I engaged to this girl that seemed nice cuz i've been talking to her for a couple months and after the engagement, she became like ULTRA b***h! How do I unengage?!

Well I'm guessing you can just ask for an annulment from Moonie I think it was in Amoria. Or if you'd like delete your character xP
That's is hes actually married. If you used nx and went through the whole wedding, and have a wedding ring and all that, you pay 500,000 mesos to Moonie to break the marriage. If you only are engaged, drop the box. It'll say something like "Dropping this item will break the engagement, are you sure you want to?" And yeah, give her some more time before you do anything rash.
