Leo walked up to a skooma dealer who was trying to sell his wares next to the statue of the lucky old lady. This was most unwise, because he was in plain sight of the town guard. Leo, wearing his full Speaker robes, walked up to the man and whispered a threat to find someone else to sell. The man quickly walked off into an alley. It was 3:00 AM Middas morning. He took a small spade and planted nightshade and a small amount of human blood under the dirt surrounding the statue of the lucky old lady while whispering prayers to the Night Mother.

Sydney came bursting out of a house in Bravil. Things had gone wrong, horribly wrong. He had heard rumors, but he never thought that they could have possibly been real. What were these rumors? That the Morag Tong had sent some of their best after the top ranking Dark Brotherhood members. It so happened that Sydney had been given a false contract. What the Dark Brotherhood had thought was a request for the death of an elderly man, was actually a perfectly devised ambush on one of it's members. From what he had heard in the rumors, these Morag Tong were here to eliminate the Black Hand itself. And a station in Bravil was a great place to start, as Leo often came here to pray to the lucky old lady. And judging by the ambush, they obviously want the silencers gone too. Having just came out of the ambush, Sydney was sprinting towards the town gate, he could now here his would-be-assassins coming after him. Then his eyes fell upon Leo, praying to the lucky old lady. Even in knowing that stopping to alert Leo could possibly mean his death, he ran towards Leo. "Quickly!" he panted, "The Morag Tong are coming! We must leave, now!"

Raj'qar sat in his perch overlooking the statue. The skooma dealer was right on time. Raj'qar pulled-out his bow and started to reach for an arrow; suddenly a strange cloaked man walked up to the dealer and whispered in his ear. The dealer's visage cringed in shock; he then darted to an alley and out of sight. Damn-it, he thought, that odd b*****d just scared away my prey. Oh well, the dealer wouldn't go far, and Raj'qar had lived in Bravil for a couple of years so he knew the small town like the back of his hand. Raj'qar relaxed in his hideout; the perch was perfectly hidden. Raj'qar leaned back and gazed upon the night-sky; the darkness was truly mystical, and the sun would soon rise and ruin it all. He'd kill the dealer later; for now Raj'qar took to a more leisurely pursuit. A ruckus woke Raj'qar from his daze as another man burst from a house and ran through the streets; what a odd night for Bravil. Raj'qar watched as the man sprinted toward the gate. The man sped toward freedom, but stopped in his tracks as he saw the strange cloaked man. He made his way toward the man and addressed him in an urgent voice. Raj'qar's interest was know peeked.

It seemed as though Sydney's current situation was getting rapidly worse. "Leo, we have to leave, COME ON!" He could hear the Morag Tong very close now and he also felt like he was being watched. Seeing no other option, he turned and drew his Akaviri Katana. He had aquired it during a contract to kill an ex-Blade. He had never actually taken time to notice, but now as he turned to face his assailants, he saw there was three of them: A Wood Elf, a Dunmer and one hooded figure who's face was not visible. The hooded figure stopped and motioned for the other two to move in. The Wood Elf stayed where he was and drew his bow while the Dunmer drew a short blade and charged. It was suprisingly easy. The Dunmer got right up close and thrust the blade straight towards Sydney. Seeing this coming, Sydney side-stepped and grasped him from behind as the Wood Elf let an arrow fly. With perfect timing, Sydney spun around and the arrow hit the Dunmer straight in the chest. The Wood Elf looked stunned at what had just happened. When Sydney let go of the Dunmer, he stood by himself for a few seconds, groaned, and slumped to the ground. Taking advantage of the confusion, Sydney drew a throwing star and threw it at the Wood Elf. It hit him in the eye and with a piercing scream, he too was down. All that was left of his assailants now was the hooded figure. As Sydney braced himself for an attack, the hooded figure turned and vanished. Sydney turned to Leo and said, "I really think we should go now..."

"Yes." Leo replied. "Although I'm a bit surprised you ran from three, when I'm here. Let me get the blood traitor and we will interrogate him." Leo said as he grabbed his fellow wood elf under the arms and threw him over his shoulder as the assailant screamed in protest, blood, ocular fluid and pus, squirting rhythmically from his eye.
"I have a boat docked nearby, you and I will take it to a nearby island. Rumor has it that it was used to hunt human beings in the strange old fortress. If he's lucky, our friend here will have a quick death in contrast to the fort's bloody history. If more come, we will defend the place" Leo explained.
"The Morag Tong will pay for their mistakes."

"Yes sir." The duo proceeded to the dock, with the Blood Traitor screaming all the way. "Shut the hell up!" Sydney breathed to him, "Or by Sithis I'll..." Noticing that they had reached the dock, Sydney, Leo and the screaming Wood Elf climbed into the boat. Sydney took the oars and asked: "Which way now, brother?"

Raj'qar overheard the strange conversation between the two men, and it occurred to him that they were his brothers-of-darkness. Raj'qar left his nest and sleeked across the rooftops to the boat his brothers had boarded; not wanting to be left with the Morag Tong, he leaped down into the boat. Swiftly Raj'qar showed them he was their brother so as not to provoke attack, and here he awaited departure.

"Didn't want to be left here with the Morag Tong, eh?" asked Sydney. "Judging by the fact you are here, I'm guessing you know where we are heading. Now all we need to do is get this little fella to shut up!" The little Wood Elf still refused to stop screaming, so Sydney back-handed him across the face. It worked for a few seconds and then he continued to scream. Sydney brought an amulet out of his robe and put it over the screaming Wood Elf. "A sliencing amulet," Sydney explained, "that should shut him up." And no matter how much he tried, the Wood Elf could no longer make any sound.
"Now, shall we proceed?"

A smirk slithered its way upon Raj'qar's visage as he took mirth in the elf's suffering.

"With haste brothers" Leo replied, allowing them to get into the boat first an pushing off towards the general direction of the island. It was then that he noticed the sea was cloaked in a veil of thick fog. "Sithis's blood! When are we getting a break? Khajiit! You have night vision, it might help us a bit, keep lookout, make sure noone is following us, and let me know if you see any land up ahead." Leo ordered. "What is your name brother? I'd like to call you by your proper name."

Leo looked curiously at the Khajiit while silently rowing in what he thought was the direction of the island.

(ok, this is going nowhere, I'll keep going.) They waited for an answer for a few moments before Sydney couldn't be bothered waiting anymore. "So," Sydney began, "What's the game plan for this little b*****d?" Directing his question at Leo while looking at the terrified look on the silent Wood Elf's face. "Should we tear him limb for limb until he talks? Or should we leave him in solitary confinement? Nah, that'd take too long and wouldn't be fun for us at all. How about we tear his leg off and beat him to death with the wet end?" The Wood Elf's expression was one of absolute fear now.

"Since when do wood elves work for the Morag Tong anyhow? I bet he's daddy's little rich boy. This should be fun." Said Leo hoping to break him before the interrogation even began. He kept rowing and soon could make out a large mass which he took to be the fort.

"Yeah, I think you could be right, I mean, he uses a bow!" Leo looked slightly puzzled. "If we wasn't such a coward, he would actually get up close and personal!"
