Welcome to the Soul Fountain. This is a place you step away from the hustle and bustle of the bar scene. Whether you just feel like curling up with a book to wile away the time or just a comfortable place to sit back and enjoy your favorite beverage with good company. Come on in.

Coming in through the East: Walking (Common way)

Making your way through the forest you notice the clearing becomes more distinct and soon a path can vividly be pronounced. As you walk on, you can make note that every few steps you can see what appears to be white arrows etched naturally into the bark of the trees. If you were to follow the direction the arrows come across a clearing the diverges in three directions. Etched upon rather old looking pine tree is a sign with the following words.

"Welcome"

Before your eyes the words morph transforming before your eyes into another shape. What is depicted before you is a sign post.

<--- Soul Fountain Archives Den and Lake
---> Back toward the Forest

Undaunted by the sight you have just seen you continue on finding the path has miraculously become paved with smooth cobblestones. Overhead you can make note the trees themselves seem to arch over the path with their branches as if framing the way. Hanging from the highest point of every arch is a lantern to light the way when it gets dark.

Continuing on you find that path widens further and a great lake can be seen from your left. Stretching almost as far as the eye can see. Close to the path a small building stands. Inside you find a place where boats and what appears to be skates lining the walls can be seen. Curious as to what type of place this Soul Fountain is you continue on across the framed path.

Becoming thicker once again the path has a dense cover of trees on both sides. Soon flowers rimming the cobblestone can be seen. With this you increase your pace as feeling of anticipation comes over you. Heading up a small incline in the path, as you reach the top what stands before is a grandiose building.

Western entrance. (Uncommon Vehicle entrance)

The paved forest road stretches out before you winding on for what seems like forever. Before long you turn off onto the exit the forest beginning to take a strange form. As if framing the road, the tree branches arch over head. Dangling from the highest point of the arch on each tree branch hangs a lantern to light the path when it gets dark. Continuing on road it gives way to a surprisingly smooth cobblestone path.

Before long a large building comes into view. To your left is a wide parking lot for which to park your vehicle. Finding a place relatively close you bring your self to stop.

Soul Fountain layout

Porch

Though there are no mountains in the immediate area, the Soul Fountain resembles a ski lodge at first glance. Coming from the East the first thing that you see is the large veranda/porch. A large over hang sits above the porch allowing for shade during hot days. The walls of the Soul Fountain are constructed what seems to be a similar cobblestone to the path leading towards the establishment. Other than a large set of double wooden doors there are no openings on this side of the building.

The Den

Furnished with a variety of living room furniture, the den is designed to be a gathering area allowing the user to relax. Despite its lack of windows or any apparent lighting the room retains a warm natural looking glow. Spread evenly throughout the den the furniture is set to resemble 5 individual living rooms with inn tables and pull out couch futon. Atop each inn table is crystal ball shaped device which has the ability to give access the library database as well as act personal television for anyone gazing into it. On the corner of the north side of the Den lies a downward spiraling staircase to the residential hallway .

Kitchen and Cafe/Bar
To the west there are set of double hallways which separate the two sides of the building. One heads into a well stocked kitchen. It houses all the necessities such as a Counter with shelves and and sink and stove. On the opposite wall by way of dimensional magic there lies a walk in fridge and storage area. The other hallway houses the walkway to the Cafe/Bar. The Cafe Unlike the Den's houses a diner style facility with a bar framing its entrance into the kitchen. The Cafe itself houses a number of booths lining its north and south walls. The north side has one less booth than the south where instead a spiral stairway leads down into the archives. Its center most area houses a number of tables and chairs. On each table top there is a directory sphere like in the den Its east most wall is constructed entirely of a glass window which can be opened towards a patio overlooking the plains in distance.

Lower floors

Archives

Serving as the foundation for the upper floors of the Soul Fountain, the lower half of the building is 3 times as large as as the already massive upper floor. On the west side of the building with a size equivalent to the entire upper floor lies the Soul Fountain archives. This great library houses an impressive collection of books of almost every subject imaginable. With shelves stretching to the ceiling, navigating the aisles of the library can rival traveling through a maze. If not for the myriad of reading tables between each shelf with directory orbs atop them, one may get lost. At the base of each shelf lies hovering platform which can transport a user to the location of a book in question. A shelf specific directory orb is set atop a podium on each platform

The archives can be accessed directly via a spiral stairwell leading from the Cafe, one can directly enter the archives. Partitioned off in the Northwestern corner there is the special reserve. Here Epithany houses a number of arcane artifacts as well as magical tomes. To enter this section you need personal permission as it is magically locked. Paved with a similar cobblestone to the paths outside, the archives has been designed to appear almost medevil in design with its sprawling hardwood shelves and furniture, embroidered with the finest cloth.

