I recently started one hell of an endeavour. In fact, it's a writing challenge like I've never taken before.

Song A Day

It's a beautiful dream, but it'll be hell to actually go through. It'll be creatively exhausting on my part, and lyrically draining. On the plus side, it's going to increase my band's (the Elastic Band) repertoire, vastly. So I guess I'll just have to stick it out like the lady that I am.

See me squirm, and maybe even read some of the songs I write, all on my Journal. I've already started (I cheated a bit for the first couple days, and used songs I'd already written), but I'll be going for a while.

Reasons why I'm posting this in the GIB:
I like publicity for the junk I do.
Leave me some comments on what you think of my tunes. I mean, there's no viewable tune, which kinda' ruins it, but you can judge it on a poetic basis.
And I'd love for people with ideas as to how long I should go. I still haven't decided on an end date.

...Dammit, now I have to make a gangsta a capela band. ><

As long as you're writing a song a day, you should write one about the GIB. It's about time we got an original theme song...
