Absolutely never. It would be worst possible scenario. NeoPets has so many rules that it's easier to stop talking to people than to keep track of what you're allowed to say. Gaia has forums specifically dedicated to topics that are completely forbidden on NeoPets.

Yes, but it's fallen a long way since it's original intent. Gaia originally catered to an older crowd, too. There used to be an 18+ section in the old link list that offered porn and hentai right on the main page.
But what they both are now are still worlds away from each other.
