Well, the plot's back in full swing, and not surprisingly, Gaians everywhere have launched into unrivaled levels of presumption and it's evil twin, assumption. That being said, as a way of combatting such horrible machinations, (note: I don't think presumption is really that bad) why don't we discuss what has already been made solid?
There are two new items. The Black Orchid Brooch, and the Blood Drop Brooch.
Which one do you find more aesthetically pleasing? Is it the enchroaching class of the violet flora, or the alluring shimmer of the ruby red tear that does it for you?
(Note: This isn't the place to discuss the denominations or representations, but simply the items on a 'hot or not' level.)

I have more outfits that work well with the Black Orchid Brooch, but I have some for the Blood Drop Brooch as well. They both look pretty cool with the right outfit. I can't say I have a preference, other than what sides they symbolize.

Well, the Drop is easier to match to things. But the Orchid is nice as well. On an aesthetic level, they're pretty much equal. Gaia has a lot of them though. The Winter Rose, the Flashion Rose and now the Black Orchid.
I could be wrong, but I don't think we have a lot of things like the Drop brooch.

I kind of like the Black Orchid better. Don't have many outfits the match the Blood Drop.

In my own opinion, I'd have to find fault in both pieces of apparel. The Black Orchid is wildly overgrown, and just a bit too large to keep my lighter outfits in a state of balance. I've never been one for top-heavy avatars. As for the Blood Drop, it steals the thunder from my indispensable bow-tie.
Consequentally, I have decided to allow the the upper-left side of my chest to run amok unadorned.

I think that, somewhere, it is written that those who can write excessively well must do so around those who cannot, so those who cannot wish that they could.

Quinn Cillian I think that, somewhere, it is written that those who can write excessively well must do so around those who cannot, so those who cannot wish that they could. I've found that people who command language well often don't notice that they're doing it. As far as I've noticed, anyway, it's like that with any person with an ability, whether it be language, clarinet, or swimming.
Besides, don't we all wish we could write well anyway?
Edit: More on topic: If I had more red or violet, I'm sure I would appreciate both of them more than I do, but at the moment I really don't care for either.
