I'm sorry you can't bring Aeris back to life even with gameshark/codebreaker unless you have the *cough..cough* hack code maybe you can.
3nodding Gameshark can put Sephiroth in your party. Of course it can give you back Aeris, though she will have no story connections whatsoever. All her lines said if shes present are preset generic things.
She only has one line if the code is used after her death at the city of the Ancients, and that's "I'm sick of this." once you finish the snow-boarding game at Icicle Inn. There's no other generic lines I believe.

As for my opinion on the subject, why not? It has no negative effect on the storyline and it's your personal choice if you want to run the risk of corrupting your save file. I'd do it if I had my gameshark anymore because I like her character and her limit breaks are epic. Win, win, really.