Residential Hallway

Heading further Eastward from Archives lies a cobblestone hallway with several doors lining its walls. An unclosed single doorway which divides the rooms on the northern hallway wall leads to the spiral staircase heading up to the den. The rooms are furnished with a queen sized bed, a bookshelf, a dresser with mirror and a chest of shelves. All other furniture is to be supplied by the occupant. By way of dimensional manipulation each room appears to be about the size of a studio apartment. The floors are constructed of a smooth hardwood as well as window giving a view of the outside, despite the structure being underground.

Dojo

At the eastern end of the Residential hallway is a expansive dojo studio. Lining its walls are racks of several different weapon types for training purposes. Due to dimensional magic similar to the rooms there is a view of the outside by way of sliding paper doors. Belying its initial view from its doorway the dojo is large enough to house a jumbo jet.

The portal crackled into within the Residential hallway with its cobblestone floors. The area remains pristinely clean despite its great time of disuse. Stepping out of the portal following her Namekian companion the mage yawns crossing her arms behind her head.

"That door should open the first room you try to open with. It will remain your room until you return that key to me. So you can stay in it as long as you like. There isn't much furniture in there, but I'm sure you can manage."

Gazing down the end of the hallway, the paper doors leading to the Dojo could be seen.

"You can have free reign of the place. Behind us is my personal library. Its a pretty big place, so its not hard to get lost. To our right is the staircase leading upstairs. Directly in front of us is the Dojo if you want to get any physical activity out of the way. Upstairs is Den and you can explore as much as you want."

Yawning she smiled.

"Hope you enjoy your stay....Oh wait one more thing."

Chanting she began cup her hands as if rolling a ball. As her incantation's ended she produced a small crystal.

"This is a memory crystal. It will allow you summon forth a portal similar to one I just created to get us here. Its only one way though. But it should have you some time getting back to the Orion."

::Iccolo bowed to her and smiled as he looked around to where she was explaining, his memory taking in everything the best he could. The namek wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed and was a bit on the goof side, he just didn't show it that evening.

He took the crystal from her hand and put it into his coat pocket. He smiled once more to his friend's wife and then bowed in thanks.

"Thank you again Epithany for this. I will take my tour possibly tomorrow, but tonight I need rest. Besides after dealing with all those kids I think you do too."

He turned to go into the cloest room to him and unlocked the door with his key. As he opened the door he turned and held onto the knob to speak to her once more before crashing for the night::

"can you do me one more favor, and not tell Unks I am here. I want to suprise him."

::The namekian boy awoke early that day after a good nights sleep. He wanted to get a good tour of the place he stayed in the night before. The first place he checked was the libray, it was huge just as Pith had said. He's never seen an archive as big as her's before and was quite impressed.

While in the library he took some time to read what she had in stock. He got lost a couple of times, but found his way around with the helpful orbs that were around like she said. He put the books back after he was done and then moved on through to the next.

His next area of intrest of course was the dojo, it was very large and well stocked with weapons. He took in a hour or two of training with a clone of himself that me created at hand to hand combat. After the hand to hand combat he moved to weapons training. He was always good with spears of all sorts so that is what he went for.

After his training he took a dip in the lake and went for a quick swim before he went and got a bite to eat. Most nameks only drink water, well not this one. He made himself a triple decker sandwhich and got himself a drink and sat down and ate the damn thing like there was no tomorrow.

When he was done with his lunch he cleaned his mess and then moved to his room once more and got his coat. He put it on and then put his hands in the pockets. He felt the crystal Pith gave him and smiled::

"I wonder if Unks is back at that Orion place. I should go check. .I just hope those kids are gone, my head still hurts from the yanking. ."

The wide open area of the dojo seemed absurdly quiet at the moment. Sitting legs cross on the matted floors she gazed at only the back of her eyelids. She was never one for meditation. Too many thoughts were always racing through her head to ever have it entirely clear at any one time. This time proved no different from others.

Yawning she rose to her feet gazing about the familiar setting. She had originally built the facility as a place to mainly house her books. But over time she tried to develop it in way that that canvased her many interests. Sharing those interests with the rest of the world was something she striven for. Sadly the lack of traffic had proven that perhaps her interests were not as wide spread as she would have once though.

Sighing outward she mumbled a indiscernible phrase, Dionysus forming in her hand with a light crackle of static. Spinning the staff languidly in one hand, she swung it continuously around her back, seamlessly trading it between hands. Raising her intensity she began to whip the wooden rod about her body in wide arches.

Trading it between fingertips she seemed to almost have lost control of it, letting it almost bounce about her hands in controlled swinging. Thrusting the staff before like a spear in rapid succession she at once, struck the end close to her with the palm of her hand causing its opposite end to point skyward. Grasping its center she had already changed its momentum darting it different directions before spinning it about her forearm, stopping it behind her back.

