Veils hate me. They utterly loathe me.

I must conquer the veil.

If anyone could offer any veil-related advice, that would be both excellent and fantastic.

For veils or any other transparent thing, where more than one layer of transparent material overlaps, make it less transparent. When actually painting, paint it as if it's not transparent and then reduce the opacity of the layer. Add the less-transparent folds on a new layer.
