I guess, but as horrible as the Virginia Tech Massacre is, it comes nowhere near the greusome destruction and loss the entire nation experienced on 9/11. I would only buy into your theory if you can come up with more examples of disasters whose month and day add up to 20.
Plus, you must know that a lot of numbers add up to twenty. 1/19, 2/18, 3/17...

First thought on seeing the topic title:
"The US Govn had something to do with Virginia Tech as well? o.0"
But yea anyway, numbers add up alot, it doesn't always mean something, and as Miss Mahina said, you need more disasters that add up to 20 to find a pattern.
For the sake of pattern fun =P I always see patters of 4 everywhere, usually as 444.
However, if you add up the letters in my name:
Michael Paul Scarborough
You get 22.
2+2=4

I can add numbers too and I can keep adding them in different weird ways until I find a connection too. That doesn't mean there is anything. This is almost as silly as the bible codes.
No there isn't too much similarity. 9/11 was a terrorist attack. Virgina Tech is probably a deranged person's doing with no intentions toward a political statement or you know trying to take down US government.
Virgina Tech reminded me of Colulmnbine, but not of 9/11.

The $20 bill thing is kinda obvious, it's just chance, but everything else that site says is complete and utter bullshit. 1. If the gov DID kill everybody that was making conspiracy videos...wouldn't that seem a bit obvious? -.^ And ok...so steel loses 50% of it's strength when its at that kind of heat...so the ENTIRE building was heated THAT hot? So hot in fact that it incinerated the entire skeletal steel framing of the WTC so that when they collapsed they fell at freefall speeds? No, not possible, not from two damn planes.
