Ok, lately I have been thinking about this. I have never really believed in Aliens, but I was never sure if they existed or not. I was wondering if the Bible says anything about this. I am not asking for an opinion, I am asking for the truth if they exist or not.

Well, the truth is that I have no idea. But my opinion is yeah, they probably do. What more do you want? *-*; If there was positive proof that common people like you and me knew about, you wouldn't even be asking the question. And of course no one can ever say 'no', because the universe is too big for that.

I am not asking for an opinion, I am asking for the truth if they exist or not. Sorry going to start sounding like a quoter. God created us and the angels to work. We were to tend the garden of Eaden. I have tended gardens before. and it is work. I do not belive God would create as many angels as he did for this one earth. I belive there are others and we are a intreest to them.

If God did make other planets with life on them, which is very possible, then we should start asking questions like, "Did they fall from grace like Adam and Eve? Or do they still live in a state of perfection." If they did fall then God would send Himself to that planet to redeem his people like He did on Earth. Check out these books written by C.S. Lewis, they play with the idea of life on other planets created by the one true God, the God of the whole planet and the universe. They are: Out of the Silent Planet, Perelandra, and That Hideous Strength.

-God Bless i'd have to agree with this. if there are other planets that God put life on, the main thing would have to be if they fell as well. i think that if they didn't we will probably never be able to reach them in our current state. not until after all of the Judgment and such would we be able to b/c we wouldn't be in our perfect form till then anyway. b/c if we went to them imperfect it would chance them falling b/c of us. i think God might be shielding them from us..or us from them in order to keep it as it is protecting both sides. but here's the real thing. i don't think it matters either way, from the way the Bible's written it's pretty obvious that the Earth is a major part of God's focus. just the way history has played out and all shows that. but of course that doesn't mean his focus can't be else where in the universe at the same time....so it will probably be one of those things we won't know till we learn it in the kingdom

Honestly nothing is really literal with the bible unless you have a really good realtionship with GOD and you have the Holy Spirit to guide you. God never said there wasn't life elsewhere but then again he never said there was either. So in any case there could be aliens(strangers) from some distant planet watching us, It could be ANGELS watching, DEMONS even. Because the bible describes some angels but then again It never says they all look the same and that they pair up to what humans believe they should look like. For all we know It could be that their has been another race living on this planet In the FOBBIDEN ZONES such as the Bermuda Triangle and areas just south of hatai and they are watching us to see what our moves are according to their actions. Woah... sorry I am a christian and just know that this is all my own thoughts so don't take this as truth until you confront God about it. sweatdrop

I don't think there are aliens, but I could very well be wrong. There's a Christian movie about this- Unidentified, I think it's called.
God is infinite; why would he make just one planet of people when he's got a whole universe to play with? (Not my arguments- I don't think they exist)... frankly, the thought of being under surveillence by something from another planet terrifies me.
One thought--would they look like us? We were created in God's image; so wouldn't they be, too?... I wonder.

That's another thing that I have come to question...In what way were we created in God's image... Is it by body? or spirit?
Because If we were created in body to look like God would we not know what he looks like?
Perhaps the way we were created to look like God has been In our spirit because This from that is our body is dust and I am not sure God would model dust after himself.
But I don't know for sure... confused

I believe that there may be aliens out there. I'm not talking about the kind of aliens you see in movies, but of simple life forms, or perhaps even a bit more complex organisms. Are there organisms out there that are as evolved as humans? Unlikely. But then, how are we to know?

Remember the parable of the 99 sheep? "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
If all men have sinned (women too, don't think me sexist), but 99 sheep didn't get lost, maybe all of the other species God made did just fine. He hurled Lucifer to the earth, so I guess we've got the bonus of saying that we're special to him.
It makes me cry tears of joy just writing that, knowing how much God loves me.
