Well, we need a thread about boots. XD Right? Right. So here, we shall talk about boots! What styles to do you like, what boots do you want, where do you shop for them... Etc. Oh, and of course we must spam with pictures of any lovely or hideous boots we find. XD
To start with, I love boots, though I don't have many. Right now, my main pair are simple black fashion combat boots that lace up and are about mid-calf length. They have a high heel, but it looks higher than it is (it's about an inch in reality) because the rest of the boots' sole is thick too. They're so nice and practical and comfy. I heart them, and even more so the fact that I bought them at a yard sale for $5.
But, I decided I need another pair, and I really want some white boots. XD But not just any white boots; knee-high white boots in just the right style (kind of like these, only without the shin-guards). And since I never shop for shoes online, I have no idea where to look; anyone have any idea? ^^;
And, because I must add some picture, I came across these:
Oddly neat, but that heel would be terrible. Why is it set so far back, anyway? O.o

Well, I just love shoes in general, but boots are spiffy.
These are my babies:
This lovely boot weighs in at 5 pounds. Really gets the leg muscles working. They're super comfortable though.
My brother-in-law has these ones...I'd love to get them too. ^^

My digital camera is currently out of order, so I had to find a picture of my boots online. They're guy boots, but whatever. They're still hella cool. 3nodding  They each weigh about ten pounds, took me a month to get used to 'em. The brand is Anarchic. Currently I'm looking for some knee high boots or higher, somewhat like the picture you (Polarity) put up. The ones Jennifer Lopez are wearing. Only, I want a thicker heel. I'm always afraid the thin heels will break and I'll break my ankle or something.... xD Oh, BTW Seldaara, I heart heart heart those boots. All of them. whee

I couldn't find my boots online at ALL, but they're in these two shots of my Jedi robes. XD (Forgive my totally stoned look, especially in the second shot. I hate that flash. XDDDD)
I love these boots too (the brownish ones Obi-Wan is wearing) but they're apparently some WWII era Australian tanker boots and are really hard to find. crying However, they're not hard to MAKE, so I hope to do that.
But on my search for THOSE boots, I came across American tanker boots, and I want them.

Aw, boots are great fun~ I need new shoes too, though. I went up another half-size in shoes (and I'm 18... I would have thought my shoe size wouldn't change, but go figure.) and only my one pair of boots fit now. DX

I'm looking for white boots, cheap, preferably a low heel, and come up to the knee. I can never find white bootsand they're so I dunno. Anyone know where to find them? Sky

I found a bunch on here; you might find some you like. Some had pretty good prices, too.
I found quite a few I like, like this and this, but my favorite would be the ones below which I absolutely love and think I'm going to buy if I still have money after GenCon Indy this year. X3

xd Thanks guys. The flame boots (as I call them), I first saw on "The Fast and the Furious" actually, and wanted them so bad I got them as a grad gift.
Sakura: They don't necessarily have to be for a "dark" look. Sure you can't exactly be preppy and wear them, but you could probably make something work.
Also, I know New Rocks have some of their boots in white, you can check them out. Just google "New Rock Boots and Shoes".

I'm all with long sleek soft boots with dramatic heel. Very pretty. I don't like rocker boots-they're so ugleh! xp Oh well, have fun with your broken ankles...wait a second!

I love boots my fav two pairs are quite heavy though, but they are comfy. One is army-like boots: and the others are: I have some more pairs of boots, but these are my favs xD
