, and a viewing screen on the far wall. There are two columns of seats, ten rows each and five seats per row. The room is a bit oversized so the seats are more spaced out to provide personal rather than romantic comfort. The projector is controlled from outside the viewing room and only displays current battles within the main ring.Elevators The elevators that once led to the main ring underground are now no longer in function. After the battle with User, Keno second guessed his decision to have underground battles that no one could escape from if things became too dangerous.Ring The rear elevator that once led underground, is now a door that leads to the rear of the Twin Shadows building. The door opens up into a new room that was designed to place the ring in. The room resembles an enclosed colloseum. The walkway into the room is cut short a mere twenty feet in, as a large gaping hole appears to occupy the room. Fifty feet down, the circular ring is placed in the center of it's round container. The one hundred fifty foot diameter ring, made of Orinia alloy, has six pillars that rise only fifteen feet in the air spaced evenly on the outer circumfrence. Atop each pillar, standing in a rather divine pose, is a warrior of high prestige to KenoTao. The pillars furthest from the entrance are adorned with the figures of the Wesley brothers. Deity, on the left stands wearing the glasses so well known for covering his eyes. His bowed head is crowned with his favorite hat and his hands are stuffed inside the pockets of his familiar coat. The image seems to portray the look of a lone wolf and mysterious wanderer. Tali on the right stands menacingly in place with his arms folded over his chest, hips leaning slightly to the right, and his face is adorned with a contemptible look of bitter disinterest. Moving from Deity to the left stands the sculpture of Jade leaning on her right leg, her right arm resting on her hip while her left hung lazily down at her side. The lady Saiya-jin wore a gentle smile with her tail cirled around her waist and and her unique wings folded along her back. The left closest pillar is graced with User, the stone Saiya-jin's face full of anger and disgust as his arms cross overbearingly across his chest.. The right is housed with the grand frame of Carl, his arms crossed clearly, but his face was mostly covered by his garments, leaving only his left eye seen, which remained only have half open. The final form between Tali and Carl is that of Satomi (ditto), whom Keno only recently recognized as a warrior and not merely a fighter.
The ceiling rises three hundred fifty feet above the surface. Made of glass, the natural light of day or night usually illuminates the ring, but light fixtures are installed in the wedge of the ceiling and wall and angled toward the ring for excessively dark moments. The cameras have been installed atop the crater that separates the ring from the spectator stands. All around the top are a total of six cameras spaced as evenly as the pillars within the ring. There are seven more sets of cameras, forty-eight in total, that are leveled at every fifty feet.
The seats start off at surface level. Small slots, like hall entrances are engraved into the walls that are gapped by the entrance. This design sort of mimics the design Deity made for his arena. There is only one row all around, but there are several levels of seats. Rising up only another fifty feet. There are ten levels total, and the seats are like those found at the opera, spaced a foot apart from each other edge to edge. A ladder was placed on both walls for those who want a higher seat, but can't jump or fly to their preferrable level.
The fighting area has a total dimension of a three hundred foot diameter base, a one hundred fifty foot diameter ring, and a four hundred foot height. The spectators have ten feet between the front and the back wall. The seats are pretty close to the edge so that they may, if they want, sit in comfort and still watch the fights.Control Room The control room is rather small, but has quite a bit of work done. Up against the wall is a huge set of twelve monitors connected that show the different angles from which the cameras are viewing. In front of the monitors is a control panel which handles the visual and audio quality of the recordings. The panel has twelve joysticks set up in the same way the monitors are. The joysticks control the angles the cameras point in. When pressed in, the cameras zoom in and zoom out when pulled up. A set of head phones is connected into an audio port where the wires transmit sound. To the right of the camera joysticks lies the sound board that edits the sound and quality of the fights. Directly to the left upon entering is a computer desk with a basic PC loaded with media editing software. Besides the viewing room, this PC is also delivered a data recording of the fights. All twelve camera angles and sound alterations are stored and saved for editing afterwords. There is also a basic media player so that the control room respondent can have some other background noise at his or her own leisure. To the right is a small warddrobe that contains only five items, two boots, two gloves, and a visor. Together the gear looked like a VR suit. In the back wall of the wardrobe is a red button surrounded by five switches. When the button is pressed, the center of the floor rolls out to reveal a small blue blowing pod. The switches activate a visual reproduction system that copies the physical appreance of the person wearing the gear. Only when all five are worn and the wearer stands atop the pod does a visual of them appear in the ring, with accurate voice copying and movement sensitivity. Originally underground, the control room was relocated to the projector room in the viewing area, which, obviously was expanded.

