This topic is inspired by jellysundae's signature picture of food, which look awsome! Discuss your favorite foods ( And the recipes's...^^).
I once made this really good version of mashed potatoes, where you had to put in cream cheese and sliced green onion, and bake it in a tray. My family loved it! I thought the onions wouldn't be good (because I don't like onions), but these made it taste fresh, kind of like mint, but not as obvious.

lol, well i'm glad i inspired a thread! whee
the food in my sig was originally to draw attention to my British guild, as it's all Brit grub, but it seems to have become part of me now, i occasionally go searching for good items to ad to it but decent pics are hard to find sad
ingvanya i've made something similar to your potatoes, it's called Galette, it's a French dish, mash your spuds and add onion as you did, plus grated cheese, and spead it out like a pizza on a baking tray, you can top it with various things like a pizza too, it's nice, real good comfort food 4laugh

I love cooking steak lo mein. It's easy to make, too! I'll add a link to this post with my recipe page a little later.
I also like making this cream cheese log. You add green onions to cream cheese, then you spread it on a ham slice and wrap it up. Then you serve it with Ritz crackers! ^^

Ooh, food... all this post really did for me was make me want to go downstairs and eat.
Yeah, I don't cook much. Once I made the AWESOMEST Tofu Pot Pie, though... I made up the recipe myself. It was so good, but it took a while to cook. smile

My favorite foods are strawberries and blueberries. I am fully capable of eating multiple containers of these in one sitting.
I also love buffalo chicken. While the spiciness of this doesn't bother my mouth, if I have it too often in one week, my stomach will hurt from all the spice. I eat it nonetheless, and gradually I am building up resistance. So yummy.
