Coming in through the East: Walking (Common way)
Making your way through the forest you notice the clearing becomes more distinct and soon a path can vividly be pronounced. As you walk on, you can make note that every few steps you can see what appears to be white arrows etched naturally into the bark of the trees. If you were to follow the direction the arrows come across a clearing the diverges in three directions. Etched upon rather old looking pine tree is a sign with the following words.
"Welcome"
Before your eyes the words morph transforming before your eyes into another shape. What is depicted before you is a sign post.
<--- Soul Fountain Archives Den and Lake
---> Back toward the Forest
Undaunted by the sight you have just seen you continue on finding the path has miraculously become paved with smooth cobblestones. Overhead you can make note the trees themselves seem to arch over the path with their branches as if framing the way. Hanging from the highest point of every arch is a lantern to light the way when it gets dark.
Continuing on you find that path widens further and a great lake can be seen from your left. Stretching almost as far as the eye can see. Close to the path a small building stands. Inside you find a place where boats and what appears to be skates lining the walls can be seen. Curious as to what type of place this Soul Fountain is you continue on across the framed path.
Becoming thicker once again the path has a dense cover of trees on both sides. Soon flowers rimming the cobblestone can be seen. With this you increase your pace as feeling of anticipation comes over you. Heading up a small incline in the path, as you reach the top what stands before is a grandiose building.
Western entrance. (Uncommon Vehicle entrance)
The paved forest road stretches out before you winding on for what seems like forever. Before long you turn off onto the exit the forest beginning to take a strange form. As if framing the road, the tree branches arch over head. Dangling from the highest point of the arch on each tree branch hangs a lantern to light the path when it gets dark. Continuing on road it gives way to a surprisingly smooth cobblestone path.
Before long a large building comes into view. To your left is a wide parking lot for which to park your vehicle. Finding a place relatively close you bring your self to stop.
Soul Fountain layout
Porch
Though there are no mountains in the immediate area, the Soul Fountain resembles a ski lodge at first glance. Coming from the East the first thing that you see is the large veranda/porch. A large over hang sits above the porch allowing for shade during hot days. The walls of the Soul Fountain are constructed what seems to be a similar cobblestone to the path leading towards the establishment. Other than a large set of double wooden doors there are no openings on this side of the building.
The Den
Furnished with a variety of living room furniture, the den is designed to be a gathering area allowing the user to relax. Despite its lack of windows or any apparent lighting the room retains a warm natural looking glow. Spread evenly throughout the den the furniture is set to resemble 5 individual living rooms with inn tables and pull out couch futon. Atop each inn table is crystal ball shaped device which has the ability to give access the library database as well as act personal television for anyone gazing into it. On the corner of the north side of the Den lies a downward spiraling staircase to the residential hallway .
Kitchen and Cafe/Bar
To the west there are set of double hallways which separate the two sides of the building. One heads into a well stocked kitchen. It houses all the necessities such as a Counter with shelves and and sink and stove. On the opposite wall by way of dimensional magic there lies a walk in fridge and storage area. The other hallway houses the walkway to the Cafe/Bar. The Cafe Unlike the Den's houses a diner style facility with a bar framing its entrance into the kitchen. The Cafe itself houses a number of booths lining its north and south walls. The north side has one less booth than the south where instead a spiral stairway leads down into the archives. Its center most area houses a number of tables and chairs. On each table top there is a directory sphere like in the den Its east most wall is constructed entirely of a glass window which can be opened towards a patio overlooking the plains in distance.
Lower floors
Archives
Serving as the foundation for the upper floors of the Soul Fountain, the lower half of the building is 3 times as large as as the already massive upper floor. On the west side of the building with a size equivalent to the entire upper floor lies the Soul Fountain archives. This great library houses an impressive collection of books of almost every subject imaginable. With shelves stretching to the ceiling, navigating the aisles of the library can rival traveling through a maze. If not for the myriad of reading tables between each shelf with directory orbs atop them, one may get lost. At the base of each shelf lies hovering platform which can transport a user to the location of a book in question. A shelf specific directory orb is set atop a podium on each platform
The archives can be accessed directly via a spiral stairwell leading from the Cafe, one can directly enter the archives. Partitioned off in the Northwestern corner there is the special reserve. Here Epithany houses a number of arcane artifacts as well as magical tomes. To enter this section you need personal permission as it is magically locked. Paved with a similar cobblestone to the paths outside, the archives has been designed to appear almost medevil in design with its sprawling hardwood shelves and furniture, embroidered with the finest cloth.
Residential Hallway
Heading further Eastward from Archives lies a cobblestone hallway with several doors lining its walls. An unclosed single doorway which divides the rooms on the northern hallway wall leads to the spiral staircase heading up to the den. The rooms are furnished with a queen sized bed, a bookshelf, a dresser with mirror and a chest of shelves. All other furniture is to be supplied by the occupant. By way of dimensional manipulation each room appears to be about the size of a studio apartment. The floors are constructed of a smooth hardwood as well as window giving a view of the outside, despite the structure being underground.
Dojo
At the eastern end of the Residential hallway is a expansive dojo studio. Lining its walls are racks of several different weapon types for training purposes. Due to dimensional magic similar to the rooms there is a view of the outside by way of sliding paper doors. Belying its initial view from its doorway the dojo is large enough to house a jumbo jet.