Raising it before her she ran her fingers across its length the staff splitting into 3 pieces as if bound together by chains of light. Swinging the 3 sectioned staff about her body, she slung it in way that it spun about her arm in a spiral. Trading it between hands she proceeded to bring it low and swing it about her feet hopping over it with each rotation. Rocking forward into a wheel kick she brought the weapon to rest across her shoulders. Breathing heavily she once again attempted to meditate. Concentrating on her hurried breathing she sat quietly once again.

She never really talked about it, but she loved the sound of her bike. It purred beautifully to her as it raced down the road paved in the forest. Maybe the engine power thrilled her with incredible acceleration. Maybe the suspension comforted her as she traveled on road or off. Likely though, was the fact that she herself had engineered the bike and no one else on the planet had anything like it. She hadn't found anything faster, stronger, or in any other way competitive that ran on a set of wheels.

The flow of her hair caught in the wind as she crawled somewhere around 95 turned her locks of hair from otherwise a vision of beauty to vicious whips of venom. Her eyes stared forward as though she were standing still registering each element of her environment into a separate frame of vision. It was a nice place, the forest, but it seemed a bit much for the trees themselves to create a tunnel of sorts around the road before her. At least she wouldn't get lost where she was going. The mana trail itself was enough though so she was sure to get just where she was going.

She could see the building before the parking lot, but no matter. Sooner than later she'd be where she was going, and no sooner did she realize this than she was parking and on her feet. Straightening her large, loose fitting shirt as best she could, she had not realized, nor did she really care, that her breasts were partially exposed and tempted anyone around, though none were present, to tear them out and free them from their half-assed prison. Her boots thudded nicely against the asphalt as until she came upon the entrance and made her way into the Cafe.

Not exactly what she was expecting, she scanned the areas quickly. Tables and chairs, booths and tables, staircase. Staircase? That could be promising, or disappointing. Deciding to tempt fate, her feet shifted over to the northern corner of the room to see where the steps would take her. Her thighs brushed each other lightly as she went down into the basement, landing in what appeared to be a library, already with more books than she knew immediately what to do with.

Scouring the scene, she moved between the aisles, surveying the selections available to her. Her eyes simply glowed like burning embers as she scoured the potential before her. After about five minutes she realized something though. There were no computers. None she saw anyway. Taking a moment to let it all settle, she threw her back against a bookshelf leaning on the wall. Until she could figure out exactly the best available method for finding what she wanted, it would be best to just simply register the experience. It hadn't even come to her attention yet that she hadn't forged a map in her mind. Getting out might be difficult.

Konosuke came from the opposite direction of Red, coming though the walking entrance from the forest. He paused, and looked at the note that had been left for him, before glancing again at the large building before him. Hopefully, this was the right place. He managed to get himself lost before making it this far, ending up in a stange place where women danced around poles with hardly anything on.

It disturbed him, to say the least, and he quickly left.

He walked up to the porch, and slowly opened the door, looking around. He had no idea where to go. Side stepping inside so that his blades wouldn't hit the frame, Konosuke called out, glancing about with his single blue-grey eye.

"Ano....Red-san?"

Her ears twitched atop her head as she caught the sound of her name. Muffled as it was, she guessed it was coming from upstairs. It sounded like Hasamoto to her, and according to what she knew, he must have found her note. That was all well and good, but how exactly was she supposed to call out to him from downstairs? Unlike hers, he did not have the sensitive ears of a kitsune. The dimension of hearing was in her favor but not his. Well...that and the fact that she didn't shout by will.

Left with few options, she decided a telepathic message was best. She wouldn't insult him by breaking into his mind, but instead used a basic mental frequency that would sound out similar to a P.A. system. It exposed her to anyone else who might come in, but it was more respectful.

If you can find a set of stairs up there Hasamoto san, follow them downstairs. I can find you then.

Her tail flicked as though the switch to her intercom were shut off in the process and she threw herself back on her feet to find her way to one end or another.

Konosuke blinked and looked around, trying to find the kitsune woman who belonged to the voice that spoke to him. It took a minute for him to realize that Red wasn't there, and only her voice had reached him. Figuring it best to follow her instructions, the samurai looked around. After wandering around for a bit, he did find a set of stairs leading down in the northern corner of the room.

Resting his right hand on the railing, the samurai decended to the library below. His eye widened at the massive amount of written knowledge standing before him, glancing about. Shaking his head a little, he looked around for that familiar red hair and tail.

"Konbawa, Red-san."

((It probably wasn't clear in my descriptions, but the Den area stairwell leads down to the Residential hallway. It doesn't directly go to the Library.))
