I'm sure many of you like this band, a great symphonic metal band that was at one time, quite unique.

You all might be aware that they sacked their original vocalist, the talented Tarja Turunen due to a dispute over her husband and her apparent bad attitude toward certain matters.
After a considerably long wait, they now have a new vocalist - Anette Olzon. Anette is vocally very different from Tarja in such a way that her style is not as "operatic" as Tarja, but rather.... just normal (imagine Within Temptation or Leaves' Eyes). Some clips are available on Nightwish's site.

What do y'all think of this change? Still like Nightwish after this major transition? Posteth thine thoughts!

I love them but I don't own any of their CDs... I just downloaded the full discography and deleted the songs I wasn't too crazy about xD.
