My mom tells me that pancake mix is the most important thing to have in your house.
As a child she inquired why the family always kept pancake mix. Apparently my Great Grandmother married a lumberjack and when he brought home many of his lumberjack pals unexpectedly... she always had enough pancake mix to feed everyone.
So the moral is keep pancake mix... it could save you... if like 20 lumberjacks just show up.

we should pick a day and have a pancake and picture party... wouldn't that be cool... if we all had pancakes and Gaia'ed... then took pics and posted them.
