 Well lately over the past year weirds things have been happening. It first started out that in the middle of the night my ceiling fan starting going berserk. i woke up to a very horrible burnt smell,and the lights were flickering on and off,then it just stop.But the odor was still there. I thin kit happen because I would never turn off the ceiling fan,not even when i go to school,so I thought that was the reason. btw this happen in november 2006. it was 2 months before my 13 b-day..i think. well it was around my b-day. so afterwords my mom bought me a lamp,it was taller than me. those types of lamps. so i put it together and follow the instruction,but when i plug it in,it wouldn't work. it burnt out. so my mom bought me another one and i did it,and my dad did it with me. same thing happen. my mom bought me another one and this time my dad did it. finally it works. now this month i move into a apartment. now in my room i have 2 walk-in closets across from each other. now a week ago last at night i turn on the light,and then it went out. today i turn on the light of my other closet light and it went out too. oh also when we first move in the apartment(in march) my room had no light so my mom bought me a lamp(again lol). this time i put it all together by myself,and when i plug it in. It work!...but then a couple of days later i turn it on and the bulb...lit on fire. it went out 3 seconds later though.
Then today I thought something was wrong with me. I remember when I was little I was in trouble because i did something in the bathroom,and i made my whole apartment lights went out. like the whole apartment lights didn't work at all. then i remember once i put a key in a plug and i got electricuted. i didn't go to the hospital though it was just a weird feeling going up my arm. yes i put a key in it. i thought if i put the key in and try to turn it,i'll be in a world of lepracauns lol. Come on! I was 4!.
Sorry for my writing mistakes,I'm in a hurry.
So if you know anything about this please tell me. Thank you.

If that's all that happened I'd call it coincidence. The burnt smell may have been a small bit of electrical burning.
I don't know, do you have an idea already that I need to tell you is wrong?

There's a guy that puts streetlights out just by walking underneath them. He doesn't really try to or anything, it just happens. Maybe you just have a strange bioelectric thing going on. Try researching it.

Obscurus There's a guy that puts streetlights out just by walking underneath them. He doesn't really try to or anything, it just happens. Maybe you just have a strange bioelectric thing going on. Try researching it. I've read a little about things like this. It usually occurs to someone who has been electrocuted at some point, or survived a lightning strike. Supposedly one of these events causes a change in the bodies natural electrical field. Either way, the bulb catching fire seems a bit odd, but the rest of those events (excluding the one when you were 4) sound like a series of coincidences. The first incident sounds like a short circuit. As The Ressurection said, the smell was probably just a short electrical fire that would have been caused when the whole thing short circuited. Anyway, that's my take on things. Edit: Aha! I just re-read your post and saw the note about you getting electrocuted. Street Lamp Interferance (SLI) Here's a site about anomalies like this. Maybe a ghost. A poltergeist is a ghost that follows a specific person for any reason or a haunting which a ghost haunts a location. In this situation I am guessing a poltergeist. Look up anything (local newspapers are the best) at your local library for anyone that died in a fire. I would guess an electric fire on how you being haunted.
Of course I am just throwing this out there. I might be wrong or I might be right.
A child is more pron to seeing the world beyond our own. Once we grow older our connection fades due to use thinking what we see is only an illusion. Maybe because it started when you were younger it stuck. A once thought to be an imaginary friend might of really been more, the monsters in the closet might of been an angry spirit, your imagination saying your with more them yourself might of been more.

I'd chalk those up the being the unlikely coincidences you experience during you're life. Everyone seems to have their own personal string of unlikely coincidences.
Theres been one or two scientific studies about people who make lights go out, and both have turned up nothing supporting it, not that I really think that proves or disproves anything.

well like a couple people have said, it might be coinsodence(SP). or another thing is when you got electrocuted at that younge age, it might of super charged your chi(spirit energy). which when you come in contact with electronical items, like lights, you cause a powersurge which blows out, and burns out lights. but as for the cieling fan sounds like you just burned the motor out from always running it.

Poltergeists are typically not 'ghosts' per se, they are most likely caused by high emotional and continuous events over a lengthy period of time, which then disrupts the environment and 'imprints' those emotions on it. Therefore, it isn't just one 'ghost' but more so spirit or emotional energy that is causing it.
The most likely places for poltergeists are in homes where there was abuse, either child or adult (i'm sure pets are included but it would have to be really bad). Many times it is a house or a place that has seen a lot of blood shed and negative energy.

Once i had a time with not much magic activity. after that time, whe I did magic again . a time when I've been supercharged, Lamps started to fliker , when I walked by.. And one eve two or three streelmps turned of while I walked clos to them. As I have been gone they started up again.
