here i'll post tips and little cheats nothing big since there isn't any really big cheats in the game

How to grow trees without watering them.
1.First get an axe and a shovel at Nook's shop.
2.Then get a fruit of what ever kind of tree you want (money also works with this)
3. Cut down a tree and dig up the stump with the shovel but do not fill the hole up.
4. Plant the fruit where the stump used to be in the hole and WHAALAA
You don't have to water the tree at all it automatically grows I don't know why it just does it's worked everytime for me.

How to get special furniture items.
Here are some special furniture items that you can get on the right is the item and on the left is how to get it. A star next to it means it's been proven:
1. Tissue Box*- Put 1,000,000 bells in your savings account and Pelly will send you a letter with the box attached
2. Piggy bank- same as above only 10,000,000 bells
3. Pelly's pic- same as above only 100,000,000 bells
4. Phyllis' pic- same as above only 500,000,000 bells
5. Town Hall model- same as above only 999,999,999 bells(max amount you can save)
6. K.K. Slider's Pic*- Get a pack of Red turnips and grow them next time Wendal comes to town feed him a Red turnip he'll give you a country guitar then give it to K.K. next time he comes to town and he'll give you his pick. (give wendal a second red turnip and he'll give you a turban give that to Saharah and she'll give you a massage chair, give that to Tortimair then he'll give you a scallop, give that to Pascal then he'll give you the Golden Axe* golden axe path has been proven by me)
7. Nook's Cranny Model*- Membership status (300 points at Nook's)
8. Nook 'n Go Model*- 5,000 store points (Silver Status)
9. Nookway Model*- 10,000 store points (Gold Status)
10. Nookington's Model*- 20,000 store points (Platinum Status)
11. Give this many acorns to "Cornimair" aka Tortimair during acorn festival:
Mush Stool*- 5 acorns
Mush End Table*- 10 acorns
Mush Lamp*- 25 acorns
Mush Chair*- 40 acorns
Mush Dresser*- 65 acorns
Mush Closet*- 80 acorns
Mush Stand*- 100 acorns
Mush Table*- 120 acorns
Mush TV*- 140 acorns
Mush Bed*- 170 acorns
Forest Wall*- 200 acorns
Forest Floor*- 230 acorns
12. Snowman furniture*- to get snow man furniture roll up balls of snow during the winter time make the body slightly smaller than the head but make them both fairly large, then roll the head on top, talk to the snowman if he says he's perfect then he will mail you when he melts away a letter with a peice of snowman furniture, get lots of perfect snowman= lots of snowman furniture.
13. Ship Furniture*- to get pirate ship furniture talk to Pascal and he will give you ship furniture for listening to his hippy tales.
That's about it if I forgot something just post it xp

This is not how I am... Hey, I won't flame you for cheating. To each his own, right? I don't cheat. But if you have such a hard time getting money in such an easy game, then go ahead and use AR. it isn't even cheating... and i don't even water the trees so i wont say its a cheat but the Bank cheat is But Please no one tell him i don't want people's fun spoiled or being stupid..

...it's not really a cheat.

and it's not normal trees i'm talking about it's fruit trees that aren't originally in your town. it's not really a cheat it's more of a tip on how to make tons of cash by replacing normal trees with out of town fruits

QUICK TIP
coconut trees need to be at least one space away from the ocean so get as close to the ocean as you can then lay a design down and plant the tree at the top of the design
