Welcome, welcome, welcome! This is where it all happens. Staff discussion, brain storming, complaining, plotting, and everything else takes place in these pages. If you're new to the Press, this is the best place to introduce yourself, and get to know everyone. If you're new and still trying to figure everything else, I'd like to direct you to the Info and Navigation thread; all your answered should be taken care of there.

There's a draft for it in the old guild, so I'm guessing it's on. It seems like they found some submissions from somewhere.

gonk
Boy am I glad March has 31 days.
Also, I hate the ending to Cowboy Bebop, not because of the ending, but just because it makes me remember how much my life has sucked. God, I can't believe I'm turning ******** 20 in two months.

Oh, by the way. Um, I came up with something just now that might be good... or you might think it's a crap idea. I'm not sure we need anything else for the magazine but well... I thought since the magazine is posted in the Writers forum, it would be good to have something for writers in there. Like each issue there'd be a section that deals with a different aspect of writing, or a different style - like flash fiction, fan fiction, maybe different genres, and stuff like character development, writing a script... I mean, I know a bit about most of those, and I know a site that's got lots of helpful guides that it could link to. Am I making sense? It'd just be a small thing - I can do it - I'd like to do it, it'd be fun - unless someone else really wants to. I'm pretty sure you don't already have something like that (I looked over a couple of past issues to see) but I might be wrong. Anyway, it was just something off the top of my head; I thought it wouldn't kill to make a suggestion.

Congratulations, you've just been made committee chair for the the exploratory committee on this idea. Go forth and committeelize. Speaking of which, I should probably post my column for this month. Edit: column up.

We do have a Writer's Aide segment, which hasn't been brought out in a while. That's aimed toward helping writers.
You know... turning 20 sounds like a giant leap from being 19. Hm. I'll just have to face that bridge when I come to it.
We're going to try and have a March issue. It may just be a bit late.

*looks around* hey everybody, hows it hangin'?
love your idea, enchantedsleeper, it sounds really cool. You have my vote!
On another note, I turned 20 last month...it's pretty much just like 19, except you no longer have the stigma of being an irresponsible teenager. Now, you're an irresponsible 20-something! lol, seriously, there's not much change, except I'm one year closer to being allowed into a bar...

Hehehe. Alcohol age here is 18. n_n Buuut I don't like the taste, so it doesn't much affect me anyway.
Thanks very much for the vote ^.^ although I think Serieve said we've basically got something like it anyway. >.>;; I figured you would have.

I accidentally edited you post, enchantedsleeper, instead of quoting it...lol, I fixed it, don't worry.
