Mine is Starscream. I've been reading up a bit on Starscream's personality in every series so far. So far all I can say is screw G1 Starscream. He was a wussy little jerk. The rest of them seemed a little less wussy. I mean its true that he is rebellious in every incarnation, but hes not ALWAYS a jerk. In Armada he dies like a hero. Of course everyone loves Armada Screamer. And for the most part, in all the newer shows, he wants nothing more than to do his best. He just wants a little praise. But does he get it? No. The only time people pay attention to him is when he messes up, and then they just verbally and sometimes physically abuse him. Its only natural for someone who is constantly oppressed to crave power and to see his would-be oppressor suffer.
I have always wondered what the appeal was of Transformers until recently. The Autobots seem like absolutist, stereotypical enforcers. Their personalities hardly feel like "sentient beings." The Decepticons seem like they have more drive, more desire... but they just don’t have any heart. They'd walk all over each other to get what they want. Some even enjoy hurting others. But Starscream is different. He changes. He really strives.... he tries sooo hard. You might even say he reaches for the stars. Even to the bitter end. To me, hes the one Transformer who really feels the most human.
You know... even the idea of flight is epic in its self. Starscream has always been the token "flying dood." Humans couldn’t fly naturally. A lot of living things cant. To naturally possess the ability of flight, one must be light.... free of burden. But the only way humans could ever fly is by building something big and heavy and making enough force come out the back of it to make to lift off the ground. Its unnatural in the sense that heavy things shouldn’t fly, but it is a great representation of the human desire to break and boundaries and do the impossible. Starscream has a lot of emotional baggage, but he hardly ever admits it. He just keeps going. When you REALLY think about it, Starscream is the greatest example that even though you may be burdened, you should never stop climbing for the top.

my favorite transformer would have to be quickstrike he is my fav from beastwars. when he first came out of that stasis pod as half snake and half scorpion, i knew he would be a bad a**. mrgreen plus I like all that western talk he has! i think it's cool!
i like his weapon aswell, the snake head that shoot a poison like beam. i also like him because he has unmatched courage he will eagerly go into any battle. but sometimes that is a bad thing, if you remember when he took on feral cheetor emo he was ripped to shreds.
the last episode Quickstrike and Inferno got destroyed by the nemisis accedently by megatron. it was sad crying

Nobody I know could have put that any better than you just did. That is an amazing way to look at it. I personally have a thing for Starscream because of his relationship with Megatron. It takes a hell of a heart to serve him without giving up. As far as favorites go, in the Decepticons ring, he's tied for first with Barricade. As for Autobots, I have a huge soft-spot for Bumblebee, I absolutely adore his personality, especially in the movie. He reminds me of myself, being all fun and easy-going, but also knowing exactly what needs to be done and doing it without hesitation. heart I'd go on and on about the others, but this is about favorites. My overall favorite Transformer? I'm tied between Bumblebee and Barricade.... sweatdrop

and on the decepticons id say sound wave because his voice and those casets go lazerbeak

autobots arcee duh LOL she rocks plus she's a protector of Daniel who is a child i think is such a sweet storyline .
decepticon mm thats hard , i would have to say its tie between Bonecrusher and Blackout , because they just rock 4laugh

Megatron is my favorite, his character transforms into so many cool things over the years. Gun, tank, T-Rex, dragon, and cybertonian jet to name the ones I remeber, plus he is so deliciously evil. Other then Megatron, Sideways for his craziness and confusing side changing.

Starscream is my favorite character too! biggrin He tries so hard to win approval yet always seems to fall flat. So what does one do in this situation? You kick aft and take over! XD Screamers will always be my number one. -HAIL TO THE SCREAM!-

Well I have two and they are Optimus Prime and Prowl, both from G1.
Optimus cause...well he's Optimus. He was leader of the Autobots. That's why he is called Prime. And I cried when he died in the movie.
Prowl cause even though it's not mention in the cartoon, he was second in command of the Autobots. He aslo was there tacticition so he's very smart. Sadly there was not many episodes with him in it and I hated how they killed him off in the movie. -___- Heck he didn't even had any lines in the movie! They should had brought him back like they did with Optimus.