Rules for 双影 Central arrow All fights go down in the ring. If you wish to fight elsewhere, take it outside or go to another thread, though I doubt any of them will allow you to destroy the leisure area.
arrow The elevators no longer work, so do not try to force your way in. This will only lead to the elevator doors breaking and destruction of property or equipment is intolerable
arrow During tournaments, stay out of the Locker Rooms. I don't know why you would want to go in there in the first place, but our fighters will be getting ready for their matches in here and don't need people running around bothering them before a big fight.
arrow The bouncers are all moderators to this guild so I would suggest not pissing them off because they can ban you. Obey them and if you have a problem with that, PM me.
arrow Keep all quoting to a minimum. Unless there is high denstiy within a thread, it is usually unnecessary to quote someone. You know who is addressing you and who you are addressing so please do not quote unless you need to. Even then, there is a three quote maximum per post.
arrow Do not stretch the pages out with oversized pictures, extended posts, etc. It's a nuisance and a bother. Any stretched posts will be deleted at your own expense, so don't do anything stupid.
arrow Be literate. By literate I mean try to type more than two lines per post, use correct grammar and spelling. Be descriptive with your posts, but please to not simply add unnecessary fill-in to make the posts long enough. We're not all able to post a page per post, nor do we all want to read one.
arrow Killing is not allowed during tournaments. If two parties decide to fight to the death, and even so much as intend to kill each other during a tournament match, the party that tries to deliver the death strike first will be disqualified from the tournament. Furthermore, KenoTao (the character), or one of his employees will cancel out the attack no matter how unstoppable one deems the skill. Godmodding may be used by any of us to cancel out the attack and there will be no argument about it. If one decides to kill during a tournament, they will be labeled "Too Dangerous" and unable to participate in official TS Tournaments. ((This is an idea I adopted from Deity for anyone wondering. I thought about it and saw it as necessary.))
arrow I don't want n00bs in this thread. I don't classify n00bs by character, but by action. This means if you RP or lurk decently, then I have no problem with you. However if you spam, bump, beg, plead, or flame for no reason, then you will be considered being n00bish. Now being new to Gaia does not classify you as a n00b. I do implore you to learn to RP before coming here though.
arrow No cybering.....duh.
arrow Obey the Gaia TOS.....duh
arrow Follow the respective battle format for your fights. The rules and formats all apply for fighting in Central.

The ring of Central, which had been quiet and seemingly abandoned for so long, sat in the cold darkness that seemed to always accompanied it. Suddenly the darkness was joined with a touch of wind that swept throughout the arena and settled in the center of the ring. As the spiral of moving air lifted from the ground, the figures of both User and Keno appeared in the same pose they had left Orion in. Before saying anything, he left for the control room, seeming to ignore the enraged Saiya-jin. Though he wasn't always one for starting fights, he knew User fought him best when mad, or at least tried that much harder. As he entered the room, he closed the door behind him, leaving the Saiya-jin in isolated silence.
"Get back here!!!" User yelled out to the shut door. The Saiya-jin began to punch the door, but to no avail. Whatever it was made of, the angry Saiya-jin warrior was only able to slightly dent it. "KenoTao!!" The warrior yelled out around him, "Get back here you coward!!! FIGHT ME!!! FIGHT ME!!!!" An aura appeared around him, wildly flowing around the Saiya-jin's musclar body. It was black as night and showed what User was really inside. "You insult me, you try to kill my daughter, you beat me in each battle we hold!!! Not today, KenoTao!!! Tonight you die at my hands!!! No threaten's my daughter's life!!! SO COME HERE AND FIGHT ME!!!" There was no limit to his rage. In fact, he was on the very edge of his control. At any second, something could tip him off and make him transform into his most deadliest of forms.

Within the room, switches could be heard, a slight clicking noise from the dials, and even the tapping of a keyboard. The cameras outside made a small whir as they all faced the ring and developed focus. Rather than walking out the door, from where he was sure User would strike him on sight, Keno drifted back into the ring, standing completely still with his arms crossed over his chest, as if assuming a fighting stance were overrated to him now. "Relax Monkey Boy. I have no reason to run from you. I was just preparing some things since I don't have anyone here to maintain the place at the moment. Within the boy, Keno could sense the most primal urges starting to erupt from within him. It seemed that maybe things would get more serious than he thought. No matter though, at least not to him. It only meant the fight would be that much more interesting. "Well have at me in your time." His ki was already rising, and already close to it's peak in that form. The fight was likely to erupt climactically so he kept himself ready for anything from the very beginning, though his pose said nothing of the sort.
"You." User said. KenoTao was right before him. Kill him. Avenge. Kill him. Indeed, User's basic emotions were only in play now. He wanted nothing more than to rip the man's heart out. As User began a slow walk towards KenoTao, his power flowed forth, unleashing into his second Super Saiya-jin stage. "You don't deserve this... this honorable battle... you don't deserve to die with honor..." User said to him, "You deserve nothing... I'll take everything you are, everything you hold dear, and I will destroy it all. Completely. Utterly." Then User rushed towards him, arms reeled back behind him. As he came infront of KenoTao, he released his right hand forward to punch. "Time to die!!!"

Keno moved to his right, away from User's punch. He was watching and listening carefully. Clearly User didn't believe that Keno wasn't the one who tried to kill Sabrina. There were a few ways he could prove it, but he would save that for later. There were a several reasons for this match beyond simply giving User the chance at gaining his vengeance. As the Saiya-jin passed by, Keno lifted his left knee to go straight into torso. He twisted his hip enough to have his left side face User, assuming he resisted the pushing force of the attack, or blocked.

Jade had managed to follow the two warriors from Club Orion, though it wasn't easy. She wasn't fully concentrating on anything, and had simply stumbled onto the building without really trying. She walked in and looked around at the reseptionist desk, and the doors off to the side. She wandered to the doors, and eventually made her way over to the elevators, and went down into the ring.
She emerged, and instantly saw User charging at Keno.
He's angry....
Jade nodded slighlty to herself, still kinda out of it, and went over to the rows of seats, sitting in hte uppermost one.
Should be a good match though.

User knew KenoTao would block. He always blocked. That's why User didn't use the other hand until just hand. While he right hand was being deflect, User had prepared the other hand for countering an ensuing attack from his enemy. The Saiya-jin grabbed KenoTao's left knee with his free hand and attempted squeezed with all his grip on the knee, trying to dig into it and draw the man's blood. This, hopefully, would potentially cause problems for KenoTao directly then and there, or later in the right. If his knee was too hurt to run effectively later, then User would have him. "You're mine!" User shouted, his voice full of rage and anger.

Keno half expected User to target his attacking knee. If not that, it would have been his upper body, which was the very reason he turned to keep only his left side facing the Saiya-jin. What's more was that it allowed his folded left right arm to point to user palm forward. The instant he felt User aiming for his knee he reacted in two ways. First, his Mineral spiked out of his body menacingly to keep the warrior's hand at bay. Second, he fired off a powerful burst of ki straight at the monkey's upper chest, not to hurt him yet, but simply to wear him down a little at a time. If it was at all possible to prevent the horrible from happening, it was up to Keno to attend to that first.

User withdrew his hand quickly, the 'Mineral' appearing from KenoTao's body would not be nice to him if he made contact. Then the Saiya-jin felt the the pressure and heat against his chest and the Saiya-jin was sent backwards, falling on the ground from the blast. However, he wasn't going to be taken by surprise. The teen jumped up and away from KenoTao, landing a good many feet away.

Keno positioned himself in the same spot to face his Saiya-jin rival. His arms were still crossed, and his legs still together. He held a serious countenance on his face that spoke neither of hate or disappointment. The boy was getting stronger, and for this Keno was proud, though he was still unable to say anything about it.
"Well well, I suppose I could advance on you, but we already know how that'll play out. I'll warp and attack from your blind side. You'll block and try to tear off an appendage or vaporize my existence. I'll evade and try to drop your gaurd and then we'll separate. Rinse and repeat more or less after that." The dead silence of the arena was starting to grow ominous as if the very building itself felt something approaching. "However, as we both know, in this form I am only able to fight competitively against you as a Super Saiya-jin tops. Since you've ascended, my offense would be futile and my defense would only last so long." As he spoke he seemed to be transforming much more slowly than usual. His hair was losing color, as it wrung out from black to white on most all strands. His height was rising, and darker hair was slowly patching on select parts of his body.
"We both know each other too well," began Keno in Tygre's body. "Everymove I have ever used. Every technique you've displayed. We've studied each other like books, memorizing every available line offered. So what say we just skip the preliminaries and go straight into it." Tygre stood in the back of his own mind as Keno assumed more dominant control. The warrior still didn't seem to shift stances, even though Tygre was always prepared in one form or other for anything.

User closed his eyes, "Indeed. We can predict with pinpoint accuracy." "I have only a limited few skills that I haven't used to kill you yet." The Saiya-jin raised an eyebrow, "Ah? Transforming? Already? Do I scare you KenoTao? Do you quake at my power? I haven't fully transformed yet. I can still push it up a notch. Why waste time?" The Saiya-jin's ki spiked intensely. His aura flowed around him in a demonic and hellish way. User bellowed as he pushed every bit of ki out, unleashing everything he had. Nothing was going to stop his goal. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. The warrior glew a brilliant and blinding white light, igniting the entire room in his unearthly glow. As it settled, the Saiya-jin had completely changed. User had brown fur along his body. His armor had been blown into atoms saved for his black/brown wrist armor and boots. His black pants remained as well. User's eyes had a red line around them with black iris once more. His hair was wild and untamed, and pure ebony. His aura was red, orange, and yellow, looking like the very being of flames. Super Saiya-jin 4. The max of any of the SSJ transformation... save for the uncontrolable Legendary state. "KenoTao..." User said, his voice slightly deeper and more meancing, "It is time for you funeral."
